We start in this paper a systematic study of the superpositions of elliptic operators with different orders, mixing classical and fractional scenarios. For concreteness, we focus on the sum of the Laplacian and the fractional Laplacian, and we provide structural results, including existence, maximum principles (both for weak and classical solutions), interior Sobolev regularity and boundary regularity of Lipschitz type.
This paper is concerned with interior regularity of viscosity solutions of non-translation invariant nonlocal fully nonlinear equations with Dini continuous terms. We obtain $C^σ$ regularity estimates for the nonlocal equations by perturbative methods and a version of a recursive Evans-Krylov theorem.
We prove higher regularity for nonlinear nonlocal equations with possibly discontinuous coefficients of VMO-type in fractional Sobolev spaces. While for corresponding local elliptic equations with VMO coefficients it is only possible to obtain higher integrability, in our nonlocal setting we are able to also prove a substantial amount of higher differentiability, so that our result is in some sense of purely nonlocal type. By embedding, we also obtain higher Hölder regularity for such nonlocal equations.
In this paper, we study the regularity of weak solutions to a class of nonlocal elliptic equations in Bessel potential spaces $H^{s,p}$. Our main results can be seen as an extension of the well-known $W^{1,p}$ regularity theory for local second-order elliptic equations in divergence form to the nonlocal setting.

In this paper we consider minimizers for nonlocal energy functionals generalizing elastic energies that are connected with the theory of peridynamics \cite{Silling2000} or nonlocal diffusion models \cite{Rossi}. We give a unified proof of Hölder regularity of weak solutions for mixed local and nonlocal $p$-Laplace type parabolic equations with the full range of exponents $1<p<\infty$. Our proof is based on the expansion of positivity together with the energy estimate and De Giorgi type lemma.
We study the regularity of solutions to a nonlocal variational problem, which is related to the image denoising model, and we show that, in two dimensions, minimizers have the same Hölder regularity as the original image. More precisely, if the datum is (locally) $β$-Hölder continuous for some $β\in (1-s,\,1]$, where $s \in (0,1)$ is a parameter related to the nonlocal operator, we prove that the solution is also $β$-Hölder continuous.
We present some recent results obtained by the author on the regularity of solutions to nonlocal variational problems. In particular, we review the notion of fractional De Giorgi class, explain its role in nonlocal regularity theory, and propose some open questions in the subject.
We introduce the concept of $C^{m,α}$-nonlocal operators, extending the notion of second order elliptic operator in divergence form with $C^{m,α}$-coefficients. We consider parabolic nonlocal Venttsel' problems in polygonal and piecewise smooth two-dimensional domains and study existence, uniqueness and regularity in (anisotropic) weighted Sobolev spaces of the solution.
We study a nonlocal Venttsel' problem in a non-convex bounded domain with a Koch-type boundary. Regularity results of the strict solution are proved in weighted Sobolev spaces. The numerical approximation of the problem is carried out and optimal a priori error estimates are obtained.
We consider surfaces which minimize a nonlocal perimeter functional and we discuss their interior regularity and rigidity properties, in a quantitative and qualitative way, and their (perhaps rather surprising) boundary behavior. We study weak solutions to nonlocal equations governed by integrodifferential operators. Solutions are defined with the help of symmetric nonlocal bilinear forms. Throughout this work, our main emphasis is on operators with general, possibly singular, measurable kernels. We obtain regularity results which are robust with respect to the differentiability order of the equation. Furthermore, we provide a general tool for the derivation of Hölder a-priori estimates from the weak Harnack inequality. This paper proves Hölder continuity of viscosity solutions to certain nonlocal parabolic equations that involve a generalized fractional time derivative of Marchaud or Caputo type. As a necessary and preliminary result, this paper first shows that viscosity solutions to certain nonlinear ordinary differential equations involving the generalized fractional time derivative are Hölder continuous.

In this paper we address the regularity issues of drift-diffusion equation with nonlocal diffusion, where the diffusion operator is in the realm of stable-type Lévy operator and the velocity field is defined from the considered quantity by a zero-order pseudo-differential operator. We study the higher Hölder regularity of local weak solutions to a class of nonlinear nonlocal elliptic equations with kernels that satisfy a mild continuity assumption. An interesting feature of our main result is that the obtained regularity is better than one might expect when considering corresponding results for local elliptic equations in divergence form with continuous coefficients. We consider mixed local and nonlocal quasilinear parabolic equations of $p$-Laplace type and discuss several regularity properties of weak solutions for such equations. More precisely, we establish local boundeness of weak subsolutions, lower semicontinuity of weak supersolutions as well as upper semicontinuity of weak subsolutions. We also discuss the pointwise behavior of the semicontinuous representatives. Our main results are valid for sign changing solutions. Our approach is purely analytic and is based on energy estimates and the De Giorgi theory.
In this note we prove an estimate on the level sets of a function with $(p, q)$ growth that depends on the difference quotient of a bounded weak solution to a nonlocal double phase equation. This estimate is related to a self improving property of these solutions.
Existence and uniqueness of solutions for nonlocal Cahn-Hilliard equations with degenerate potential is shown. The nonlocality is described by means of a symmetric singular kernel not falling within the framework of any previous existence theory. A convection term is also taken into account. We establish existence results for a class of mixed anisotropic and nonlocal $p$-Laplace equation with singular nonlinearities. We consider both constant and variable singular exponents. Our argument is based on an approximation method. To this end, we also discuss the necessary regularity properties of weak solutions of the associated non-singular problems. More precisely, we obtain local boundedness of subsolutions, Harnack inequality for solutions and weak Harnack inequality for supersolutions.
