The interplay between topological materials and local symmetry breaking gives rise to diverse topological quantum phenomena. A notable example is the parity anomalous semimetal (PAS), which hosts a single unpaired gapless Dirac cone with a half-integer quantized Hall conductivity. Here, we realize this phase in a magnetic topological sandwich structure by applying an in-plane magnetic field. This configuration aligns the magnetization of one surface in-plane while preserving magnetization out-of-plane on the opposite surface, satisfying the condition for a gapless surface state near the Fermi level on only one surface. Our key evidence is a distinctive two-stage evolution of the conductivity tensor ($σ_{xy}$, $σ_{xx}$). The first stage culminates in the PAS at the fixed point ($\frac{e^2}{2h}$, $m \frac{e^2}{h}$), where $m \approx 0.6$ corresponds to the minimal longitudinal conductivity of a single gapless Dirac cone of fermions on a 2D lattice. This PAS state remains stabilized and is superposed with a gapped band flow in the second stage. This observation demonstrates that this state stabilized by the in-plane field resists localization--contrary to conventional expectations for 2D electron systems with broken time reversal symmetry. The dynamic transition from an integer quantized insulator to a half-integer quantized semimetal establishes this material system as a versatile platform for exploring parity anomaly physics.
Fermi arc surface states, a hallmark of topological Dirac semimetals, can host carriers that exhibit unusual dynamics distinct from that of their parent bulk. Here we find that Fermi arc carriers in intrinsic Dirac semimetals possess a strong and anisotropic light matter interaction. This is characterized by a large Fermi arc optical conductivity when light is polarized transverse to the Fermi arc; when light is polarized along the Fermi arc, Fermi arc optical conductivity is significantly muted. The large surface spectral weight is locked to the wide separation between Dirac nodes and persist…
ZrSiS is one of the strong candidates for realistic nodal-line semimetal. We theoretically investigate the dynamical conductivity in ZrSiS by using a multi-orbital theoretical model based on the first-principles band calculation. We find that the dynamical conductivity in the clean limit is actually not frequency independent unlike the ideal Dirac model, while nearly flat dependence is achieved by introducing the energy broadening possibly induced by the disorder. The results can be applied to other compounds with the similar crystal structure, such as ZrSiSe, ZrSiTe, and HfSiS.
We present an optical conductivity study of the multifold semimetal PdGa, performed in a broad spectral range (100 - 20000 cm-1; 12 meV - 2.5 eV) down to T = 10 K. The conductivity at frequencies below 4000 cm-1 is dominated by free carriers while at higher frequencies interband transitions provide the major contribution. The spectra do not demonstrate a significant temperature evolution: only the intraband part changes as a function of temperature with the plasma frequency remaining constant. The interband contribution to the conductivity exhibits a broad peak at around 5500 cm-1 and increase…
Employing high-pressure infrared spectroscopy we unveil the Weyl semimetal phase of elemental Te and its topological properties. The linear frequency dependence of the optical conductivity provides clear evidence for metallization of trigonal tellurium (Te-I) and the linear band dispersion above 3.0 GPa. This semimetallic Weyl phase can be tuned by increasing pressure further: a kink separates two linear regimes in the optical conductivity (at 3.7 GPa), a signature proposed for Type-II Weyl semimetals with tilted cones; this however reveals a different origin in trigonal tellurium. Our density…
Using a tight-binding model, we theoretically examine the anisotropic conductivity of the nodal line semimetal of a three-dimensional Dirac electron in a single-component molecular conductor [Pd(dddt)$_2$], which consists of four molecules with HOMO and LUMO orbitals per unit cell. The conductivity shows an anisotropy given by $σ_y > σ_x > σ_z$ in accordance with that of the velocity of the Dirac cone where $z$ is the interlayer direction and $y$ is the molecular stacking direction. With increasing pressure, the nodal line semimetal emerges, followed by a loop of the Dirac point where $σ_x$ ta…
The peculiar shape of the Fermi surface of topological nodal line semimetals at low carrier concentrations results in their unusual optical and transport properties. We analytically investigate the linear optical responses of three and two-dimensional nodal line semimetals using the Kubo formula. The optical conductivity of a three-dimensional nodal line semimetal is anisotropic. Along the axial direction (\textit{i.e.}, the direction perpendicular to the nodal-ring plane), the Drude weight has a linear dependence on the chemical potential at both low and high carrier dopings. For the radial d…
Two-dimensional (2D) semimetals beyond graphene have been relatively unexplored in the atomically-thin limit. Here we introduce a facile growth mechanism for semimetallic WTe2 crystals, then fabricate few-layer test structures while carefully avoiding degradation from exposure to air. Low-field electrical measurements of 80 nm to 2 um long devices allow us to separate intrinsic and contact resistance, revealing metallic response in the thinnest encapsulated and stable WTe2 devices studied to date (3 to 20 layers thick). High-field electrical measurements and electro-thermal modeling demonstrat…
Lattice deformations act on the low-energy excitations of Dirac materials as effective axial vector fields. This allows to directly detect quantum anomalies of Dirac materials via the response to axial gauge fields. We investigate the parity anomaly in Dirac nodal line semimetals induced by lattice vibrations, and establish a topological piezoelectric effect; i.e., periodic lattice deformations generate topological Hall currents that are transverse to the deformation field. The currents induced by this piezoelectric effect are dissipationless and their magnitude is completely determined by the…
Recently discovered Dirac and Weyl semimetals display unusual magnetoresistance phenomena, including a large, non-saturating, linear transverse magnetoresistance and a negative longitudinal magnetoresistance. The latter is often considered as evidence of fermions having a defined chirality. Classical mechanisms, due to disorder or non-uniform current injection, can however, also produce negative longitudinal magnetoresistance. Here, we report on magnetotransport measurements performed on epitaxial thin films of Cd3As2, a three-dimensional Dirac semimetal. Quasi-linear positive transverse magne…
TaIrTe$_4$ is an example of a candidate Weyl type-II semimetal with a minimal possible number of Weyl nodes. Four nodes are reported to exist a single plane in $k$-space. The existence of a conical dispersion linked to Weyl nodes has yet to be shown experimentally. Here we use optical spectroscopy as a probe of the band structure on a low-energy scale. Studying optical conductivity allows us to probe intraband and interband transitions with zero momentum. In TaIrTe$_4$, we observe a narrow Drude contribution and an interband conductivity that may be consistent with a tilted linear band dispers…
The Weyl semimetal NbP exhibits an extremely large magnetoresistance (MR) and an ultra-high mobility. The large MR originates from a combination of the nearly perfect compensation between electron- and hole-type charge carriers and the high mobility, which is relevant to the topological band structure. In this work we report on temperature- and field-dependent thermopower and thermal conductivity experiments on NbP. Additionally, we carried out complementary heat capacity, magnetization, and electrical resistivity measurements. We found a giant adiabatic magnetothermopower with a maximum of 80…
The optical properties of (001)-oriented NbP single crystals have been studied in a wide spectral range from 6 meV to 3 eV from room temperature down to 10 K. The itinerant carriers lead to a Drude-like contribution to the optical response; we can further identify two pronounced phonon modes and interband transitions starting already at rather low frequencies. By comparing our experimental findings to the calculated interband optical conductivity, we can assign the features observed in the measured conductivity to certain interband transitions. In particular, we find that transitions between t…
Thermoelectric properties of single crystal Ta2PdSe6 is investigated by means of transport measurements, and a density functional calculation. We found a giant Peltier conductivity of 100 Acm-1K-1 at 10 K and successfully explained it by means of conventional semiconductor theory. We concluded that an uncompensated semimetal, high mobility, and heavy effective mass are responsible for the giant Peltier conductivity. Our finding opens a new ground in the field of thermoelectrics to explore much better semimetals for a new possible application such as an electric current generator for a supercon…
We study dc conductivity of a Weyl semimetal with uniaxial anisotropy (Fermi velocity ratio $ξ= v_\bot/v_\parallel\neq1$) considering the scattering of charge carriers by a wide class of impurity potentials, both short- and long-range. We obtain the ratio of transverse and longitudinal (with respect to the anisotropy axis) conductivities as a function of both $ξ$ and temperature. We find that the transverse and longitudinal conductivities exhibit different temperature dependence in the case of short-range disorder. For general long-range disorder, the temperature dependence ($\sim T^4$) of the…
We report a comprehensive study on the intrinsic spin Hall conductivity (SHC) of semimetals MoTe2 and WTe2 by ab initio calculation. Large SHC and desirable spin Hall angles have been discovered, due to the strong spin orbit coupling effect and low charge conductivity in semimetals. Diverse anisotropic SHC values, attributed to the unusual reduced-symmetry crystalline structure, have been revealed. We report an effective method on SHC optimization by electron doping, and exhibit the mechanism of SHC variation respect to the energy shifting by the spin Berry curvature. Our work provides insight…
It is generally believed that conductivity platform can only exist in insulator with topological nontrivial bulk occupied states. Such rule exhibits in two dimensional quantum (anomalous) Hall effect, quantum spin Hall effect, and three dimensional topological insulator. In this letter, we propose a spin Hall conductivity (SHC) platform in a kind of three dimensional metallic materials with triply degenerate points around the Fermi level. With the help of a four bands \textbf{k}${\cdot}$\textbf{p} model, we prove that SHC platform can form between $|\frac{3}{2},\pm\frac{3}{2}\rangle$ and $|\fr…
Berry curvature in Weyl semimetals results in very intriguing magneto-electric and magneto-thermal transport properties. In this paper, we explore the impact of the tilting of the Weyl nodes, which breaks the time-reversal symmetry, on the magneto-electric conductivity of type-I and type-II Weyl semimetals. Using the Berry curvature connected Boltzmann transport formalism, we find that in addition to the quadratic-B corrections induced by the tilt, there are also anisotropic and B-linear corrections in several elements of the conductivity matrix. For the case of magnetic field applied perpendi…
The optical properties of YbMnSb2 have been measured in a broad frequency range from room temperature down to 7 K. With decreasing temperature, a flat region develops in the optical conductivity spectra at about 300cm-1, which can not be described by the well-known Drude-Lorentz model. A frequency-independent component has to be introduced to model the measured optical conductivity. Our first-principles calculations show that YbMnSb2 possesses a Dirac nodal line near the Fermi level. A comparison between the measured optical properties and calculated electronic band structures suggests that th…
We report the results of our experimental studies on the magnetic, transport and thermoelectric properties of the ferromagnetic metal CoMnSb. Sizable anomalous Hall conductivity $σ_{yx}$ and transverse thermoelectric conductivity $α_{yx}$ are found experimentally and comparable in size to the values estimated from density-functional theory. Our experiment further reveals that CoMnSb exhibits $-T\ln T$ critical behavior in $α_{yx}(T)$, deviating from Fermi liquid behavior $α_{yx}\sim T$ over a decade of temperature between 10 K to 400 K, similar to ferromagnetic Weyl and nodal-line semimetals. …
We present a temperature-dependent infrared spectroscopy study on the layered topological semimetal Nb$_3$SiTe$_6$ combined with density-functional theory (DFT) calculations of the electronic band structure and optical conductivity. Our results reveal an anisotropic behavior of the in-plane ($ac$-plane) optical conductivity, with three pronounced excitations located at around 0.15, 0.28, and 0.41~eV for the polarization of the incident radiation along the $c$ axis. These excitations are well reproduced in the theoretical spectra. Based on the \textit{ab initio} results, the excitations around …
We examine an effect of acoustic phonon scattering on an electric conductivity of single-component molecular conductor [Pd(dddt)$_2$] (dddt = 5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dithiolate) with a half-filled band by applying the previous calculation in a two-dimensional model with Dirac cone [Phys. Rev. B {\bf 98},161205 (2018)], where the electric transport by the impurity scattering exhibits the noticeable interplay of the Dirac cone and the phonon scattering, resulting in a maximum of the conductivity with increasing temperature. The conductor shows a nodal line semimetal where the band crossing of…
Tungsten ditelluride WTe$_2$ is a type-II Weyl semimetal with electronic properties highly sensitive to external pressure, as demonstrated by the superconductivity emerging under pressure. Here, we study the optical conductivity of the type-II Weyl semimetal WTe$_2$ under external pressure at room temperature. With increasing pressure, a pronounced spectral weight transfer occurs from the high-energy to the low-energy interband transitions, with drastic changes in the profile of the optical conductivity spectrum indicating a high sensitivity of the electronic band structure to external pressur…
Topological semimetal may have potential applications like topological qubits, spintronics and quantum computations. Efficient heat dissipation is a key factor for the reliability and stability of topological semimetal-based nano-electronics devices, which is closely related to high thermal conductivity. In this work, the elastic properties and lattice thermal conductivity of TaN are investigated by first-principles calculations and the linearized phonon Boltzmann equation within the single-mode relaxation time approximation (RTA). According to the calculated bulk modulus, shear modulus and $C…
Topological Weyl semimetals can host Weyl nodes with monopole charges in momentum space. How to detect the signature of the monopole charges in quantum transport remains a challenging topic. Here, we reveal the connection between the parity of monopole charge in topological semimetals and the quantum interference corrections to the conductivity. We show that the parity of monopole charge determines the sign of the quantum interference correction, with odd and even parity yielding the weak anti-localization and weak localization effects, respectively. This is attributed to the Berry phase diffe…
The Weyl semimetal exhibits various interesting physical phenomena because of the Weyl points, i.e., linear band-crossings. We show by Floquet theory that a linearly polarized light applied to a band insulator can induce controllable Weyl points. In a tight-binding model, we classify different types of photoinduced Weyl points that lead to a rich phase diagram characterized by the Chern number defined on each momentum slices of the bulk states. Taking account of the nonequilibrium electron distribution, we calculate and explain the nonmonotonous anomalous Hall conductivity in terms of the ligh…
We introduce a simple model to describe the formation of heavy Weyl semimetals in non-centrosymmetric heavy fermion compounds under the influence of a parity-mixing, onsite hybridization. A key aspect of interaction-driven heavy Weyl semimetals is the development of surface Kondo breakdown, which is expected to give rise to a temperature-dependent re-configuration of the Fermi arcs and the Weyl cyclotron orbits which connect them via the chiral bulk states. Our theory predicts a strong temperature dependent transformation in the quantum oscillations at low temperatures. In addition to the effe…
The optical conductivity of the new Dirac semimetal candidate Ir$_2$In$_8$Se is measured in a frequency range from 40 to 30000 cm$^{-1}$ at temperatures from 300 K down to 10 K. The measurement reveals that the compound is a low carrier density metal. We find that the real part of the conductivity $σ_1(ω)$ is linear in frequency over a broad range from 500 to 4000 cm$^{-1}$ at 300 K and varies slightly with cooling. This linearity strongly suggests the presence of three-dimensional linear electronic bands with band crossings near the Fermi level. Band structure calculations indicate the presen…
A theory is developed for the density and temperature dependent carrier conductivity in doped three-dimensional (3D) Dirac materials focusing on resistive scattering from screened Coulomb disorder due to random charged impurities (e.g., dopant ions and unintentional background impurities). The theory applies both in the undoped intrinsic ("high-temperature", $T \gg T_F$) and the doped extrinsic ("low-temperature", $T \ll T_F$) limit with analytical scaling properties for the carrier conductivity obtained in both regimes, where $T_F$ is the Fermi temperature corresponding to the doped free carr…
Mn$_{3}$Sn is a non-collinear antiferromagnet which displays a large anomalous Hall effect at room temperature. It is believed that the principal contribution to its anomalous Hall conductivity comes from Berry curvature. Moreover, dc transport and photoemission experiments have confirmed that Mn$_{3}$Sn may be an example of a time-reversal symmetry breaking Weyl semimetal. Due to a small, but finite moment in the room temperature inverse triangular spin structure, which allows control of the Hall current with external field, this material has garnered much interest for next generation memory …
Recently, Cd3As2 has attracted intensive research interest as an archetypical Dirac semimetal, hosting three-dimensional linear-dispersive electronic bands near the Fermi level. Previous studies have shown that single-crystalline Cd3As2 has an anomalously low lattice thermal conductivity, ranging from 0.3 W/mK to 0.7 W/mK at 300 K, which has been attributed to point defects. In this work, we combine first-principles lattice dynamics calculations and temperature-dependent high-resolution Raman spectroscopy of high-quality single-crystal thin films grown by molecular beam epitaxy to reveal the e…
We study transport in a Weyl semimetal with donor and acceptor impurities. At sufficiently high temperatures transport is dominated by electron-electron interactions, while the low-temperature resistivity comes from the scattering of quasiparticles on screened impurities. Using the diagrammatic technique, we calculate the conductivity $σ(T,ω,n_A,n_D)$ in the impurities-dominated regime as a function of temperature $T$, frequency $ω$, and the concentrations $n_A$ and $n_D$ of donors and acceptors and discuss the crossover behaviour between the regimes of low and high temperatures and impurity c…
We study the origin of the strong spin Hall effect (SHE) in a recently discovered family of Weyl semimetals, LaAl$X$ ($X$=Si, Ge) via a first-principles approach with maximally localized Wannier functions. We show that the strong intrinsic SHE in LaAl$X$ originates from the multiple slight anticrossings of nodal lines and points near $E_F$ due to their high mirror symmetry and large spin-orbit interaction. It is further found that both electrical and thermal means can enhance the spin Hall conductivity ($σ_{SH}$). However, the former also increases the electrical conductivity ($σ_{c}$), while …
We measured the optical reflectivity of [001]-oriented $n$-doped Cd$_{3}$As$_{2}$ in a broad frequency range (50 - 22000 cm$^{-1}$) for temperatures from 10 to 300 K. The optical conductivity, $σ(ω) = σ_{1}(ω) + {\rm i}σ_{2}(ω)$, is isotropic within the (001) plane; its real part follows a power law, $σ_{1}(ω) \propto ω^{1.65}$, in a large interval from 2000 to 8000 cm$^{-1}$. This behavior is caused by interband transitions between two Dirac bands, which are effectively described by a sublinear dispersion relation, $E(k) \propto \lvert k \rvert ^{0.6}$. The momentum-averaged Fermi velocity of…
Molybdenum ditelluride, MoTe2, is a versatile material where the topological phase can be readily tuned by manipulating the associated structural phase transition. The fine details of the band structure of MoTe2, key to understanding its topological properties, have proven difficult to disentangle experientially due to the multi-band character of the material. Through experimental optical conductivity spectra, we detect two strong low-energy interband transitions. Both are linked to excitations between spin-orbit split bands. The lowest interband transition shows a strong thermal shift, pointi…

The peculiar band structure of semimetals exhibiting Dirac and Weyl crossings can lead to spectacular electronic properties such as large mobilities accompanied by extremely high magnetoresistance. In particular, two closely neighbouring Weyl points of the same chirality are protected from annihilation by structural distortions or defects, thereby significantly reducing the scattering probability between them. Here we present the electronic properties of the transition metal diphosphides, WP2 and MoP2, that are type-II Weyl semimetals with robust Weyl points. We present transport and angle res…
2H phase (trigonal prismatic D3h) of layered two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have attracted a lot of interests due to the superior electronic and optoelectronic properties. However, flexible electronic devices and thermoelectric performances based on 2H phase have been potentially limited by the strain sensitive electronic band gap and high lattice thermal conductivity (kappa_L). Here, we predict and calculate two 1T (octahedral Oh) phase monolayer telluride materials SnTe2 and SiTe2 with soft mechanics, ultralow kappa_L and electronic properties. The calculated in…

Within a Kubo formalism, we study dc transport and ac optical properties of 3D Dirac and Weyl semimetals. Emphasis is placed on the approach to charge neutrality and on the differences between Dirac and Weyl materials. At charge neutrality, the zero-temperature limit of the dc conductivity is not universal and also depends on the residual scattering model employed. However, the Lorenz number L retains its usual value L_0. With increasing temperature, the Wiedemann-Franz law is violated. At high temperatures, L exhibits a new plateau at a value dependent on the details of the scattering rate. S…
Recently, three-component new fermions in topological semimetal MoP are experimentally observed, which may have potential applications like topological qubits, low-power electronics and spintronics. These are closely related to thermal transport properties of MoP. In this work, the phonon transport of MoP is investigated by solving the linearized phonon Boltzmann equation within the single-mode relaxation time approximation (RTA). The calculated room-temperature lattice thermal conductivity is 18.41 $\mathrm{W m^{-1} K^{-1}}$ and 34.71 $\mathrm{W m^{-1} K^{-1}}$ along the in- and cross-plane d…
Quantum anomalies in Weyl semimetal (for either ${\bf E}\cdot{\bf B} \neq 0$ or ${\bf \nabla}T\cdot{\bf B} \neq 0$) leads to chiral charge and energy pumping between the opposite chirality nodes. This results in chiral charge and energy imbalance between the Weyl nodes which manifests in several intriguing magneto-transport phenomena. Here, we investigate the role of electrical-, thermal-, and gravitational chiral anomaly on magneto-transport in Weyl semimetals. We predict the planar Ettinghausen and Righi-Leduc effect to be a distinct signature of these quantum anomalies. We also demonstrate …
ZrSiS is a nodal-line semimetal, whose electronic band structure contains a diamond-shaped line of Dirac nodes. We carried out a comparative study on the optical conductivity of ZrSiS and related compounds ZrSiSe, ZrSiTe, ZrGeS, and ZrGeTe by reflectivity measurements over a broad frequency range combined with density functional theory calculations. The optical conductivity exhibits a distinct U shape, ending at a sharp peak at around 10000~cm$^{-1}$ for all studied compounds, except for ZrSiTe. The U shape of the optical conductivity is due to transitions between the linearly dispersing bands…
Topological semimetal may have substantial applications in electronics, spintronics and quantum computation. Recently, ZrTe is predicted as a new type of topological semimetal due to coexistence of Weyl fermion and massless triply degenerate nodal points. In this work, the elastic and transport properties of ZrTe are investigated by combining the first-principles calculations and semiclassical Boltzmann transport theory. Calculated elastic constants prove mechanical stability of ZrTe, and the bulk modulus, shear modulus, Young's modulus and Possion's ratio also are calculated. It is found that…
Topological semimetals are currently attracting increasing interest due to their potential applications in topological qubits and low-power electronics, which are closely related to their thermal transport properties. In this work, by solving the Boltzmann transport equation based on first-principles calculations, we systematically investigate the phonon transport properties of topological semimetal WC and WN. The predicted room-temperature lattice thermal conductivities of WC (WN) along a and c directions are 1140.64 (7.47) $\mathrm{W m^{-1} K^{-1}}$ and 1214.69 (5.39) $\mathrm{W m^{-1} K^{-1…
We report measurement of terahertz anomalous Hall conductivity and Faraday rotation in the magnetic Weyl semimetal Co$_2$MnGa thin films as a function of the magnetic field, temperature and thickness, using time-domain terahertz spectroscopy. The terahertz conductivity shows a thickness-independent anomalous Hall conductivity of around 600 $Ω^{-1}\cdot cm^{-1}$ at room temperature, and it is also frequency-independent from 0.2-1.5 THz. The magnitude of the longitudinal and Hall conductivities, the weak spin-orbit coupling, and the very close positioning of Weyl points to the chemical potential…
We report an above-room-temperature ferromagnetic state realized in a proximitized Dirac semimetal, which is fabricated by growing typical Dirac semimetal Cd$_3$As$_2$ films on a ferromagnetic garnet with strong perpendicular magnetization. Observed anomalous Hall conductivity with substantially large Hall angles is found to be almost proportional to magnetization and opposite in sign to it. Theoretical calculations based on first-principles electronic structure also demonstrate that the Fermi-level dependent anomalous Hall conductivity reflects the Berry curvature originating in the split Wey…
The anisotropic optical response of the layered, nodal-line semimetal ZrSiS at ambient and high pressure is investigated by frequency-dependent reflectivity measurements for the polarization along and perpendicular to the layers. The highly anisotropic optical conductivity is in very good agreement with results from density functional theory calculations and confirms the anisotropic character of ZrSiS. Whereas the in-plane optical conductivity shows only modest pressure-induced changes, we found strong effects on the out-of-plane optical conductivity spectrum of ZrSiS, with the appearance of t…
We study transport in three dimensional Weyl semimetals with N isotropic Weyl nodes in the presence of Coulomb interactions or disorder at temperature T. In the interacting clean limit, we determine the conductivity by solving a quantum Boltzmann equation within a `leading log' approximation and find it to be proportional to T, upto logarithmic factors arising from the flow of couplings. In the noninteracting disordered case, we compute the finite-frequency Kubo conductivity and show that it exhibits distinct behaviors for omega << T and omega >> T: in the former regime we recover the results …
The nontrivial band structure of semimetals has attracted substantial research attention in condensed matter physics and materials science in recent years owing to its intriguing physical properties. Within this class, a group of non-trivial materials known as nodal-line semimetals is particularly important. Nodal-line semimetals exhibit the potential effects of electronic correlation in nonmagnetic materials, whereas they enhance the contribution of the Berry curvature in magnetic materials, resulting in high anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC). In this study, two ferromagnetic compounds, namel…
