In this paper we consider the influence of relativistic rotation on the confinement/deconfinement transition in gluodynamics within lattice simulation. We perform the simulation in the reference frame which rotates with the system under investigation, where rotation is reduced to external gravitational field. To study the confinement/deconfinement transition the Polyakov loop and its susceptibility are calculated for various lattice parameters and the values of angular velocities which are characteristic for heavy-ion collision experiments. Different types of boundary conditions (open, periodic, Dirichlet) are imposed in directions, orthogonal to rotation axis. Our data for the critical temperature are well described by a simple quadratic function $T_c(Ω)/T_c(0) = 1 + C_2 Ω^2$ with $C_2>0$ for all boundary conditions and all lattice parameters used in the simulations. From this we conclude that the critical temperature of the confinement/deconfinement transition in gluodynamics increases with increasing angular velocity. This conclusion does not depend on the boundary conditions used in our study and we believe that this is universal property of gluodynamics.

SU(2) gluodynamics is investigated numerically and analytically in the (Indirect) Maximal Center gauge at finite temperature. The center vortices are shown to be condensed in the confinement phase and dilute in the deconfinement phase. A new physical object, center monopole, is constructed. We show that the center monopole condensate is the order parameter of deconfinement phase transition. The linking of the vortex worldsheets and quark trajectories is identified with the Aharonov-Bohm interaction in an effective Abelian Higgs theory. We conclude that the confinement in the Maximal Center gau…

We study gluodynamics in an external Abelian electromagnetic field within the dual superconductor approach. We show that the SU(2) gluodynamics should possess a deconfining phase transition at zero temperature at certain value of the external field. A dual superconductor model for the SU(3) gauge theory in external field predicts a rich phase structure containing confinement, asymmetric confinement and deconfinement phases. These results can be used to check the validity of the dual superconductor description of gluodynamics in external fields. We also discuss the gauge-independence of the obt…
Abelian mechanism of non-Abelian color confinement is observed in a gauge-independent way by high precision lattice Monte Carlo simulations in gluodynamics. An Abelian gauge field is extracted with no gauge-fixing. A static quark-antiquark potential derived from Abelian Polyakov loop correlators gives us the same string tension as the non-Abelian one. The Hodge decomposition of the Abelian Polyakov loop correlator to the regular photon and the singular monopole parts also reveals that only the monopole part is responsible for the string tension. The investigation of the flux-tube profile then …
We show that gluodynamics in an external Abelian electromagnetic field should possess a deconfining phase transition at zero temperature. Our analytical estimation of the critical external field is based on the dual superconductor picture which is formulated in the Euclidean space suitable for lattice calculations. A dual superconductor model corresponding to the SU(2) gluodynamics possesses confinement and deconfinement phases below and, respectively, above the critical field. A dual superconductor model for the SU(3) gauge theory predicts a rich phase structure containing confinement, asymme…
We show that the monopole confinement mechanism in lattice gluodynamics is a particular feature of the maximal abelian projection. We give an explicit example of the $SU(2) \rightarrow U(1)$ projection (the minimal abelian projection), in which the confinement is due to topological objects other than monopoles. We perform analytical and numerical study of the loop expansion of the Faddeev--Popov determinant for the maximal and the minimal abelian projections, and discuss the fundamental modular region for these projections.
In these notes I explain the idea how one could understand confinement by studying the low energy effective dynamics of non Abelian gauge theories. I argue that under some mild assumptions, the low energy dynamics is determined universally by the spontaneous breaking of the magnetic symmetry introduced by 't Hooft more than 20 years ago. The degrees of freedom in the effective theory are magnetic vortices. They play a similar role in confining dynamics to the role played by pions and sigma in the chiral symmetry breaking dynamics. I give explicit derivation of the effective theory in 2+1 dimen…
We investigate the dual superconductor hypothesis in finite-temperature SU(2) lattice gluodynamics in the Spatial Maximal Abelian gauge. This gauge is more physical than the ordinary Maximal Abelian gauge due to absence of non-localities in temporal direction. We show numerically that in the Spatial Maximal Abelian gauge the probability distribution of the abelian monopole field is consistent with the dual superconductor mechanism of confinement: the abelian condensate vanishes in the deconfinement phase and is not zero in the confinement phase.
New topological objects, which we call center monopoles, naturally arise in the Maximal Center Projection of SU(3) gluodynamics. The condensate of the center monopoles is the order parameter of the theory.
The topological structure of lattice gluodynamics is studied at intermediate resolution scale in the deconfining phase with the help of a cluster analysis. UV filtered topological charge densities are determined from a fixed number of low-lying eigenmodes of the overlap Dirac operator with three types of temporal boundary conditions applied to the valence quark fields. This method usually allows to find all three distinguished (anti)dyon constituents in the gauge field of Kraan-van Baal-Lee-Lu (anti)caloron solutions. The clustering of the three topological charge densities in Monte Carlo gene…
By numerical calculations we show that the abelian monopole currents are locally correlated with the density of SU(2) lattice action. This fact is established for the maximal abelian projection. Thus, in the maximal abelian projection the monopoles are physical objects, they carry SU(2) action. Calculations on the asymmetric lattice show that the correlation between monopole currents and the density of SU(2) lattice action also exists in the deconfinement phase of gluodynamics.
We show that the monopole confinement mechanism in lattice gluodynamics may be a particular feature of the maximal abelian projection. We give an explicit example of the $SU(2) \rightarrow U(1)$ projection (the minimal abelian projection), in which the confinement is due to topological objects other than monopoles. We also discuss the string representation of the abelian projected $SU(2)$ gluodynamics.
For SU(3) lattice gauge theory we study properties of static quark sources represented by local Polyakov loops. We find that for temperatures both below and above T_c coherent domains exist where the phases of the local loops have similar values in the vicinity of the center values 0, +/- 2 pi/3. The cluster properties of these domains are studied numerically. We demonstrate that the deconfinement transition of SU(3) may be characterized by the percolation of suitably defined clusters.
With the help of the cooling method applied to SU(2) lattice gauge theory at non-zero $T \le T_c$ we present numerical evidence for the existence of superpositions of Kraan-van Baal caloron (or BPS monopole pair) solutions with non-trivial holonomy, which might constitute an important contribution to the semi-classical approximation of the partition function.
We propose a new quantity which describes the confinement-deconfinement transition based on topological properties of QCD. The quantity which we call the quark number holonomy is defined as the integral of the quark number susceptibility along the closed loop of $θ$ where $θ$ is the dimensionless imaginary chemical potential. Expected behavior of the quark number holonomy at finite temperature is discussed and its asymptotic behaviors are shown.
The properties of the thermal Abelian color-magnetic monopoles in the maximally Abelian gauge are studied in the vicinity of the confinement-deconfinement phase transition in the lattice $SU(3)$ gluodynamics and lattice QCD. We compute the density and interaction parameters of the thermal monopoles. We find that the density of the thermal monopoles $ρ(T)$ jumps up near the transition temperature $T_c$. Additionally we present new results on the percolation transition in $SU(3)$ gluodynamics which is known to coincide in gluodynamics with the confinement-deconfinement phase transition.
We investigate recently proposed HP1 sigma-model embedding method aimed to study the topology of SU(2) gauge fields. The HP1 based topological charge is shown to be fairly compatible with various known definitions. We study the corresponding topological susceptibility and estimate its value in the continuum limit. The geometrical clarity of HP1 approach allows to investigate non-perturbative aspects of SU(2) gauge theory on qualitatively new level. In particular, we obtain numerically precise estimation of gluon condensate and its leading quadratic correction. Furthermore, we present clear evi…
Gluodynamics and two-flavor QCD at non-zero temperature are studied with the so-called overimproved cooling technique under which caloron solutions may remain stable. We consider topological configurations either at the first occuring stable plateau of topological charge or at the first (anti)selfdual plateau and find the corresponding topological susceptibility at various temperatures on both sides of the thermal transition or crossover. In pure gluodynamics the topological susceptibility drops sharply at the deconfinement temperature while in full QCD it decreases smoothly at temperatures ab…
The spontaneous generation of homogeneous chromomagnetic fields in the lattice SU(3) gluodynamics is investigated in the deconfinement phase of the model. A new approach based on direct measurements of the field strength on a lattice is developed. Vacuum magnetization is established by its influence on the probability density function of the simulated field strength. It is found that both the chromomagnetic fields corresponding to the diagonal SU(3) generators are simultaneously condensated and appear to be spatially co-directed. No vacuum magnetization is detected for the other SU(3) componen…
We study the gravity dual of four dimensional pure Yang-Mills theory through D4 branes, as proposed by Witten (holographic QCD). In this holographic QCD, it has been widely believed that the confinement phase in the pure Yang-Mills theory corresponds to the AdS D4 soliton in gravity and the deconfinement phase corresponds to the black D4 brane. We inspect this conjecture carefully and show that the correspondence between the black D4 brane and the deconfinement phase is not correct. Instead, by using a slightly different set up, we find an alternative gravity solution called "localized soliton…
We investigate the confinement-deconfinement transition at finite temperature in terms of the probability distribution of Polyakov-loop complex-phase via the Jensen-Shannon divergence. The Jensen-Shannon divergence quantifies the difference of two probability distributions, namely the target and reference probability distributions. We adopt the complex-phase distributions of the spatially averaged Polyakov loop at $μ/T=0$ and $μ/T=iπ/3$ as the target and reference distributions, respectively. It is shown that the Jensen-Shannon divergence has the inflection point when the target system approac…
We conjecture that the confinement- deconfinement phase transition in QCD at large number of colors N and N_f\ll N at T\neq 0 and μ\neq 0 is triggered by the drastic change in θbehavior. The conjecture is motivated by the holographic model of QCD where confinement -deconfinement phase transition indeed happens precisely at the value of temperature T=T_c where θdependence experiences a sudden change in behavior[1]. The conjecture is also supported by quantum field theory arguments when the instanton calculations (which trigger the θdependence) are under complete theoretical control for T>T_c, s…
Assuming the monopole dominance, that has been proved in the lattice gluodynamics, to hold in the continuum limit, we develop an effective scalar field theory for QCD at large distances to describe confinement. The approach is based on a gauge (or projection) independent formulation of the monopole dominance and manifestly Lorentz invariant.
We discuss the phase structure of N D4 branes wrapped on a temporal (Euclidean) and a spatial circle, in terms of the near-horizon AdS geometries. This system has been studied previously to understand four dimensional pure SU(N) Yang-Mills theory (YM4) through holography. In the usual treatment of the subject, the phase transition between the AdS soliton and the black D4 brane is interpreted as the strong coupling continuation of the confinement/deconfinement transition in YM4. We show that this interpretation is not valid, since the black D4 brane and the deconfinement phase of YM4 have diffe…
We give a new criterion of quark confinement/deconfinement by deriving a low-energy effective theory of QCD. The effective theory can explain Abelian dominance in low-energy physics of QCD, especially, quark confinement. Finally, we apply the above criterion to the large flavor QCD and discuss its phase structure. The result suggests the existence of conformal phase.
We present arguments suggesting that large size overlapping instantons are the driving mechanism of the confinement-deconfinement phase transition at nonzero chemical potential mu. The arguments are based on the picture that instantons at very large chemical potential in the weak coupling regime are localized configurations with finite size rho~1/mu. At the same time, the same instantons at smaller chemical potential in the strong coupling regime are well represented by the so-called instanton-quarks with fractional topological charge 1/Nc. We estimate the critical chemical potential mu_c(T) w…
A model for the infrared sector of Yang-Mills theory based on magnetic vortices represented by (closed) random surfaces is investigated using lattice Monte Carlo methods. The random surfaces are governed by a surface area action and a curvature action. The model generates a finite-temperature deconfinement transition; the coupling constants of the model can be chosen such as to reproduce the SU(2) Yang-Mills ratio of the deconfinement temperature to the square root of the zero-temperature string tension, T_c / sqrt{sigma_0} =0.69. This yields a physical trajectory in the space of coupling cons…
We study numerically two versions of the monopole creation operators proposed by Frohlich and Marchetti. The disadvantage of the old version of the monopole creation operator is due to visibility of the Dirac string entering the definition of the creation operator in the theories with coexisting electric and magnetic charges. This problem does not exist for the new creation operator which is rather complicated. Using the Abelian Higgs model with a compact gauge field we show that both definitions of the monopole creation operator can serve as order parameters for the confinement--deconfinement…
The dual superconductivity is a promising mechanism of quark confinement. In the preceding works, we have given a non-Abelian dual superconductivity picture for quark confinement, and demonstrated the numerical evidences on the lattice. In this talk, we focus on the the confinement and deconfinement phase transition at finite temperature in view of the dual superconductivity. By using our new formulation of lattice Yang-Mills theory and numerical simulations on the lattice, we extract the dominant mode for confinement by decomposing the Yang-Mills field, and we investigate the Polyakov loop av…
We give another derivation of quark confinement in QCD from the viewpoint of the low-energy effective Abelian gauge theory of QCD obtained via Abelian projection. It is based on the recently discovered Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless phase transition in the four-dimensional Abelian gauge theory. Moreover, we show that there exists a critical gauge coupling constant in QCD, above which confinement set in and below which there is no confinement. In a SU(N) gauge theory with $N_f$ flavored fermions, we argue that this leads to a critical value of fermion flavors $N_f^c$ for the confinement as wel…
We propose a novel approach to the confinement-deconfinement transition in Yang-Mills theories in the context of gauge-fixed calculations. The method is based on a background-field generalisation of the Landau gauge (to which it reduces at vanishing temperature) with a given, center-symmetric background. This is to be contrasted with most implementations of background field methods in gauge theories, where one uses a variable, self-consistent background. Our proposal is a bona fide gauge fixing that can easily be implemented on the lattice and in continuum approaches. The resulting gauge-fixed…
The properties of the thermal Abelian color-magnetic monopoles in the maximally Abelian gauge are studied in the deconfinement phase of the lattice SU(2) gluodynamics. To check universality of the monopole properties we employ the tadpole improved Symanzik action. The simulated annealing algorithm combined with multiple gauge copies is applied for fixing the maximally Abelian gauge to avoid effects of Gribov copies. We compute the density, interaction parameters, thermal mass and chemical potential of the thermal Abelian monopoles in the temperature range between Tc and 3Tc. In comparison with…
We present arguments suggesting that large size overlapping instantons are the driving mechanism of the confinement-deconfinement phase transition at nonzero chemical potential mu. The arguments are based on the picture that instantons at very large chemical potential in the weak coupling regime are localized configurations with finite size ρ\simμ^{-1}. At the same time, the same instantons at smaller chemical potential in the strong coupling regime are well represented by the so-called instanton-quarks with fractional topological charge 1/N_c. We estimate the critical chemical potential mu_c(…
We study interplay between confinement/deconfinement and chiral properties. We derive some analytical relations of the Dirac modes with the confinement quantities, such as the Polyakov loop, its susceptibility and the string tension. For the confinement quantities, the low-lying Dirac eigenmodes are found to give negligible contribution, while they are essential for chiral symmetry breaking. This indicates no direct, one-to-one correspondence between confinement/deconfinement and chiral properties in QCD. We also investigate the Polyakov loop in terms of the eigenmodes of the Wilson, the clove…
Finite temperature compact electrodynamics in (2+1) dimensions is studied in the presence of external electromagnetic fields. The deconfinement temperature is found to be insensitive to the external fields. This result corroborates our observation that external fields create additional small--size magnetic dipoles from the vacuum which do not spoil the confining properties of the model at low temperature. However, the Polyakov loop is not an order parameter of confinement. It can vanish in deconfinement in the presence of external field. This does not mean the restoration of confinement for ce…
The problem of the phase transition of a Z(3) spin system is a complex issue. A numerical simulation in the framework of the mean field theory using the Metropolis algorithm reveals: (a) the existence of second order phase transition with a degenerated critical point which could be considered as a state of resonance (b) hysteresis phenomena which are accompanied with tricritical crossover around the end point of first order transition. Based on these results we propose a scenario about confinement-deconfinement phase transition in SU(3) symmetry of color QCD which, as it is known, has the same…
We present an efficient local hybrid Monte-Carlo algorithm to investigate G(2) gluodynamics with and without Higgs field in 3 and 4 dimensions. Additionaly we implemented a modified version of the multi-level Lüscher-Weisz algorithm with exponential error reduction to measure expectation values of Wilson and Polyakov loops. In three dimensions we show that at intermediate scales the potential between static charges in the eight lowest-dimensional representations of G(2) scale with the eigenvalues of the quadratic Casimir operator. For the fundamental representations we detect string breaking f…
We show that in general abelian projection of lattice gluodynamics it is not only monopoles but also strings are present. Both these topological excitations may be responsible for the confinement of color. We illustrate our ideas by some explicit results in the Abelian Higgs model with the Villain action.
In the preceeding works, we have given a non-Abelian dual superconductivity picture for quark confinement, and demonstrated the numerical evidences on the lattice. In this talk, we discuss the confinement and deconfinement phase transition at finite temperature in view of the dual superconductivity. We investigate chromomagnetic monopole currents induced by chromoelectric flux in both confinement and deconfinement phase by the numerical simulations on a lattice at finite temperature, and discuss the role of the chromomagnetic monopole in the confinement/deconfinement phase transition.
The liquid droplet formula is applied to an analysis of the properties of geometrical (anti)clusters formed in SU(2) gluodynamics by the Polyakov loops of the same sign. Using this approach, we explain the phase transition in SU(2) gluodynamics as a transition between two liquids during which one of the liquid droplets (the largest cluster of a certain Polyakov loop sign) experiences a condensation, while the droplet of another liquid (the next to the largest cluster of the opposite sign of Polyakov loop) evaporates. The clusters of smaller sizes form two accompanying gases, which behave oppos…
We study the confinement-deconfinement transition in $SU(2)$ gauge theory in the presence of massless bosons using lattice Monte Carlo simulations. The nature of this transition depends on the temporal extent ($N_τ$) of the Euclidean lattice. We find that the transition is a cross-over for $N_τ=2,4$ and second order with $3D$ Ising universality class for $N_τ=8$. Our results show that the second order transition is accompanied by realization of the $Z_2$ symmetry.
We study numerically the chromoelectric-chromomagnetic asymmetry of the dimension two $A^2$ gluon condensate as well as the infrared behavior of the gluon propagators at $T\simeq T_c$ in the Landau-gauge $SU(3)$ lattice gauge theory. We find that a very significant correlation of the real part of the Polyakov loop with the asymmetry as well as with the longitudinal propagator makes it possible to determine the critical behavior of these quantities. We obtain the screening masses in different Polyakov-loop sectors and discuss the dependence of chromoelectric and chromomagnetic interactions of s…
Performing lattice simulations of the four dimensional SU(2)gluodynamics we find evidence for existence of three-dimensional domains whose total volume scales in physical units. Technically, the domains are defined in terms of the minimal density of negative links in Z(2) projection of gauge fields. The volume can be viewed also as the minimal volume bound by the center vortices. We argue that the three-dimensional domains are closely related to confinement.
Based on the permutation group formalism, we present a discrete symmetry algebra in QCD. The discrete algebra is hidden symmetry in QCD, which is manifest only on a space-manifold with non-trivial topology. Quark confinement in the presence of the dynamical quarks is discussed in terms of the discrete symmetry algebra. It is shown that the quark deconfinement phase has the ground state degeneracy depending on the topology of the space, which gives a gauge-invariant distinction between the confinement and deconfinement phases. We also point out that new quantum numbers relating to the fractiona…
We study numerically the monopole creation operator proposed recently by Frohlich and Marchetti. The operator is defined with the help of a three dimensional model which generates random Mandelstam strings. These strings imitate the Coulombic magnetic field around the monopole. We show that if the Mandelstam strings are condensed the creation operator discriminates between the phases with condensed and non--condensed monopoles in the Abelian Higgs model with the compact gauge field.
We investigate the confinement-deconfinement phase transition at finite temperature of the SU(3) Yang-Mills(YM) theory on the lattice from a viewpoint of the dual superconductor picture based on the novel reformulation of the YM theory. In particular, we compare the conventional Abelian dual superconductor picture with the non-Abelian dual superconductor picture proposed in our previous works as the mechanism of quark confinement in the SU(3) YM theory. For the SU(3) YM theory, the reformulation allows two possible options called maximal and minimal. The maximal option corresponds to the manif…
In a spontaneously dimerized quantum antiferromagnet, spin-1/2 excitations (spinons) are confined in pairs by strings akin to those confining quarks in non-abelian gauge theories. The system has multiple degenerate ground states (vacua) and domain walls between regions of different vacua. For two vacua, we demonstrate that spinons on a domain wall are liberated, in a mechanism strikingly similar to domain-wall deconfinement of quarks in variants of quantum chromodynamics. This observation not only establishes a novel phenomenon in quantum magnetism, but also provides a new direct link between …
We present a five-dimensional anisotropic holographic model for light quarks supported by Einstein-dilaton-two-Maxwell action. This model generalizing isotropic holographic model with light quarks is characterized by a Van der Waals-like phase transition between small and large black holes. We compare the location of the phase transition for Wilson loops with the positions of the phase transition related to the background instability and describe the QCD phase diagram in the thermodynamic plane -- temperature $T$ and chemical potential $μ$. The Cornell potential behavior in this anisotropic mo…
We study the confinement/deconfinement transition in the D0-brane matrix model (often called the BFSS matrix model) and its one-parameter deformation (the BMN matrix model) numerically by lattice Monte Carlo simulations. Our results confirm general expectations from the dual string/M-theory picture for strong coupling. In particular, we observe the confined phase in the BFSS matrix model, which is a nontrivial consequence of the M-theory picture. We suggest that these models provide us with an ideal framework to study the Schwarzschild black hole, M-theory, and furthermore, the parameter regio…
The compact Abelian model in three space--time dimensions is studied in the presence of external electromagnetic fields at finite temperatures. We show that the deconfinement phase transition is independent on the strength of the external fields. This result is in agreement with our observation that the external fields create small--size magnetic dipoles from the vacuum which do not influence the confining properties of the model. Contrary to the deconfinement phase, the internal field in the direction of the applied external field is attenuated in the confinement phase, this screening becomes…
We give an analytical derivation of the confinement/deconfinement phase transition at finite temperature in the $SU(N)$ Yang-Mills theory in the $D$-dimensional space time for $D>2$. For this purpose, we use a novel reformulation of the Yang-Mills theory which allows the gauge-invariant gluonic mass term, and calculate analytically the effective potential of the Polyakov loop average concretely for the $SU(2)$ and $SU(3)$ Yang-Mills theories by including the gauge-invariant dynamical gluonic mass $M$. For $D=4$, we give an estimate on the transition temperature $T_d$ as the ratio $T_d/M$ to th…
The 't Hooft criterion leading to confinement out of a percolating cluster of central vortices suggests defining a novel three-dimensional gauge theory directly on a random percolation process. Wilson loop is viewed as a counter of topological linking with the random clusters. Beyond the percolation threshold large Wilson loops decay with an area law and show the universal shape effects due to flux tube fluctuations. Wilson loop correlators define a non-trivial glueball spectrum. The crumbling of the percolating cluster when one periodic direction narrows accounts for the finite temperature de…
In this paper we propose an effective description of the transition to deconfinement in the vicinity of a black hole. For this we adapt the approach that uses the dual quark condensate as order parameter for confinement, originally introduced in the context of lattice QCD, to a strongly interacting fermion effective field theory propagating on a curved background. We construct numerically the dual condensate and determine approximately the region of the deconfined phase. The present analysis suggests that quarks will be radiated directly by Hawking emission, while hadrons will form at the boun…
We have proposed the non-Abelian dual superconductivity in SU(3) Yang-Mills theory for the mechanism of quark confinement, and we presented the numerical evidences in preceding lattice conferences by using the proposed gauge link decomposition to extract magnetic monopole in the gauge invariant way. In this talk, we focus on the dual Meissner effects in view of the magnetic monopole in SU(3) Yang-Mills theory. We measure the chromoelectric and chromomagnetic flux due to a pair of quark and antiquark source at finite temperature. Then, we measure the correlation function of Polyakov loops and Po…
The one-dimensional lattice Schwinger model has recently been realized by using bosons in optical lattices. This model contains both confinement and deconfinement phases, whose phase diagram is controlled by the mass of the matter field and the topological angle. Since varying the mass of matter field is straightforward experimentally, we propose how to tune the topological angle, allowing accessing the entire phase diagram. We propose that direct experimental evidence of confinement and deconfinement can be obtained by measuring whether a physical charge is localized around a fixed gauge char…
The center vortex model for the infrared sector of Yang-Mills theory, previously studied for the SU(2) gauge group, is extended to SU(3). This model is based on the assumption that vortex world-surfaces can be viewed as random surfaces in Euclidean space-time. The confining properties are investigated, with a particular emphasis on the finite-temperature deconfining phase transition. The model predicts a very weak first order transition, in agreement with SU(3) lattice Yang-Mills theory, and also reproduces a consistent behavior of the spatial string tension in the deconfined phase. The geomet…
