Recently a new class of monogamy relations (actually, exponentially many) was provided by Christopher Eltschka et al. in terms of squared concurrence. Their approach restricted to the distribution of bipartite entanglement shared between different subsystems of a global state. We have critically analyzed those monogamy relations in three as well as in four qubit pure states using squared negativity. We have been able to prove that in case of pure three qubit states those relations are always true in terms of squared negativity. However, if we consider the pure four qubit states, the results are not always true. Rather, we find opposite behaviour in some particular classes of four qubit pure states where some of the monogamy relations are violated. We have provided analytical and numerical evidences in support of our claim.
Entanglement monogamy is a fundamental property of multipartite entangled states. We investigate the monogamy relations for multiqubit generalized W-class states. Analytical monogamy inequalities are obtained for the concurrence of assistance, the entanglement of formation and the entanglement of assistance.
We present a class of tight monogamy relations in terms of Rényi-$α$ entanglement, which are tighter than the monogamy relations of multiqubit entanglement just based on the power of the Rényi-$α$ entanglement for $α\geq 2$ and the power $η>1$. For $2>α\geq\frac{\sqrt{7}-1}{2}$ and the power $η>2$, we establish a class of tight monogamy relations of multiqubit entanglement with larger lower bounds than the existing monogamy relations of multiqubit entanglement.
Monogamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite systems. We investigate monogamy relations for multiqubit generalized W-class states. We present new analytical monogamy inequalities for the concurrence of assistance, which are shown to be tighter than the existing ones. Furthermore, analytical monogamy inequalities are obtained for the negativity of assistance.
We show exactly that the $α$th power of Bures measure of entanglement and geometric measure of entanglement, as special case of entanglement measures based on fidelity, obey a class of general monogamy inequalities in an arbitrary multiqubit mixed state for $α\geq1$.
Monogamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite systems. We investigate the monogamy relations satisfied by the concurrence of assistance and the negativity of assistance for multiqubit generalized $W$-class states. Analytical monogamy inequalities are presented for both concurrence of assistance and negativity of assistance, which are shown to be tighter than the existing ones. Detailed examples have been presented.
Using very general arguments, we prove that any entanglement measures based on distance must be maximal on pure states. Furthermore, we show that Bures measure of entanglement and geometric measure of entanglement satisfy the monogamy inequality on all pure multiqubit states. Finally, using the power of Bures measure of entanglement and geometric measure of entanglement, we present a class of tight monogamy relations for pure states of multiqubit systems.
We prove exactly that the squared entanglement of formation, which quantifies the bipartite entanglement, obeys a general monogamy inequality in an arbitrary multiqubit mixed state. Based on this kind of exotic monogamy relation, we are able to construct two sets of useful entanglement indicator: the first one can detect all genuine multiqubit entangled states even in the case of the two-qubit concurrence and $n$-tangles being zero, while the second one can be calculated via quantum discord and applied to multipartite entanglement dynamics. Moreover, we give a computable and nontrivial lower b…
We present a different kind of monogamy and polygamy relations based on concurrence and concurrence of assistance for multiqubit systems. By relabeling the subsystems associated with different weights, a smaller upper bound of the $α$th ($0\leqα\leq2$) power of concurrence for multiqubit states is obtained. We also present tighter monogamy relations satisfied by the $α$th ($0\leqα\leq2$) power of concurrence for $N$-qubit pure states under the partition $AB$ and $C_1 . . . C_{N-2}$, as well as under the partition $ABC_1$ and $C_2\cdots C_{N-2}$. These inequalities give rise to the restrictions…
In this paper, we study the monogamy inequality of Tsallis-q entropy entanglement. We first provide an analytic formula of Tsallis-q entropy entanglement in two-qubit systems for $\frac{5-\sqrt{13}}{2}\leq q\leq\frac{5+\sqrt{13}}{2}.$ The analytic formula of Tsallis-q entropy entanglement in $2\otimes d$ system is also obtained and we show that Tsallis-q entropy entanglement satisfies a set of hierarchical monogamy equalities. Furthermore, we prove the squared Tsallis-q entropy entanglement follows a general inequality in the qubit systems. Based on the monogamy relations, a set of multipartit…
Monogamy and polygamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite systems. We provide classes of monogamy and polygamy inequalities of multiqubit entanglement in terms of concurrence, entanglement of formation, negativity, Tsallis-$q$ entanglement and Rényi-$α$ entanglement, respectively. We show that these inequalities are tighter than the existing ones for some classes of quantum states.
Quantum entanglement plays essential roles in quantum information processing. The monogamy and polygamy relations characterize the entanglement distributions in the multipartite systems. We present a class of monogamy inequalities related to the $μ$th power of the entanglement measure based on Rényi-$α$ entropy, as well as polygamy relations in terms of the $μ$th powered of Rényi-$α$ entanglement of assistance. These monogamy and polygamy relations are shown to be tighter than the existing ones.
We provide a characterization of multiqubit entanglement monogamy and polygamy constraints in terms of negativity. Using the square of convex-roof extended negativity (SCREN) and the Hamming weight of the binary vector related to the distribution of subsystems proposed in Kim (Phys Rev A 97: 012334, 2018), we provide a new class of monogamy inequalities of multiqubit entanglement based on the $α$th power of SCREN for $α\geq1$ and polygamy inequalities for $0\leqα\leq1$ in terms of squared convex-roof extended negativity of assistance (SCRENoA). For the case $α<0$, we give the corresponding pol…
We study the distribution of quantum correlations characterized by monogamy relations in multipartite systems. By using the Hamming weight of the binary vectors associated with the subsystems, we establish a class of monogamy inequalities for multiqubit entanglement based on the $α$th ($α\geq 2$) power of concurrence, and a class of polygamy inequalities for multiqubit entanglement in terms of the $β$th ($0\leq β\leq2$) power of concurrence and concurrence of assistance. Moveover, we give the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for general quantum correlations. Application of these results to q…
Monogamy relations characterize the distributions of quantum entanglement in multipartite systems. In this work, we present some tighter monogamy relations in terms of the power of the Tsallis-q and Rényi-$α$ entanglement in multipartite systems. We show that these new monogamy relations of multipartite entanglement with tighter lower bounds than the existing ones. Furthermore, three examples are given to illustrate the tightness.
For multipartite entangled states, entanglement monogamy is an important property. We investigate the monogamy relations for multiqubit generalized W-class states. We present new analytical monogamy inequalities satisfied by the $x$-th power of the dual of convex-roof extended negativity, namely CRENOA, for $x\geq2$ and $x\leq0$. As for The squared Rényi-$α$ entanglement (SR$α$E) with $α$ in the region $[(\sqrt 7 - 1)/2,(\sqrt {13} - 1)/2]$, we show the upper bound of SR$α$E.
We investigate the distribution of bipartite and multipartite entanglement in multiqubit states. In particular we define a set of monogamy inequalities sharpening the conventional Coffman-Kundu-Wootters constraints, and we provide analytical proofs of their validity for relevant classes of states. We present extensive numerical evidence validating the conjectured strong monogamy inequalities for arbitrary pure states of four qubits.
We present classes of monogamy inequalities related to the $α$-th ($α\geq 1$) power of the entanglement measure based on the unified-($q,s$) entropy, and polygamy inequalities related to the $β$-th ($0 \leq β\leq 1$) power of the unified-($q,s$) entanglement of assistance by using Hamming weight. We show that these monogamy and polygamy inequalities are tighter than the existing ones. Detailed examples are given for illustrating the advantages.
Monogamy of quantum correlations provides a way to study restrictions on their sharability in multiparty systems. We find the critical exponent of these measures, above which randomly generated multiparty pure states satisfy the usual monogamy relation, and show that the critical power decreases with the increase in the number of parties. For three-qubit pure states, we detect that W-class states are more prone to being nonmonogamous as compared to the GHZ-class states. We also observe a different criticality in monogamy power up to which random pure states remain nonmonogamous. We prove that …

We propose a method to detect genuine quantum correlation for multi-qubit pure states. We then derive a complementarity relations for pure quantum states of N qubits. We prove that in all many-qubit systems there exist strict monogamy laws for quantum correlations. On the other hand, it is known that the entanglement monogamy equality proposed by Coffman, Kundu, and Wootters is in general not true for multiqubit states. Inducing from the CKW equality, we find a proper form of entanglement monogamy equality for arbitrary quantum states. The total quantum correlation of qubit k with the remainin…
In this paper, we present some monogamy relations of multiqubit quantum entanglement in terms of the βth power of concurrence, entanglement of formation and convex-roof extended negativity. These monogamy relations are proved to be tighter than the existing ones, together with detailed examples showing the tightness.
We explore two different geometric quantum discords defined respectively via the trace norm (GQD-1) and Hilbert-Schmidt norm (GQD-2) in multipartite systems. A rigorous hierarchy relation is revealed for the two GQDs in a class of symmetric two-qubit $X$-shape states. For multiqubit pure states, it is found that both GQDs are related to the entanglement concurrence, with the hierarchy relation being saturated. Furthermore, we look into a four-partite dynamical system consisting of two cavities interacting with independent reservoirs. It is found that the GQD-2 can exhibit various sudden change…
Given a multipartite quantum system that consists of two-level particles (qubits), one may or may not have access to all the subsystems. What can we know about the entanglement of the multiqubit system and residual correlations beyond two-tangle if we have access only to two-qubits at a time? Algebraic analysis of two-qubit states yields monogamy constraints on distribution of entanglement between sub-systems of an N-qubit state and criterion to determine if the state has multipartite entanglement. Monogamy constraints, reported in this letter, are relations between well known entanglement mea…
Monogamy relations place restrictions on the shareability of quantum corellations in multipartite states. Being an intrinsic quantum feature, monogamy property throws light on {\emph{residual}} entanglement, an entanglement which is not accounted for by the pairwise entanglement in the state. Expressed in terms of suitable pairwise entanglement measures such as concurrence, the monogamy inequality leads to the evaluation of {\emph{tangle}}, a measure of residual entanglement. In this work, we explore monogamy relations in pure symmetric multiqubit states constituted by two distinct spinors, th…
Monogamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite systems. We investigate monogamy relations related to the concurrence C, the entanglement of formation E, negativity Nc and Tsallis-q entanglement Tq. Monogamy relations for the $α$th power of entanglement have been derived, which are tighter than the existing entanglement monogamy relations for some classes of quantum states. Detailed examples are presented.
Monogamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite systems. We investigate monogamy relations related to the concurrence $C$ and the entanglement of formation $E$. We present new entanglement monogamy relations satisfied by the $α$-th power of concurrence for all $α\geq2$, and the $α$-th power of the entanglement of formation for all $α\geq\sqrt{2}$. These monogamy relations are shown to be tighter than the existing ones.
We investigate the monogamy relations related to the concurrence and the entanglement of formation. General monogamy inequalities given by the αth power of concurrence and entanglement of formation are presented for N-qubit states. The monogamy relation for entanglement of assistance is also established. Based on these general monogamy relations, the residual entanglement of concurrence and entanglement of formation are studied. Some relations among the residual entanglement, entanglement of assistance, and three tangle are also presented.
Here we investigate the monogamy relations for the generalized W class. Monogamy inequalities for the generalized W class in terms of the $β$-th ($β\in (0,2)$) power of the concurrence, the concurrence of assistance and the negativity are presented. At last, under some restricted conditions of the generalized W class, we present stronger monogamy inequalities.
We provide a generalized definition of the monogamy relation for entanglement measures. A monogamy equality rather than the usual inequality is presented based on the monogamy weight, from which we give monogamy relations satisfied by the $α$th $(α>0)$ power of the entanglement measures. Taking concurrence as an example, we further demonstrate the significance and advantages of these relations. In addition, we show that monogamy relations can be recovered by considering multiple copies of states for every non-additive entanglement measure that violates the inequalities. We also demonstrate tha…

We also give a class of tight polygamy relations of multiparty entanglement with smaller upper bounds than the existing polygamy relations, by using the power of the entanglement of assistance. It is shown that these new monogamy and polygamy relations are tighter than the former resul…
The monogamy relations satisfied by quantum correlation measures play important roles in quantum information processing. Generally they are given in summation form. In this note, we study monogamy relations in product form. We present product-form monogamy relations for Bell nonlocality for three-qubit and multi-qubit quantum systems. We then extend our studies to other quantum correlations such as concurrence.
Characterizing trade-offs between simultaneous violations of multiple Bell inequalities in a large network of qubits is computationally demanding. We propose a graph-theoretic approach to efficiently produce Bell monogamy relations in arbitrary arrangements of qubits. All the relations obtained for bipartite Bell inequalities are tight and leverage only a single Bell monogamy relation. This feature is unique to bipartite Bell inequalities, as we show that there is no finite set of such elementary monogamy relations for multipartite inequalities. Nevertheless, many tight monogamy relations for …
Monogamy and polygamy are the most striking features of the quantum world. We investigate the monogamy and polygamy relations satisfied by all quantum correlation measures for arbitrary multipartite quantum states. By introducing residual quantum correlations, analytical polygamy inequalities are presented, which are shown to be tighter than the existing ones. Then, similar to polygamy relations, we obtain strong monogamy relations that are better than all the existing ones. Typical examples are presented for illustration.
We investigate the general monogamy and polygamy relations satisfied by quantum correlation measures. We show that there exist two real numbers $α$ and $β$ such that for any quantum correlation measure $Q$, $Q^x$ is monogamous if $x\geq α$ and polygamous if $0\leq x\leq β$ for a given multipartite state $ρ$. For $β<x<α$, we show that the monogamy relation can be superactivated by finite $m$ copies $ρ^{\otimes m}$ of $ρ$ for nonadditive correlation measures. As a detailed example, we use the negativity as the quantum correlation measure to illustrate such superactivation of monogamy properties.…
The monogamy is a fundamental property of Bell nonlocality and contextuality. In this article, we studied the $n$-cycle noncontextual inequalities and generalized CHSH inequalities in detail and found the sufficient conditions for those inequalities to be hold. According to those conditions, we provide several kind of tradeoff relations: monogamy of generalized Bell inequalities in non-signaling framework, monogamy of cycle type noncontextual inequalities and monogamy between Bell inequality and noncontextual inequality in general no-disturbance framework. At last, some generic tradeoff relati…
The monogamy relations of quantum correlation restrict the sharability of quantum correlations in multipartite quantum states. We show that all measures of quantum correlations satisfy some kind of monogamy relations for arbitrary multipartite quantum states. Moreover, by introducing residual quantum correlations, we present tighter monogamy inequalities that are better than all the existing ones. In particular, for multi-qubit pure states, we also establish new monogamous relations based on the concurrence and concurrence of assistance under the partition of the first two qubits and the remai…
\indent In this article, we consider the monogamy relations for the generalized W class states. Here we first present an analytical formula on Tsallis-$q$ entanglement and Tsallis-$q$ entanglement of assistance of a reduced density matrix of the generalized W class states, then we present a monogamy relation in terms of the T$q$EE for the GW state, and we also present generalized monogamy relations in terms of T$q$EE for the GW states. At last, we present tighter polygamy relations in terms of T$q$EEoA when $q=2$ for the GWV states.
We investigate the distributions of quantum coherence characterized by superadditivity relations in multipartite quantum systems. General superadditivity inequalities based on the $α$th ($α\geqslant 1$) power of $l_1$ norm of coherence are presented for multiqubit states, which include the existing ones as special cases. Our result is shown to be tighter than the existing one by a specific example.
A particularly interesting feature of nonrelativistic quantum mechanics is the monogamy laws of entanglement. Although the monogamy relation has been explored extensively in the last decade, it is still not clear to what extent a given entanglement measure is monogamous. We give here a conjecture on the amount of entanglement contained in the reduced states by observing all the known related results at first. Consequently, we propose the monogamy power of an entanglement measure and the polygamy power for its dual quantity, the assisted entanglement, and show that both the monogamy power and t…
Superadditivity relations characterize the distributions of coherence in multipartite quantum systems. In this work, we investigate the superadditivity relations related to the $l_1$-norm of coherence $C_{l_1}$ in multiqubit quantum systems. Tighter superadditivity inequalities based on the $α$-th ($α\geqslant 1$) power of $l_1$-norm of coherence are presented for multiqubit states under certain conditions, which include the existing results as special cases. These superadditivity relations give rise to finer characterization of the coherence distributions among the subsystems of a multipartit…
We study the Bures measure of entanglement and the geometric measure of entanglement as special cases of entanglement measures based on fidelity, and find their tighter monogamy inequalities over tri-qubit systems as well as multi-qubit systems. Furthermore, we derive the monogamy inequality of concurrence for qudit quantum systems by projecting higher-dimensional states to qubit substates.
Nonclassical correlations have been found useful in many quantum information processing tasks, and various measures have been proposed to quantify these correlations. In this work, we mainly study one of nonclassical correlations, called measurement-induced nonlocality (MIN). First, we establish a close connection between this nonlocal effect and the Bell nonlocality for two-qubit states. Then, we derive a tight monogamy relation of MIN for any pure three-qubit state and provide an alternative way to obtain similar monogamy relations for other nonclassical correlation measures, including squar…

Quantum entanglement for multiparty system has a unique feature when it comes to sharing its property among various subsystems. This is famously stated as the monogamy of entanglement. The traditional monogamy of concurrence for tripartite system was proved in a sum form. Recently, it was found that concurrence also respects a monogamy in the product form. Here, we prove a tight monogamy relation in the product form for the concurrence of pure tripartite systems. We illustrate our relation with several examples, including the canonical three qubit states, where this monogamy relation is satura…
We study monogamy relations for arbitrary dimensional multipartite systems. Monogamy relations based on concurrence and concurrence of assistance for any dimensional $m_1\otimes m_2\otimes...\otimes m_{N}$ quantum states are derived, which give rise to the restrictions on the entanglement distributions among the subsystems. Besides, we give the lower bound of concurrence for four-partite mixed states. The approach can be readily generalized to arbitrary multipartite systems.
We present a method to derive Bell monogamy relations by connecting the complementarity principle with quantum non-locality. The resulting monogamy relations are stronger than those obtained from the no-signaling principle alone. In many cases, they yield tight quantum bounds on violation of single and multiple qubit correlation Bell inequalities. In contrast with the two-qubit case, a rich structure of possible violation patterns is shown to exist in the multipartite scenario.
We investigate tight monogamy relations of multiparty quantum entanglement for any quantum state in this paper. First, we obtain a class of lower bounds for multiparty quantum systems which improve the previous results. Next, we establish a class of tighter monogamy relations in tripartite quantum systems by means of the new inequality. Furthermore, we generalize this relations to multiparty quantum systems. And then we prove the lower bounds we obtained are larger than the existing ones. Detailed examples are provided at last.
In this paper, we investigate the generalised monogamy inequalities of convex-roof extended negativity (CREN) in multi-level systems. The generalised monogamy inequalities provide the upper and lower bounds of bipartite entanglement, which are obtained by using CREN and the CREN of assistance (CRENOA). Furthermore, we show that the CREN of multi-qubit pure states satisfies some monogamy relations. Additionally, we test the generalised monogamy inequalities for qudits by considering the partially coherent superposition of a generalised W-class state in a vacuum and show that the generalised mon…
We investigate the monogamy relations related to the concurrence, the entanglement of formation, convex-roof extended negativity, Tsallis-q entanglement and R'enyi-α entanglement, the polygamy relations related to the entanglement of formation, Tsallis-q entanglement and R'enyi-α entanglement. Monogamy and polygamy inequalities are obtained for arbitrary multipartite qubit systems, which are proved to be tighter than the existing ones. Detailed examples are presented.
We investigate monogamy relations related to quantum entanglement for $n-$qubit quantum systems. General monogamy inequalities are presented to the $β$th $(β\in(0,2))$ power of concurrence, negativity and the convex-roof extended negativity, as well as the $β$th $(β\in(0,\sqrt{2}))$ power of entanglement of formation. These monogamy relations are complementary to the existing ones with different regions of parameter $β$. In additions, new monogamy relations are also derived which include the existing ones as special cases.
We introduce a new class of multipartite entangled mixed states with pure state decompositions of generalized W states, similar to Schmidt-correlated states having generalized GHZ states in the pure state decomposition. The entanglement and separability properties are studied according to PPT operations. Monogamy relations linked to these states are also investigated.
We examine the various properties of the three four-qubit monogamy relations, all of which introduce the power factors in the three-way entanglement to reduce the tripartite contributions. On the analytic ground as much as possible we try to find the minimal power factors, which make the monogamy relations hold if the power factors are larger than the minimal powers. Motivated to the three-qubit monogamy inequality we also examine whether those four-qubit monogamy relations provide the SLOCC-invariant four-way entanglement measures or not. Our analysis indicate that this is impossible provided…
