We develop and study quaternionic and octonionic analogies of Cartan angular and Toledo invariants that are well known in the complex hyperbolic space. Using such invariants we study quasifuchsian deformations (including bendings) of quaternionic and octonionic hyperbolic manifolds.

Introducing the deformation theory of holomorphic Cartan geometries, we compute infinitesimal automorphisms and infinitesimal deformations. We also prove the existence of a semi-universal deformation of a holomorphic Cartan geometry.
In this continuation of \cite{BDS}, we investigate the deformations of holomorphic Cartan geometries where the underlying complex manifold is allowed to move. The space of infinitesimal deformations of a flat holomorphic Cartan geometry is computed. We show that the natural forgetful map, from the infinitesimal deformations of a flat holomorphic Cartan geometry to the infinitesimal deformations of the underlying flat principal bundle on the topological manifold, is an isomorphism.
We study the fillability (or embeddability) of $CR$ structures under the gauge-fixed Cartan flow. We prove that if the initial $CR$ structure is fillable with nowhere vanishing Tanaka-Webster curvature and free torsion, then it keeps having the same property after a short time. In the Appendix, we show the uniqueness of the solution to the gauge-fixed Cartan flow.
We describe the induced geometry on several classes of Kodaira moduli spaces of rational curves in twistor spaces. The aim of the present paper is to lay the foundation for a theory of Ehresmann structures in positive characteristic, generalizing the Frobenius-projective and Frobenius-affine structures defined in the previous work. We develop the deformation theory of symplectic foliations, i.e. regular foliations equipped with a leafwise symplectic form. The main result of this paper is that each symplectic foliation has an attached $L_\infty$-algebra controlling its deformation problem. Indeed, viewing symplectic foliations as regular Poisson structures, we establish a one-to-one correspondence between the small deformations of a given symplectic foliation and the Maurer-Cartan elements of the associated $L_\infty$-algebra.
