The Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix element $\vert V_{ub}\vert$ is obtained from exclusive semileptonic $B \to π\ell ν_\ell$ and $B_s \to K \ell ν_\ell$ decays adopting the unitarity-based dispersion matrix approach for the determination of the hadronic form factors (FFs) in the whole kinematical range. We use lattice computations of the relevant susceptibilities and of the FFs in the large-$q^2$ regime in order to derive their behavior in the low-$q^2$ region without assuming any specific momentum dependence and without constraining their shape using experimental data. Then, we address the extraction of $\vert V_{ub}\vert$ from the experimental data, obtaining $\vert V_{ub}\vert = (3.62 \pm 0.47) \cdot 10^{-3}$ from $B \to π$ and $\vert V_{ub}\vert = (3.77 \pm 0.48) \cdot 10^{-3}$ from $B_s \to K$, which after averaging yield $\vert V_{ub}\vert = (3.69 \pm 0.34) \cdot 10^{-3}$. These results are compatible with the most recent inclusive value $\vert V_{ub} \vert_{incl} = 4.13\,(26) \cdot 10^{-3}$ at the 1$σ$ level. We also present purely theoretical estimates of the ratio of the $τ/μ$ decay rates $R^{τ/μ}_{π(K)}$, the normalized forward-backward asymmetry $\bar{\mathcal{A}}_{FB}^{\ell,π(K)}$ and the normalized lepton polarization asymmetry $\bar{\mathcal{A}}_{polar}^{\ell,π(K)}$.
In this work we discuss in detail the non-perturbative determination of the momentum dependence of the form factors entering in semileptonic decays using unitarity and analyticity constraints. The method contains several new elements with respect to previous proposals and allows to extract, using suitable two-point functions computed non-perturbatively, the form factors at low momentum transfer $q^2$ from those computed explicitly on the lattice at large $q^2$, without any assumption about their $q^2$-dependence. The approach will be very useful for exclusive semileptonic $B$-meson decays, whe…
Using a technique that is not subject to first-order SU(3) symmetry breaking effects, we determine the $V_{us}$ element of the CKM matrix from data on semileptonic hyperon decays. We obtain $V_{us}$ =0.2250(27). This value is of similar precision to the one derived from $K_{l3}$, but higher and in better agreement with the unitarity requirement, $|V_{ud}|^2+|V_{us}|^2+|V_{ub}|^2=1$.
Use of semi-leptonic decays has become standard in constraining the Unitarity Triangle. Bearing in mind that precise calculations of these are very challenging, we propose an entirely new approach. In particular the |Vcb| + epsilon_K constraint, which depends extremely sensitively on Vcb in the traditional method, is replaced by the interplay between epsilon_K, BR(B ->tau nu) and Delta M_Bs. It is found that even in this method tensions with the Standard Model persist at the ~1.8 sigma level. Furthermore, improvements on the B -> tau nu branching ratio and on the lattice determination of f_Bs …
We present the results of the application of the Dispersion Matrix approach to exclusive semileptonic $B$-meson decays. This method allows to determine the hadronic form factors in a non-perturbative and completely model-independent way. Starting from lattice results available at large values of the momentum transfer, the behaviour of the form factors in their whole kinematical range is obtained without introducing any parameterization of their momentum dependence. We will focus on the determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements $\vert V_{cb} \vert$ and $\vert V_{ub} \vert$ …
We examine the semileptonic $B \to D^{(*)} \ell ν_\ell$ and $B \to π\ell ν_\ell$ decays adopting the unitarity-based Dispersive Matrix (DM) method, which allows to determine the shape of the relevant hadronic form factors (FFs) in their whole kinematical range, using only lattice QCD results available at large values of the 4-momentum transfer without making any assumption on their momentum dependence. Moreover, the experimental data are not used to constrain the shape of the FFs, but only to obtain our final exclusive determination of $\vert V_{cb} \vert$ and $\vert V_{ub} \vert$, namely: $\v…
The current status of lattice and dispersive bound calculations for exclusive semileptonic B decays is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on decays relevant for the measurement of the sides of the unitarity triangle determined by |V_{ub}| and |V_{cb}|.
We perform a new numerical analysis of hyperon semileptonic decays emphasizing the systematic uncertainties. The poor understanding of SU(3) symmetry breaking effects at second order in the vector form factor translates into a large error of |V(us)|. Using our determination |V(us)| = 0.226 +/- 0.005 together with those coming from other sources we test the unitarity of the CKM matrix.
We present a detailed analysis of exclusive semileptonic decays of Bc meson involving pseudoscalar and vector mesons in the BSW framework, by investigating the effects of the flavor dependence on the average transverse quark momentum inside a meson. Branching ratios of exclusive semileptonic decays of Bc meson are predicted.
Exclusive semileptonic B decays to radially excited charmed mesons are investigated at the first order of the heavy quark expansion. The arising leading and subleading Isgur-Wise functions are calculated in the framework of the relativistic quark model. It is found that the 1/m_Q corrections play an important role and substantially modify results. An interesting interplay between different corrections is found. As a result the branching ratio for the B-> D'eνdecay is essentially increased by 1/m_Q corrections, while the one for B-> D*'eνis only slightly influenced by them.
Some emerging difficulties in the theoretical description of exclusive semileptonic $\bar B$ decays are discussed in the context of the quark model. While there are no unambiguous problems at this time, I discuss physics beyond the valence quark model which should eventually be probed by precision measurements of $\bar B$ semileptonic decays.
We present a new calculation of the $D \rightarrow π, l ν$ semileptonic form factor $f^{D \rightarrow π}_+(q^2)$ at $q^2 = 0$ based on HISQ charm and light valence quarks on MILC $N_f = 2 +1$ lattices. Using methods developed recently for HPQCD's study of $D \rightarrow K, l ν$ decays, we find $f^{D \rightarrow π}_+(0) = 0.666(29)$. This signifies a better than factor of two improvement in errors for this quantity compared to previous calculations. Combining the new result with CLEO-c branching fraction data, we extract the CKM matrix element $|V_{cd}| = 0.225(6)_{exp.}(10)_{lat.}$, where the …
According to the heavy-quark flavour symmetry, the $B\to π, K$ transition form factors could be related to the corresponding ones of D-meson decays near the zero recoil point. With the recent precisely measured exclusive semileptonic decays $D \to π\ell ν$ and $D\to K \ell ν$, we perform a phenomenological study of $B \to π, K$ transition form factors based on this symmetry. Using BK, BZ and Series Expansion parameterizations of the form factor slope, we extrapolate $B \to π, K$ transition form factors from $q^{2}_{max}$ to $q^{2}=0$. It is found that, although being consistent with each other…
Updated CLEO results are presented for branching ratios and four-momentum transfer q^2 dependence of exclusive charmless semileptonic B decays, where the final state hadron is either a pi, rho, omega, eta or eta'. These results have comparable accuracies with those of other experiments. We address the issue of flavor singlet couplings by limiting Gamma(B+ -> eta' l+ nu)/Γ(B+ -> eta l+ nu)> 2.5 at 90 % CL}. We also extract a value of |V_{ub}|= (4.3 +/- 0.4 +/-0.2^{+0.6}_{-0.4})x10^{-3} in one particular unquenched lattice QCD model using pi l+nu data above q^2 of 16 GeV^2.
We evaluate semileptonic decays of spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 doubly heavy $cb$ baryons. The decays are driven by a $c\to s,d$ transition at the quark level. We check our results for the form factors against heavy quark spin symmetry constraints obtained in the limit of very large heavy quark masses and near zero recoil.
We demonstrate that polarization measurements in exclusive semileptonic B decays are powerful tools for unraveling non-standard model sources of T-violation. Measurements of the transverse polarization of the tau lepton in the B to D tau nu and B to D* tau nu decays probe separately effective scalar and pseudoscalar CP-violating four-Fermi interactions, whereas the D* polarization in the B to D* l nu (l=e,mu) decay is sensitive to an effective right-handed quark current interaction. Two T-odd polarization structures exist involving the D* polarization and they can be isolated and studied separ…
I point out that $B \to X_q ł^+ ł^-$ decays $(q = s, d)$ are sensitive probes of possible violation of CKM unitarity. I compute the decay rates and asymmetries in a minimal extension of the Standard Model containing an additional isosinglet charge (-1/3) quark, which leads to a deviation from CKM unitarity. It is shown that even for small mixing ratios $|{z_{qb}}/{(V_{tq}^\ast V_{tb})}| \sim O({10}^{-2})$, the contribution of the tree-level $Z-$FCNC appearing in the model should change the rates and asymmetries significantly. Especially the CP asymmetry, $A_{CP} (B \to X_s ł^+ ł^-)$, can be en…
We use Omnes representations of the form factors V, A_1 and A_2 for exclusive semileptonic B--> rho decays, and apply them to combine experimental partial branching fraction information with theoretical calculations of the three form factors to extract |Vub|. We find a slightly lower result, |Vub|=(2.8 +- 0.2)x 10^{-3}, than the values extracted from exclusive semileptonic B-->pi decays and using all other inputs in CKM fits. The disagreement is greater when we compare to the result extracted from inclusive B -> X_u l nu decays.
We provide a general analysis of time reversal invariance violation in the exclusive semileptonic B decays B to D l nu and B to D* l nu. Measurements of the lepton and D* polarizations can be used to search for and identify non-standard model sources of T violation. Upper limits are placed on the T-odd polarization observables in both the supersymmetric R-parity conserving and R-parity breaking theories, as well as in some non-supersymmetric extensions of the standard model, including multi-Higgs-doublet models, leptoquark models, and left-right symmetric models. It is noted that many of these…
We review current issues in exclusive semileptonic tau decays. We present the formalism of structure functions, and then discuss predictions for final states with kaons, for decays into four pions and for radiative corrections to the decay into a single pion. Implications for testing the standard model at low energies are discussed.
The aim of the paper is to show that the nowadays experimental data from superallowed nuclear and neutron $β$ decays, and from leptonic and semileptonic decays allow the finding of the most probable numerical form of the KM matrix, as well as the determination of decay constants, $f_{P}$, and of various form factors $f_+(q^2)$, by using a genuine implementation of unitarity constraints. In particular this approach allows the determination of semileptonic form factors that is illustrated on the existing data of $D\rightarrow πl ν$ and $D\rightarrow K lν$ decays.
Using quasipotential approach, we have studied exclusive semileptonic decays of heavy mesons with the account of relativistic effects. Due to more complete relativistic description of the $s$ quark more precise expressions for semileptonic form factors are obtained. Various differential distributions in exclusive semileptonic decays of heavy mesons are calculated. It is argued that consistent account of relativistic effects and HQET motivated choice of the parameters of quark-antiquark potential allow to get reliable value for the ratio $A_2(0)/A_1(0)$ in the $D\to K^*lν_l$ decay as well as th…
The form factors of weak decays of the B meson to orbitally excited scalar, axial vector and tensor light mesons are calculated in the framework of the QCD-motivated relativistic quark model based on the quasipotential approach. Relativistic effects are systematically taken into account. The form factors are expressed trough the overlap integrals of the meson wave functions and their dependence on the momentum transfer is selfconsistently determined in the whole kinematical range. On this basis semileptonic and two-body nonleptonic B decay rates to orbitally excited light mesons are calculated…
Measurements of the polarization of the lepton and D* in the exclusive semileptonic B decays, B to D l nu and B to D* l nu, can be used to separate and identify the non-standard model sources of T violation. These T-odd effects, estimated in both supersymmetric and non-supersymmetric models, could be within the reach of the planned B factories.
We update the extraction of |Vub| from exclusive semileptonic B to pi decays, combining experimental partial branching fraction information with theoretical form factor calculations, using the recently revised HPQCD results for the form factors f_+ and f_0. We use Omnes representations to provide the required parametrisations of the form factors. The extracted value is 10^3 |Vub| = 3.47+/-0.29+/-0.03, in striking agreement with |Vub| extracted using all other inputs in CKM fits and showing some disagreement with |Vub| extracted from inclusive semileptonic B to pi decays.
We developed the new parton model approach for exclusive semileptonic decays of $B$-meson to $D,~D^*$ by extending the inclusive parton model, and by combining with the results of the HQET, motivated by Drell-Yan process. Without the nearest pole dominance ansätze, we {\bf derived} the dependences of hadronic form factors on $q^2$. We also calculated numerically the slope of the Isgur-Wise function, which is consistent with the experimental results.
Exclusive semileptonic B decays to orbitally and radially excited charmed mesons are investigated in the first order of the heavy quark expansion. The emerging leading and subleading Isgur-Wise functions are calculated in the framework of the relativistic quark model. It is found that both relativistic and the 1/m_Q corrections play an important role and substantially modify results. An interesting interplay between different corrections is observed.
We derive a new factorization relation for the semileptonic radiative decay B -> π\ell νγin the kinematical region of a slow pion p_π~ Λand an energetic photon E_γ>> Λ, working at leading order in Λ/m_b. In the limit of a soft pion, the nonperturbative matrix element appearing in this relation can be computed using chiral perturbation theory. We present a phenomenological study of this decay, which may be important for a precise determination of the exclusive nonradiative decay.
A model-independent analysis for the exclusive, rare B -> pi^+ pi^- l^+ l^- decay is presented. The dependence of the various physically measurable asymmetries and CP violating asymmetry on the new Wilson coefficients is studied in detail. It is observed that different measurable quantiles are very sensitive to the different new Wilson coefficients, i.e., to the existence of new physics beyond standard model.
We present theoretical evidence that the exclusive/inclusive ratio of semileptonic $Λ_b$-decays exceeds that of semileptonic B-decays where the experimental exclusive/inclusive ratio amounts to about 66%. We start from the observation that the spectator quark model provides a lower bound on the leading order Isgur-Wise function of the $Λ_b \to Λ_c$ transition in terms of the corresponding $B \to D,D^*$ mesonic Isgur-Wise function. Using experimental data for the $B \to D,D^*$ mesonic Isgur-Wise functions this bound is established. Applying a Bethe-Salpeter model including spectator quark inter…
B decay sum rules relate exclusive B semileptonic decay matrix elements to forward B-meson matrix elements of operators in HQET. At leading order the operators that occur are the b-quark kinetic energy $λ_1$ and chromomagnetic energy $λ_2$. The latter is determined by the measured $B^*-B$ mass splitting. The derivation of these sum rules is reviewed and perturbative QCD corrections are discussed. A determination of $λ_1$ and the energy of the light degrees of freedom in a B-meson, $\barΛ$, from semileptonic B decay data is presented. Future prospects for improving these sum rules are discussed…
We evaluate exclusive semileptonic decays of ground-state spin-1/2 doubly heavy charmed baryons driven by a $c\to s,d$ transition at the quark level. Our results for the form factors are consistent with heavy quark spin symmetry constraints which are valid in the limit of an infinitely massive charm quark and near zero recoil. Only a few exclusive semileptonic decay channels have been theoretically analyzed before. For those cases we find that our results are in a reasonable agreement with previous calculations.
We present results for exclusive semileptonic decay widths of ground state spin-$1/2$ and spin-$3/2$ $cb$ baryons corresponding to a $c\to s, d$ transition at the quark level. The relevance of hyperfine mixing in spin-1/2 $cb$ baryons is shown. Our form factors are compatible with heavy quark spin symmetry constraints obtained in the infinite heavy quark mass limit.
Exclusive semileptonic B decays are discussed. The emphasis is on using semileptonic decays to determine |V_{ub}| and |V_{cb}|. Recent progress in our understanding of B semileptonic decays to excited charmed mesons is also reviewed.
We investigate the form factors for exclusive semileptonic decays of $B$-meson to $D,~D^*$, based on the parton picture and helped by the results of the HQET. We obtain the numerical results for the slope of the Isgur-Wise function, which is consistent with the experimental results, and we extracte the dependences of hadronic form factors on $q^2$ by varying input heavy quark fragmentation function without the nearest pole dominance ansätze.
We study exclusive nonleptonic and semileptonic decays of the Bc-meson within a relativistic constituent quark model previously developed by us. For the nonleptonic decays we use the factorizing approximation. We update our model parameters by using new experimental data for the mass and the lifetime of the Bc meson and the leptonic decay constants of the D-meson. We calculate the branching ratios for a large set of exclusive nonleptonic and semileptonic decays of the $B_c$ meson and compare our results with the results of other studies. As a guide for further experimental exploration we provi…
Exclusive semileptonic B meson decays to orbitally excited D mesons are investigated in the infinitely heavy quark limit in the framework of the relativistic quark model based on the quasipotential approach. The B\to D^{**}eνIsgur-Wise functions τ_{3/2}(w) and τ_{1/2}(w) are determined. It is found that the relativistic transformation of the meson wave functions (Wigner rotation of the light quark spin) contribute already at the leading order of the heavy quark expansion.
In this paper we compute, within in the context of a relativistic quark model, the Isgur-Wise functions for exclusive semileptonic $\bar B \to X_c$ decays, where $X_c$ is any charmed mesons with total spin $J=0,1,2$ or one of their first excited states. The relevant matrix elements are computed by a direct numerical integration, in coordinate space, of the convolution of the wave function of the $B$ meson at rest and the wave function of the $X_c$ meson, boosted according with its recoil factor. Our results are compared with other predictions found in the existing literature.

We evaluate exclusive semileptonic decays of ground-state spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 doubly heavy $cb$ baryons driven by a $c\to s,d$ transition at the quark level. We check our results for the form factors against heavy quark spin symmetry constraints obtained in the limit of very large heavy quark masses and near zero recoil. Based on those constraints we make model independent, though approximate, predictions for ratios of decay widths.
We use Omnes representations of the form factors f_+ and f_0 for exclusive semileptonic B to pi decays, paying special attention to the treatment of the B* pole and its effect on f_+. We apply them to combine experimental partial branching fraction information with theoretical calculations of both form factors to extract |Vub|. The precision we achieve is competitive with the inclusive determination and we do not find a significant discrepancy between our result, |Vub| =(3.90+/-0.32+/-0.18)10^(-3), and the inclusive world average value, (4.45+/-0.20+/-0.26)10^(-3).
I review the phenomenology of exclusive Bbar -> Kbar pi l^+ l^- decays, with focus on the intermediate resonant Kbar^*(892) mode. The status of angular observables at both ends of the dilepton mass spectrum is revisited. Constraints on the b -> s Wilson coefficients C_7,C_9,C_10 based on 2011 data from the B factories, CDF and LHCb are presented.
This article analyses the available inputs in $\btopilnu$ and $\btorholnu$ decays which include the measured values of differential rate in different $q^2$-bins (lepton invariant mass spectrum), lattice, and the newly available inputs on the relevant form-factors from the light-cone sum rules (LCSR) approach. We define different fit scenarios, and in each of these scenarios, we predict a few observables in the standard model (SM). For example, $R(M) =\frac{\mathcal{B}(B \to M\ell_iν_{\ell_i})}{\mathcal{B}(B\to M\ell_jν_{\ell_j})} $, $R^{\ell_i}_{\ell_j}(M) =\frac{\mathcal{B}(B\to \ell_iν_{\ell…
Our Vcb extraction is based on recent Belle results, with unfolded kinematical dependence. We use two different parameterizations of the form factors, the CLN and BGL parameterizations. We discuss how the known discrepancy between the inclusive and exclusive determinations of Vcb depends on an underestimate of the uncertainty with parameterizations that use heavy quark expansion. We investigate the results of the semileptonic B decay with heavy leptons (tau) compared to the decays into light leptons. Experimental ratio of the two branching ratios is systematically larger than the Standard Mode…
We present results for exclusive $b\to c$ semileptonic decays of ground state triply-heavy baryons and for semileptonic $c\to s,d$ decays of doubly heavy ground state $cb$ baryons. In both cases, we have derived for the first time heavy quark spin symmetry relations for the hadronic amplitudes near zero recoil. Though strictly valid in the limit of very large heavy quark masses and near zero recoil, they turn out to be reasonable accurate for the whole available phase space in these decays and for the actual heavy quark masses we use. With these relations we have made approximate, but model in…
The prospects for determining $|V_{ub}|$ from exclusive B semileptonic decay are discussed. The double ratio of form factors $(f^{B\toρ}/f^{B\to K^*})/ (f^{D\toρ}/f^{D\to K^*})$ is calculated using chiral perturbation theory. Its deviation from unity due to contributions that are non-analytic in the symmetry breaking parameters is very small. Combining experimental data obtainable from (B->rho l nu), (B->K* l l) and (D->rho l nu) can lead to a model independent determination of $|V_{ub}|$ with an uncertainty from theory of about 10%.
An admixture of a right-handed $b \to c$ current in the semileptonic weak decays of the $B$ mesons would give a significantly different contribution to the inclusive rate of the decays $B \to l νX_c$ as compared to the exclusive decay $B \to D^* l ν$ at zero recoil. Thus a difference in the values of $|V_{cb}|$ extracted from the data on these two types of decay would measure such admixture. The present marginal mismatch in determination of $|V_{cb}|$ by the two methods can be interpreted as corresponding to $g_R/g_L \approx 0.14 \pm 0.18$.
We study the exclusive semileptonic decays B_s->D_{s0}^*\ell\barνand B_s->D_{s1}^*\ell\barν, where p-wave excited D_{s0}^* and D_{s1}^* states are identified with the newly observed D_{sJ}(2317) and D_{sJ}(2460) states. Within the framework of HQET the Isgur-Wise functions up to the subleading order of the heavy quark expansion are calculated by QCD sum rules. The decay rates and branching ratios are computed with the inclusion of the order of 1/m_Q corrections. We point out that the investigation of the B_s semileptonic decays to excited D_s mesons may provide some information about the natur…
Precise theoretical predictions derived from the Standard Model are a key ingredient in searches for new physics in the flavor sector. The large mass and long lifetime of the $b$ quark make processes involving $b$ quarks of particular interest. We use lattice simulations to perform nonperturbative QCD calculations for semileptonic $B_{(s)}$ decays. We present results from our determinations of $B_s\to D_s \ell ν$ and $B_s\to K \ell ν$ semileptonic form factors and provide an outlook for our $B\to π\ellν$ calculation. In addition we discuss the determination of $R$-ratios testing lepton-flavor …
In this talk we present theoretical evidence that the exclusive/inclusive ratio of semileptonic Lambda_b-decays exceeds that of semileptonic B-decays, where the experimental exclusive/inclusive ratio amounts to about 66%. We start from the observation that the spectator quark model provides a lower bound on the leading order Isgur-Wise function of the Lambda_b -> Lambda_c transition in terms of the corresponding B -> D,D^* mesonic Isgur-Wise function. Using experimental data for the B -> D,D^* mesonic Isgur-Wise functions this bound is established. Applying a QCD sum rule estimate of the Lambd…
We discuss a method to construct observables protected against QCD uncertainties based on the angular distribution of the exclusive Bd -> K(*0}(-> Kpi) l+ l- decay. We focus on the identification and the interpretation of all the symmetries of the distribution. They constitute a key ingredient to construct a set of so-called transverse observables. We work in the framework of QCD factorization at NLO supplemented by an estimate of power-suppressed Lambda/mb corrections. A discussion of the new physics properties of two of the transverse asymmetries, AT^{(2)} and AT^{(5)}, is presented. A compa…
The independent helicity amplitudes in the (Lambda_b -> Λl^+ l^-) decay in the standard model and its minimal extension, i.e., with the new vector type interactions, are calculated. We calculate various asymmetry parameters characterizing the angular dependence of the differential decay width for the cascade decay (Lambda_b -> Lambda(-> a+b) V^* (-> l^+ l^-)) with polarized and unpolarized heavy baryons. The sensitivity of the asymmetry parameters to the new Wilson coefficients are analyzed.
We present the first complete results for the semileptonic and rare radiative form factors of B-mesons weak decay into a light vector-meson (rho, omega, K*, phi) in the light-cone sum-rule approach. The calculation includes radiative corrections, higher-twist corrections and SU(3)-breaking effects. The theoretical uncertainty is investigated in detail. A simple parametrization of the form factors is given in terms of three parameters each. We find that the form factors observe several relations inspired by heavy-quark symmetry.
Recently, the BESIII collaboration has reported numerous measurements of various $D_{(s)}$ meson semileptonic decays with significantly improved precision. Together with similar studies carried out at BABAR, Belle, and CLEO, new windows to a better understanding of weak and strong interactions in the charm sector have been opened. In light of new experimental data, we review the theoretical description and predictions for the semileptonic decays of $D_{(s)}$ to a pseudoscalar or a vector meson. This review is essentially an extended discussion of our recently published results obtained in the …
We consider the vector and scalar form factors of the charm-changing current responsible for the semileptonic decay D\rightarrow πl ν. Using as input dispersion relations and unitarity for the moments of suitable heavy-light correlators evaluated with Operator Product Expansions, including O(α_s^2) terms in perturbative QCD, we constrain the shape parameters of the form factors and find exclusion regions for zeros on the real axis and in the complex plane. For the scalar form factor, a low energy theorem and phase information on the unitarity cut are also implemented to further constrain the s…
