For a finite ring $R$, not necessarily commutative, we prove that the category of $\text{VIC}(R)$-modules over a left Noetherian ring $\mathbf{k}$ is locally Noetherian, generalizing a theorem of the authors that dealt with commutative $R$. As an application, we prove a very general twisted homology stability for $\text{GL}_n(R)$ with $R$ a finite noncommutative ring.

Residue complexes were introduced by Grothendieck in algebraic geometry. These are canonical complexes of injective modules that enjoy remarkable functorial properties (traces). In this paper we study residue complexes over noncommutative rings. These objects are even more complicated than in the commutative case, since they are complexes of bimodules. We construct noncommutative multidimensional versions of overconvergent power series rings and Robba rings. We show that the category of étale $(φ,Γ)$-modules over certain completions of these rings are equivalent to the category of étale $(φ,Γ)$-modules over the corresponding classical overconvergent, resp. Robba rings (hence also to the category of $p$-adic Galois representations of $\mathbb{Q}_p$). Moreover, in the case of Robba rings, the assumption of étaleness is not necessary, so there exists a notion of trianguline objects in this sense.

We introduce and develop a structure theory of a new class of noncommutative rings - Galois orders, that generalize classical orders in noncommutative rings. Galois orders realized as certain subrings of invariants in skew semigroup rings. This class of rings contains many classical objects, in particular the Generalized Weyl algebras, the universal enveloping algebra of the general linear Lie algebra and certain rings of invariant differential operators on algebraic varieties.

We introduce a geometric realization of noncommutative singularity resolutions. To do this, we first present a new conjectural method of obtaining conventional resolutions using coordinate rings of matrix-valued functions. We verify this conjecture for all cyclic quotient surface singularities, the Kleinian D_n and E_6 surface singularities, the conifold singularity, and a non-isolated singularity, using appropriate quiver algebras. Let $R$ be a Cohen--Macaulay normal domain with a canonical module $ω_R$. It is proved that if $R$ admits a noncommutative crepant resolution (NCCR), then necessarily it is $\mathbb{Q}$-Gorenstein.
