In this paper, we study the $L^{p}$ boundedness and $L^{p}(w)$ boundedness ($1<p<\infty$ and $w$ a Muckenhoupt $A_{p}$ weight) of fractional maximal singular integral operators $T_{Ω,α}^{\#}$ with homogeneous convolution kernel $Ω(x)$ on an arbitrary homogeneous group $\mathbb H$ of dimension $\mathbb{Q}$. We show that if $0<α<\mathbb{Q}$, $Ω\in L^{1}(Σ)$ and satisfies the cancellation condition of order $[α]$, then for any $1<p<\infty$, \begin{align*} \|T_{Ω,α}^{\#}f\|_{L^{p}(\mathbb{H})}\lesssim\|Ω\|_{L^{1}(Σ)}\|f\|_{L_α^{p}(\mathbb{H})}, \end{align*} where for the case $α=0$, the $L^p$ boundedness of rough singular integral operator and its maximal operator were studied by Tao (\cite{Tao}) and Sato (\cite{sato}), respectively.
We also obtain a quantitative weighted bound for these operators. To be specific, if $0\leqα<\mathbb{Q}$ and $Ω$ satisfies the same cancellation condition but a stronger condition that $Ω\in L^{q}(Σ)$ for some $q>\mathbb{Q}/α$, then for any $1<p<\infty$ and $w\in A_{p}$, \begin{align*} \|T_{Ω,α}^{\#}f\|_{L^{p}(w)}\lesssim\|Ω\|_{L^{q}(Σ)}\{w\}_{A_p}(w)_{A_p}\|f\|_{L_α^{p}(w)},\ \ 1<p<\infty. \end{align*}
This article deals with the weak and strong unique continuation principle for fractional Schrödinger equations with scaling-critical and rough potentials via Carleman estimates. Our methods allow to apply the results to variable coefficient versions of fractional Schrödinger equations.
We establish some new properties of the Dunkl-Wiener amalgam spaces defined on the real line. These results allow us to obtain the boundedness of Dunkl-type fractional integral and fractional maximal operators in the Dunkl-Fofana spaces.
We give a simple proof of the boundedness of the fractional maximal operator providing in this way an alternative approach to the one given by C. Capone, D. Cruz Uribe and A. Fiorenza in \cite{CCUF}.
In this paper, we consider the norm inequalities for sublinear operators with rough kernel generated by fractional integrals and commutators on generalized local Morrey spaces and on generalized vanishing local Morrey spaces including their weak versions under generic size conditions which are satisfied by most of the operators in harmonic analysis, respectively. As an example to the conditions of these theorems are satisfied, we can consider the Marcinkiewicz operator.
The paper concerns with the global well-posedness issue of the 2D incompressible inhomogeneous Navier-Stokes (INS) equations with fractional dissipation and rough density. We first establish the $L^q_t(L^p)$-maximal regularity estimate for the generalized Stokes system with fractional dissipation, and then we employ it to obtain the global existence of solution for the 2D fractional INS equations with large velocity field, provided that the $L^2\cap L^\infty$-norm of density minus constant 1 is small enough. Moreover, by additionally assuming that the density minus 1 is sufficiently small in t…
We prove two maximal regularity results in spaces of continuous and Hölder continuous functions, for a mixed linear Cauchy-Dirichlet problem with a fractional time derivative $\mathbb{D}_t^α$. This derivative is intended in the sense of Caputo and $α$ is taken in $(0, 2)$. In case $α= 1$, we obtain maximal regularity results for mixed parabolic problems already known in mathematica literature.
Let $μ$ be a non-negative Borel measure on $R^d$ satisfying that the measure of a cube in $R^d$ is smaller than the length of its side raised to the $n$-th power, $0<n\leq d$. In this article we study the class of weights related to the boundedness of radial fractional type maximal operator associated to a Young function $B$ in the context of non-homogeneous spaces related with the measure $μ$. This type of maximal operators are the adequate operators related with commutators of singular and fractional operators. Particularly, we give an improvement of a two weighted result for certain fractio…
In this paper, we combine the argument of [12] and [27] to prove the maximal estimates for fractional Schrödinger equations $(i\partial_t+\mathcal{L}_{\mathbf{A}}^{\fracα2})u=0$ in the purely magnetic fields which includes the Aharonov-Bohm fields. The proof is based on the cluster spectral measure estimates. In particular $α=1$, the maximal estimate for wave equation is sharp up to the endpoint.
In this article we prove weighted norm inequalities and pointwise estimates between the multilinear fractional integral operator and the multilinear fractional maximal. As a consequence of these estimations we obtain weighted weak and strong inequalities for the multilinear fractional integral operator. In particular, we extend some results given in \cite{CPSS} to the multilinear context. On the other hand we prove weighted pointwise estimates between the multilinear fractional maximal operator ${\cal M}_{α,B}$ associated to a Young function $B$ and the multilinear maximal operators ${\cal M}_…
Let $M_{Ω,\a}$ and $I_{Ω,\a}$ be the fractional maximal and integral operators with rough kernels, where $0 < \a < n$. In this paper, we shall study the continuity properties of $M_{Ω,\a}$ and $I_{Ω,\a}$ on the generalized local Morrey spaces $LM_{p,φ}^{x_0}$. The boundedness of their commutators with local Campanato functions is also obtained.
The aim of this paper is to establish an abstract theory based on the so-called fractional-maximal distribution functions (FMDs). From the rough ideas introduced in~\cite{AM2007}, we develop and prove some abstract results related to the level-set inequalities and norm-comparisons by using the language of such FMDs. Particularly interesting is the applicability of our approach that has been shown in regularity and Calderón-Zygmund type estimates. In this paper, due to our research experience, we will establish global regularity estimates for two types of general quasilinear problems (problems …
This paper is a contribution to the study of regularity theory for nonlinear elliptic equations. The aim of this paper is to establish some global estimates for non-uniformly elliptic in divergence form as follows \begin{align*} -\mathrm{div}(|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u + a(x)|\nabla u|^{q-2}\nabla u) = - \mathrm{div}(|\mathbf{F}|^{p-2}\mathbf{F} + a(x)|\mathbf{F}|^{q-2}\mathbf{F}), \end{align*} that arises from double phase functional problems. In particular, the main results provide the regularity estimates for the distributional solutions in terms of maximal and fractional maximal operators. T…
We obtain $L^p(L^q)$ maximal regularity estimates for time dependent second order elliptic operators in divergence form with rough dependencies in the spatial variables.
In this paper, applying some properties of variable exponent analysis, we first dwell on Adams and Spanne type estimates for a class of fractional type integral operators of variable orders, respectively and then, obtain variable exponent generalized Campanato estimates for the corresponding commutators on the vanishing generalized Morrey spaces $VL_{Π}^{p\left( \cdot \right) ,w\left( \cdot \right) }\left( E\right) $ with variable exponent $p(\cdot )$ and bounded set $E$
We prove non-autonomous maximal $L^p$-regularity results on UMD spaces replacing the common Hölder assumption by a weaker fractional Sobolev regularity in time. This generalizes recent Hilbert space results by Dier and Zacher. In particular, on $L^q(Ω)$ we obtain maximal $L^p$-regularity for $p \ge 2$ and elliptic operators in divergence form with uniform $VMO$-modulus in space and $W^{α,p}$-regularity for $α> \frac{1}{2}$ in time.
Let $0<α<d$ and $1\leq p<d/α$. We present a proof that for all $f\in W^{1,p}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ both the centered and the uncentered Hardy-Littlewood fractional maximal operator $\mathcal M_αf$ are weakly differentiable and $ \|\nabla\mathcal M_αf\|_{p^*} \leq C_{d,α,p} \|\nabla f\|_p , $ where $ p^* = (p^{-1}-α/d)^{-1} . $ In particular it covers the endpoint case $p=1$ for $0<α<1$ where the bound was previously unknown. For $p=1$ we can replace $W^{1,1}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ by $\mathrm{BV}(\mathbb{R}^d)$. The ingredients used are a pointwise estimate for the gradient of the fractional maximal function…

The purpose of this note is to provide a summary of the recent work of the authors on two variations of the pointwise convergence problem for the solutions to the fractional Schrödinger equations; convergence along a tangential line and along a set of lines, as exhibiting some new results in each setting. For the former case, we make a simple observation on a path along a tangential curve of exponential order. We discuss counterexamples for the latter case that show some of the known smooth regularities are essentially optimal.
We prove sparse bounds for maximal oscillatory rough singular integral operator $$T^{P}_{Ω,*}f(x):=\sup_{ε>0} \left|\int_{|x-y|>ε}e^{ιP(x,y)}\frac{Ω\big((x-y)/|x-y|\big)}{|x-y|^{n}}f(y)dy\right|,$$ where $P(x,y)$ is a real-valued polynomial on $\mathbb{R}^{n}\times \mathbb{R}^{n}$ and $Ω\in L^{\infty}(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})$ is a homogeneous function of degree zero with $\int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}Ω(θ)~dθ=0$. This allows us to conclude weighted $L^p-$estimates for the operator $T^{P}_{Ω,*}$. Moreover, the norm $\|T^P_{Ω,*}\|_{L^p\rightarrow L^p}$ depends only on the total degree of the polynomial $P(x,…
We study weighted norm inequalities of $(1,q)$- type for $0<q<1$, $\Vert \mathbf{G} ν\Vert_{L^q(Ω, d σ)} \le C \, \Vert ν\Vert, \quad \text{for all positive measures $ν$ in $Ω$},$ along with their weak-type counterparts, where $\Vert ν\Vert=ν(Ω)$, and $G$ is an integral operator with nonnegative kernel, $\mathbf{G} ν(x) = \int_ΩG(x, y) d ν(y).$ These problems are motivated by sublinear elliptic equations in a domain $Ω\subset\mathbb{R}^n$ with non-trivial Green's function $G(x, y)$ associated with the Laplacian, fractional Laplacian, or more general elliptic operator. We also treat fractional …
We study classical weighted $L^p\to L^q$ inequalities for the fractional maximal operators on $\R^d$, proved originally by Muckenhoupt and Wheeden in the 70's. We establish a slightly stronger version of this inequality with the use of a novel extension of Bellman function method. More precisely, the estimate is deduced from the existence of a certain special function which enjoys appropriate majorization and concavity. From this result and an explicit version of the ``$A_{p-\varepsilon}$ theorem," derived also with Bellman functions, we obtain the sharp inequality of Lacey, Moen, Pérez and To…
