The hadronic corrections to the muon anomalous magnetic moment a_mu, due to the gauge-invariant set of diagrams with dynamical quark loop light-by-light scattering insertions, are calculated in the framework of the nonlocal chiral quark model. These results complete calculations of all hadronic light-by-light scattering contributions to a_mu in the leading order in the 1/Nc expansion. The result for the quark loop contribution is a_mu^{HLbL,Loop}=(11.0+-0.9)*10^(-10), and the total result is a_mu^{HLbL,NxQM}=(16.8+-1.2)*10^(-10).
Pauli form factors of electron and muon are studied in nonlocal quantum electrodynamics. We calculate one loop QED correction to their Pauli form factors. The relativistic regulator is generated by the correlation function in the nonlocal interaction. The cut-off parameter $Λ$ in the regulator is determined to get the consistent anomalous magnetic moments of electron and muon at the same level as local QED. When momentum transfer is large, there exists obvious difference between nonlocal and local QED.
The light-by-light contribution from the axial-vector (AV) mesons exchanges to the muon anomalous magnetic moment is estimated in the framework of the nonlocal chiral quark model. The preliminary answer for contributions from a1 and f1 mesons to (g-2)_mu is 0.34 x 10^(-11) and does not support the Melnikov-Vainshtein estimate 2.2 x 10^(-11).
We use a simple, instanton motivated, nonlocal chiral quark model to calculate pion Generalized Distribution Amplitudes (GDAs). The nonlocality appears due to the momentum dependence of the constituent quark mass, which we take in a form of a generalized dipole formula. With this choice all calculations can be performed directly in the Minkowski space and the sensitivity to the shape of the cutoff function can be studied. We demonstrate that the model fulfills soft pion theorems both for chirally even and chirally odd GDAs. The latter one cannot be derived by the methods of current algebra. Wh…
The electromagnetic form factors of octet baryons are investigated with the nonlocal chiral effective theory. The nonlocal interaction generates both the regulator which makes the loop integral convergent and the $Q^2$ dependence of form factors at tree level. Both octet and decuplet intermediate states are included in the one loop calculation. The momentum dependence of baryon form factors are studied up to 1 GeV$^2$ with the same number of parameters as for the nucleon form factors. The obtained magnetic moments of all the baryon octets as well as the radii are in good agreement with the exp…
We study the behavior of two-flavor dense quark matter under the influence of an external magnetic field in the framework of a nonlocal chiral quark model with separable interactions. The nonlocality is incorporated in the model by using a Gaussian form factor. It is found that for low and moderate values of magnetic field there is a decrease of the critical chiral restoration chemical potential $μ_c$, i.e. an inverse magnetic catalysis effect is observed. For larger values of $eB$ the behavior of $μ_c$ becomes more or less flat, depending on the parametrization. Within the considered parametr…
The behavior of $π^0$ meson properties in the presence of a uniform external magnetic field is studied in the context of a nonlocal extension of the Polyakov-Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. The analysis includes the $π^0$ mass, the effective $π^0$-quark coupling and the pion-to-vacuum hadronic form factors, both at zero and finite temperature. Numerical results are compared with previous calculations carried out within the local NJL model, when available. The validity of chiral relations and the features of deconfinement and chiral symmetry restoration transitions are discussed.
We review the current status of the research on effective nonlocal NJL-like chiral quark models with separable interactions, focusing on the application of this approach to the description of the properties of hadronic and quark matter under extreme conditions. The analysis includes the predictions for various hadron properties in vacuum, as well as the study of the features of deconfinement and chiral restoration phase transitions for systems at finite temperature and/or density. We also address other related subjects, such as the study of phase transitions for imaginary chemical potentials, …
The sea quark contributions to the nucleon electromagnetic form factors from up, down and strange quarks are studied with the nonlocal chiral effective Lagrangian. Both octet and decuplet intermediate states are included in the one loop calculation. Compared with the strange form factors, though their signs are the same, the absolute value of the light quark form factors are much larger. For both electric and magnetic form factors, the contribution from $d$ quark is larger than that from $u$ quark. The current lattice data for the light-sea quark form factors are between our sea quark results …
We have calculated the unpolarized dihadron fragmentation functions (uDiFFs) of pions and kaons using the nonlocal chiral-quark model (NLChQM) and evolved our results to the transferred momentum scale Q$^2$=4$\mathrm{GeV}^2$ by the QCD evolution equations. These uDiFFs have also been computed in the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio-jet (NJL-jet) model for the sake of comparison. We find that there is substantial difference between the results of these two models. Furthermore, the DiFFs of $u\to π^{+}π^{-}$ and $g\to π^{+}π^{-}$ at $Q^2=109\,\mathrm{GeV}^2$ in these two models are presented in comparison wi…
Application of chiral resonance Lagrangian theories to the muon g-2
Benayoun,P. David and L.德尔博诺我们的HLS驱动估计读取a_mu(LO had)=(688.60+/-4.24)10^{-10},并且我们发现a_mu(理论)=(11 659 177.65 +/- 5.76)10^{-10}。
