We show that our construction of realizations for Lie algebras and quantum algebras can be generalized to quantum superalgebras, too. We study an example of quantum superalgebra $U_q(gl(2/1))$ and give the boson-fermion realization with respect to one pair od q-deformed boson operator and 2 pairs of fermions.

Bosonic realization of toroidal Lie algebras of classical types

Generalizing Feingold-Frenkel's construction we use Weyl bosonic fields to construct toroidal Lie algebras of types $A_n, B_n$, $C_n$ and $D_n$ of level $-1, -2, -1/2$ and -2 respectively. In particular, our construction also gives new bosonic construction for the orthogonal Lie algebras in the cases of affine Lie algebras.

We present a q-difference realization of the quantum superalgebra U_q(sl(M|N)), which includes Grassmann even and odd coordinates and their derivatives. Based on this result we obtain a free boson realization of the quantum affine superalgebra U_q(\widehat{sl}(2|1)) of an arbitrary level k.

Fermionic realization of two-parameter quantum affine algebra $U_{r,s}(C_l^{(1)})$

We construct a Fock space representation and the action of the two-parameter quantum algebra $U_{r,s}(\frak{gl}_{\infty})$ using extended Young diagrams. In particular, we obtain an integrable representation of the two-parameter quantum affine algebra of type $C_n^{(1)}$ which is a two-parameter generalization of Kang-Misra-Miwa's realization.

Bosonic realizations of the color analogue of the Heisenberg Lie algebra

We describe realizations of the color analogue of the Heisenberg Lie algebra by power series in non-commuting indeterminates satisfying Heisenberg's canonical commutation relations of quantum mechanics. The obtained formulas are used to construct new operator representations of the color analogue of the Heisenberg Lie algebra. These representations are shown to be closely connected with some combinatorial identities and functional difference-differential interpolation formulae involving Euler, Bernoulli and Stirling numbers.

Deformations of the fermion realization of the sp(4) algebra and its subalgebras

With a view towards future applications in nuclear physics, the fermion realization of the compact symplectic sp(4) algebra and its q-deformed versions are investigated. Three important reduction chains of the sp(4) algebra are explored in both the classical and deformed cases. The deformed realizations are based on distinct deformations of the fermion creation and annihilation operators. The k-fermions as objects interpolating between fermions and bosons

Operators, refered to as k-fermion operators, that interpolate between boson and fermion operators are introduced through the consideration of two noncommuting quon algebras. The deformation parameters for these quon algebras are roots of unity connected to an integer k. The case k=2 corresponds to fermions and the limiting case k going to infinity to bosons. Generalized coherent states and supercoherent states are investigated. The Dirac quantum phase operator and the Fairlie-Fletcher-Zachos algebra are also considered.
