We study theoretically and experimentally the frequency and temperature dependence of resistivity noise in semiconductor heterostructures delta-doped by Mn. The resistivity noise is observed to be non-monotonous as a function of frequency. As a function of temperature, the noise increases by two orders of magnitude for a resistivity increase of about 50%. We study two possible sources of resistivity noise -- dynamic spin fluctuations and charge fluctuations, and find that dynamic spin fluctuations are more relevant for the observed noise data. The frequency and temperature dependence of resistivity noise provide important information on the nature of the magnetic interactions. In particular, we show how noise measurements can help resolve a long standing debate on whether the Mn-doped GaAs is an p-d Zener/RKKY or double exchange ferromagnet. Our analysis includes the effect of different kinds of disorder such as spin-glass type of interactions and a site-dilution type of disorder. We find that the resistivity noise in these structures is well described by a disordered RKKY ferromagnet model dynamics with a conserved order parameter.
We study the properties of heterostructures formed by two layers of diluted magnetic semiconductor separated by a nonmagnetic semiconductor layer. We find that there is a RKKY-type exchange coupling between the magnetic layers that oscilles between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic as a function of the different parameters in the problem. The different transport properties of these phases make that this heterostructure presents strong magnetoresistive effects. The coupling can be also modified by an electric field. We propose that it is possible to alter dramatically the electrical resistanc…
We consider magnetization configurations at chiral magnet (CM)/ferromagnet (FM) heterostructures. In the CM, magnetic skyrmions and spin helices emerge due to the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, which then penetrate into the adjacent FM. However, because the non-uniform magnetization structures are energetically unfavorable in the FM, the penetrated magnetization structures are deformed, resulting in exotic three-dimensional configurations, such as skyrmion cones, sideways skyrmions, and twisted helices and skyrmions. We discuss the stability of possible magnetization configurations at the …
A new approach to the growth of diluted magnetic semiconductors with two dimensional electron gas in InAs quantum well has been developed. The method is based on molecular-beam epitaxy of coherent "hybrid" AlSb/InAs/(Zn,Mn)Te heterostructures with a III-V/II-VI interface inside. The giant Zeeman splitting of the InAs conduction band caused by exchange interaction with Mn2+ ions has been proved by measuring the microwave radiation induced spin polarized electric currents.
We present a phenomenological theory for coupled spin-charge dynamics in magnetic van der Waals heterostructures. The system studied consists of a layered antiferromagnet inserted into a capacitive vdW heterostructure. It has been recently demonstrated that charge doping in such layered antiferromagnets can modulate the strength, and even the sign, of exchange coupling between the layer magnetizations. This provides a mechanism for electrically generating magnetization dynamics. The central result we predict here is that the magnetization dynamics reciprocally results in inducing charge dynami…
The magnetoelectric effect predicted in topological insulators makes heterostructures that combine magnetic materials and such insulators promising candidates for spintronics applications. Here, we theoretically consider a setup that exhibits two well-separated interfaces between a topological insulator and a ferromagnetic insulator. We show that there is a topological magnetic dipole-dipole interaction stemming from long-range Coulomb interactions. We analytically derive the magnetization dynamics at the two interfaces and discuss how the long-range coupling can be applied to non-locally indu…
Topological insulators (TIs) with spin momentum locked topological surface states (TSS) are expected to exhibit a giant spin-orbit torque (SOT) in the TI/ferromagnet systems. To date, the TI SOT driven magnetization switching is solely reported in a Cr doped TI at 1.9 K. Here, we directly show giant SOT driven magnetization switching in a Bi2Se3/NiFe heterostructure at room temperature captured using a magneto-optic Kerr effect microscope. We identify a large charge to spin conversion efficiency of ~1-1.75 in the thin TI films, where the TSS is dominant. In addition, we find the current densit…
The evolution of the magnetization in (Cd,Mn)Te quantum wells after a short pulse of magnetic field was determined from the giant Zeeman shift of spectroscopic lines. The dynamics in absence of magnetic field was found to be up to three orders of magnitude faster than that at 1 T. Hyperfine interaction and strain are mainly responsible for the fast decay. The influence of a hole gas is clearly visible: at zero field anisotropic holes stabilize the system of Mn ions, while in a magnetic field of 1 T they are known to speed up the decay by opening an additional relaxation channel.
The magnetization dynamics in diluted magnetic semiconductor heterostructures based on (Zn,Mn)Se and (Cd,Mn)Te has been studied experimentally by optical methods and simulated numerically. In the samples with nonhomogeneous magnetic ion distribution this dynamics is contributed by spin-lattice relaxation and spin diffusion in the Mn spin system. The spin diffusion coefficient of 7x10^(-8) cm^2/s has been evaluated for Zn(0.99)Mn(0.01)Se from comparison of experimental and numerical results. Calculations of the giant Zeeman splitting of the exciton states and the magnetization dynamics in the o…
This paper, based on a presentation at the Spintronics 2001 conference, provides a review of our studies on II-VI and III-V Mn-doped Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors. We use simple models appropriate for the low carrier density (insulating) regime, although we believe that some of the unusual features of the magnetization curves should qualitatively be present at larger dopings (metallic regime) as well. Positional disorder of the magnetic impurities inside the host semiconductor is shown to have observable consequences for the shape of the magnetization curve. Below the critical temperature th…
We study the switching-process of the magnetization in a ferromagnetic-normal-metal multilayer system by a spin polarized electrical current via the spin transfer torque. We use a spin drift-diffusion equation (SDDE) and the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation (LLGE) to capture the coupled dynamics of the spin density and the magnetization dynamic of the heterostructure. Deriving a fully analytic solution of the stationary SDDE we obtain an accurate, robust, and fast self-consistent model for the spin-distribution and spin transfer torque inside general ferromagnetic/normal metal heterostructures…
Spin clustering in diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS) arises from antiferromagnetic exchange between neighboring magnetic cations and is a strong function of reduced dimensionality. Epitaxially-grown single monolayers and abrupt interfaces of DMS are, however, never perfectly two-dimensional (2D) due to the unavoidable inter-monolayer mixing of atoms during growth. Thus the magnetization of DMS heterostructures, which is strongly modified by spin clustering, is intermediate between that of 2D and 3D spin distributions. We present an exact calculation of spin clustering applicable to arbitra…
Electric-field induced magnetization switching in multiferroic magnetoelectric devices is promising for beyond Moore's law computing. We show here that interface-coupled multiferroic heterostructures, i.e., a ferroelectric layer coupled with a ferromagnetic layer, are particularly suitable for highly-dense, non-volatile, and ultra-low-energy computing. By solving stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation of magnetization dynamics in the presence of room-temperature thermal fluctuations, we demonstrate that error-resilient switching of magnetization is possible in sub-nanosecond delay while e…
We present a dynamical model that successfully explains the observed time evolution of the magnetization in diluted magnetic semiconductor quantum wells after weak laser excitation. Based on the pseudo-fermion formalism and a second order many-particle expansion of the exact p-d exchange interaction, our approach goes beyond the usual mean-field approximation. It includes both the sub-picosecond demagnetization dynamics and the slower relaxation processes which restore the initial ferromagnetic order in a nanosecond time scale. In agreement with experimental results, our numerical simulations …
We report resistivity measurements from 0.03 K to 10 K in a dilute high mobility 2D electron system. Using an undoped GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunction in a gated field-effect transistor geometry, a wide range of densities, $0.16 \times 10^{10} {cm}^{-2}$ to $7.5 \times 10^{10} {cm}^{-2}$, are explored. For high densities, the results are quantitatively shown to be due to scattering by acoustic phonons and impurities. In an intermediate range of densities, a peak in the resistivity is observed for temperatures below 1 K. This non-monotonic resistivity can be understood by considering the known scatte…
Two complementary effects modify the GHz magnetization dynamics of nanoscale heterostructures of ferromagnetic and normal materials relative to those of the isolated magnetic constituents: On the one hand, a time-dependent ferromagnetic magnetization pumps a spin angular-momentum flow into adjacent materials and, on the other hand, spin angular momentum is transferred between ferromagnets by an applied bias, causing mutual torques on the magnetizations. These phenomena are manifestly nonlocal: they are governed by the entire spin-coherent region that is limited in size by spin-flip relaxation …
Electric field-induced magnetization switching in multiferroics is intriguing for both fundamental studies and potential technological applications. Here, we review the recent developments on electric field-induced magnetization switching in multiferroic heterostructures. Particularly, we study the dynamics of magnetization switching between the two stable states in a shape-anisotropic single-domain nanomagnet using stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation in the presence of thermal fluctuations. For magnetostrictive nanomagnets in strain-coupled multiferroic composites, such study of…
We investigate the coupled magnetization dynamics in heterostructures of a single crystal of the chiral magnet $\mathrm{Cu_2OSeO_3}$ (CSO) and a polycrystalline ferromagnet $\mathrm{NiFe}$ (Py) thin film using broadband ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) at cryogenic temperatures. We observe the excitation of a hybrid mode (HM) below the helimagnetic transition temperature of CSO. This HM is attributed to the spin dynamics at the CSO/Py interface. We study the HM by measuring its resonance frequencies for in plane rotations of the external magnetic field. We find that the HM exhibits dominantly fou…
We present a detailed study, within the mean-field approximation, of an impurity band model for III-V diluted magnetic semiconductors. Such a model should be relevant at low carrier densities, below and near the metal-insulator transition. Positional disorder of the magnetic impurities inside the host semiconductor is shown to have observable consequences for the shape of the magnetization curve. Below the critical temperature the magnetization is spatially inhomogeneous, leading to very unusual temperature dependence of the average magnetization as well as specific heat. Disorder is also foun…
Using a combination of magnetometry and magnetotransport techniques, we studied temperature and magnetic field behavior of magnetization in Py/Gd heterostructures. It was shown quantitatively that proximity with Py enhances magnetic order of Gd. Micromagnetic simulations demonstrate that a spin-flop transition observed in a Py/Gd bilayer is due to exchange-spring rotation of magnetization in the Gd layer. Transport measurements show that the magnetoresistance of a [Py(2 nm)/Gd(2 nm)]25 multilayer changes sign at the compensation temperature and below 20 K. The positive magnetoresistance above …
Electric-field control of magnetization dynamics is fundamentally and technologically important for future spintronic devices. Here, based on electric-field control of both magnetic anisotropy and spin--orbit torque, two distinct methods are presented for switching the magnetization in topological insulator (TI)/magnetic-TI hybrid systems. The magnetic anisotropy energy in magnetic TIs is formulated analytically as a function of the Fermi energy, and it is confirmed that the out-of-plane magnetization is always favored for the partially occupied surface band. Also proposed is a transistor-like…
Precise estimation of spin Hall angle as well as successful maximization of spin-orbit torque (SOT) form a basis of electronic control of magnetic properties with spintronic functionality. Until now, current-nonlinear Hall effect, or second harmonic Hall voltage has been utilized as one of the methods for estimating spin Hall angle, which is attributed to the magnetization oscillation by SOT. Here, we argue the second harmonic Hall voltage in magnetic/nonmagnetic topological insulator (TI) heterostructures, Cr$_x$(Bi$_{1-y}$Sb$_y$)$_{2-x}$Te$_3$/(Bi$_{1-y}$Sb$_y$)$_2$Te$_3$. From the angular, …
We report on the study of spin-polarized electric currents in diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) quantum wells subjected to an in-plane external magnetic field and illuminated by microwave or terahertz radiation. The effect is studied in (Cd,Mn)Te/(Cd,Mg)Te quantum wells (QWs) and (In,Ga)As/InAlAs:Mn QWs belonging to the well known II-VI and III-V DMS material systems, as well as, in heterovalent AlSb/InAs/(Zn,Mn)Te QWs which represent a promising combination of II-VI and III-V semiconductors. Experimental data and developed theory demonstrate that the photocurrent originates from a spin-dep…
SrIrO$_3$ with its large spin-orbit coupling and low charge conductivity has emerged as a potential candidate for efficient spin-orbit torque magnetization control in spintronic devices. We here report on the influence of an interfacial oxide layer on spin pumping experiments in Ni$_{80}$Fe$_{20}$ (NiFe)/SrIrO$_3$ bilayer heterostructures. To investigate this scenario we have carried out broadband ferromagnetic resonance (BBFMR) measurements, which indicate the presence of an interfacial antiferromagnetic oxide layer. We performed in-plane BBFMR experiments at cryogenic temperatures, which all…
The integration of magnetic material with semiconductors has been fertile ground for fundamental science as well as of great practical interest toward the seamless integration of information processing and storage. Here we create van der Waals heterostructures formed by an ultrathin ferromagnetic semiconductor CrI3 and a monolayer of WSe2. We observe unprecedented control of the spin and valley pseudospin in WSe2, where we detect a large magnetic exchange field of nearly 13 T and rapid switching of the WSe2 valley splitting and polarization via flipping of the CrI3 magnetization. The WSe2 phot…
We demonstrate a current tunable Rashba spin orbit interaction in LaAlO3/SrTiO3 (LAO/STO) quasi two dimensional electron gas (2DEG) system. Anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) measurements are employed to detect and understand the current-induced Rashba field. The effective Rashba field scales with the current and a value of 2.35 T is observed for a dc-current of 200 uA. The results suggest that LAO/STO heterostructures can be considered for spin orbit torque based magnetization switching.
It is well-known that the Curie temperature, and hence the magnetization, in diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) like Ga$_{1-x}$Mn$_x$As can be controlled by changing the equilibrium density of holes in the material. Here, we propose that even with a constant hole density, large changes in the magnetization can be obtained with a relatively small imbalance in the quasi-Fermi levels for up-spin and down-spin electrons. We show, by coupling mean field theory of diluted magnetic semiconductor ferromagnetism with master equations governing the Mn spin-dynamics, that a mere splitting of the up-spi…
We have studied the effects of Mn concentration on the ballistic spin-polarized transport through diluted magnetic semiconductor heterostructures with a single paramagnetic layer. Using a fitted function for zero-field conduction band offset based on the experimental data, we found that the spin current densities strongly depend on the Mn concentration. The magnitude as well as the sign of the electron-spin polarization and the tunnel magnetoresistance can be tuned by varying the Mn concentration, the width of the paramagnetic layer, and the external magnetic field. By an appropriate choice of…
It has been shown that the spin Hall effect from heavy transition metals can generate sufficient spin-orbit torque and further produce current-induced magnetization switching in the adjacent ferromagnetic layer. However, if the ferromagnetic layer has in-plane magnetic anisotropy, probing such switching phenomenon typically relies on tunneling magnetoresistance measurement of nano-sized magnetic tunnel junctions, differential planar Hall voltage measurement, or Kerr imaging approaches. We show that in magnetic heterostructures with spin Hall metals, there exist current-induced in-plane spin Ha…
The paper is devoted to the theoretical investigation of the magnetodipolar interparticle interaction effect on remagnetization dynamics in moderately concentrated ferrofluids. We consider a homogeneous (without particle aggregates) ferrofluid consisting of identical spherical particles and employ a rigid dipole model, where magnetic moment of a particle is fixed with respect to the particle itself. In particular, for the magnetization relaxation after the external field is instantly switched off, we show that the magnetodipolar interaction leads to the increase of the initial magnetization re…
The time-dependent spin current mediated spin transfer torque behaviour has been investigated via scattering formalism within density functional theory framework supported by Green's function. Quantum magnetotransport characteristics have been revealed in a model semiconducting MoS$_2$/phosphorene van der Waals heterostructure. The dynamics of spin current channelized heterolayer transport has been studied with rotational variation in magnetization angle. It is observed that the time-dependent spin transport torque remains invariant irrespective of magnetization angle direction. The polarized …
Due to the lack of a net magnetization both at the interface and in the bulk, antiferromagnets with compensated interfaces may appear incapable of influencing the phase transition in an adjacent superconductor via the spin degree of freedom. We here demonstrate that such an assertion is incorrect by showing that proximity-coupling a compensated antiferromagnetic layer to a superconductor-ferromagnet heterostructure introduces the possibility of controlling the superconducting phase transition. The superconducting critical temperature can in fact be modulated by rotating the magnetization of th…
Generally the adiabatic quantum pumping phenomenon can be interpreted by the surface integral of the Berry curvature inside the cyclic loop. Spin angular momentum flow without charge current can be pumped out by magnetization precession in ferromagnet-based structures. When an electron is scattered by a helimagnet, spin-dependent diffraction occurs due to the spatial modulation of the spiral. In this work, we consider the charge and spin flow driven by magnetization precession in normal-metal/multiferroic-helimagnet/ferromagnet heterostructures. The pumping behavior is governed by the diffract…
Thin van der Waals (vdW) layered magnetic materials disclose the possibility to realize vdW heterostructures with new functionalities. Here we report on the realization and investigation of tunneling spin valves based on van der Waals heterostructures consisting of an atomically thin hBN layer acting as tunnel barrier and two exfoliated Fe3GeTe2 crystals acting as ferromagnetic electrodes. Low-temperature anomalous Hall effect measurements show that thin Fe3GeTe2 crystals are metallic ferromagnets with an easy axis perpendicular to the layers, and a very sharp magnetization switching at magnet…
The problem of electron resonant and non-resonant scatterings on two magnetized barriers is studied in the one-dimension. The transfer-matrix is built up to exactly calculate the coefficient of the electron transmittance through the system of two magnetic barriers with non-collinear magnetizations. The polarization of the transmitted electron wave for resonance and non-resonance transmittances is calculated. The transmittance coefficient and spin polarization can be drastically enhanced and controlled by the angle between the barrier magnetizations
We demonstrate efficient current induced spin orbit torque switching in perpendicularly magnetized epitaxial MgO(001)//Pd/Co2FeAl/MgO heterostructures grown by magnetron sputtering. The advantage of such heterostructures for spin orbit torque MRAM devices is that they allow a unique combination of critical ingredients: i) low resistivity required for reduced electric energy consumption during writing, ii) high TMR ratio required for efficient reading and iii) strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy for increased thermal stability.
Terahertz emission spectroscopy (TES) has recently played an important role in unveiling the spin dynamics at a terahertz (THz) frequency range. So far, ferromagnetic (FM)/nonmagnetic (NM) heterostructures have been intensively studied as THz sources. Compensated magnets such as a ferrimagnet (FIM) and antiferromagnet (AFM) are other types of magnetic materials with interesting spin dynamics. In this work, we study TES from compensated magnetic heterostructures including CoGd FIM alloy or IrMn AFM layers. Systematic measurements on composition and temperature dependences of THz emission from C…
We study a change in the spin magnetization of a superconductor-ferromagnet (SF) heterostructure, when temperature is lowered below the superconducting transition temperature. It is assumed that the SF interface is smooth on the atomic scale and the mean free path is not too short. Solving the Eilenberger equation we show that the spin magnetic moment induced in the superconductor is an oscillating sign-changing function of the product $hd$ of the exchange field $h$ and the thickness $d$ of the ferromagnet. Therefore the total spin magnetic moment of the system in the superconducting state can…
Van der Waals heterostructures combining two-dimensional magnetic and semiconducting layers constitute a promising platform for interfacing magnetism, electronics, and optics. Here, we use resonant optical reflection spectroscopy to the observe magnetic proximity effect in a gate-tunable MoSe$_2$/CrBr$_3$ heterostructure. High quality of the interface leads to a giant zero-field splitting of the K and K' valley excitons in MoSe$_2$, equivalent to an external magnetic field of 12 T, with a weak but distinct electric field dependence that hints at potential for electrical control of magnetizatio…
The interplay of tunneling transport and carrier-mediated ferromagnetism in narrow semiconductor multi-quantum well structures containing layers of GaMnAs is investigated within a self-consistent Green's function approach, accounting for disorder in the Mn--doped regions and unwanted spin-flips at heterointerfaces on phenomenological ground. We find that the magnetization in GaMnAs layers can be controlled by an external electric bias. The underlying mechanism is identified as spin-selective hole tunneling in and out of the Mn-doped quantum wells, whereby the applied bias determines both hole …
Using the charge-conserving Floquet-Green function approach to open quantum systems driven by external time periodic potential, we analyze how spin current pumped (in the absence of any dc bias voltage) by the precessing magnetization of a ferromagnetic (F) layer is injected {\em laterally} into the interface with strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC) and converted into charge current flowing in the same direction. In the case of metallic interface with the Rashba SOC used in experiments [Nature Comm. {\bf 4}, 2944 (2013)], both spin $I^{S_α}$ and charge $I$ current flow within it where $I/I^{S_α} …
Application of sufficient lateral current to a heavy metal (HM) can switch the perpendicular magnetization orientation of adjacent ferromagnetic layer (FM) through spin-orbit torques (SOTs). The choice of the HM and its arrangement plays a major role for the SOT induced magnetization switching in magnetic heterostructures. Here, in asymmetric Pt/Co/Pt heterostructures, anti-damping (AD) SOT prevails. Ta addition to this stack (Ta/Pt/Co/Pt) give rise to several compelling effects viz. competing spin currents (due to opposite spin-Hall angles of adjacent Ta and Pt layers), significant AD-SOT, th…
Using a quantum theory including spin-splitting effect in diluted magnetic semiconductors, we study the dependence of tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) on barrier thickness, temperature and applied voltage in GaMnAs/GaAs/GaMnAs heterostructures. TMR ratios more than 65% are obtained at zero temperature, when one GaAs monolayer ($\approx$ 0.565 nm) is used as a tunnel barrier. It is also shown that the TMR ratio decreases rapidly with increasing the barrier thickness and applied voltage, however at high voltages and low thicknesses, the TMR first increases and then decreases. Our model calculat…
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in spin-orbit torques (SOTs) for manipulating the magnetization in nonvolatile magnetic memory devices. SOTs rely on the spin-orbit coupling of a nonmagnetic material coupled to a ferromagnetic layer to convert an applied charge current into a torque on the magnetization of the ferromagnet (FM). Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) are promising candidates for generating these torques with both high charge-to-spin conversion ratios, and symmetries and directions which are efficient for magnetization manipulation. Moreover, TMDs offer a wide…
We studied low temperature (T=50mK) in-plane magnetoresistance of a dilute two-dimensional hole system in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure that exhibits an apparent metal-insulator transition. We found an anisotropic magnetoresistance, which changes dramatically at high in-plane fields ($B_{\parallel}\agt$5T) as the hole density is varied. At high densities where the system behaves metallic at $B_{\parallel}=0$, the transverse magnetoresistance is larger than the longitudinal magnetoresistance. With decreasing the hole density the difference becomes progressively smaller, and at densities near the …
Torque magnetometry at low temperature and in high magnetic fields B is performed on a MgZnO/ZnO heterostructure incorporating a high-mobility two-dimensional electron system. We find a sawtooth-like quantum oscillatory magnetization M(B), i.e., the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effect. At the same time, unexpected spike-like overshoots in M and non-equilibrium currents are observed which allow us to identify the microscopic nature and density of the residual disorder. The acceptor-like scatterers give rise to a magnetic thaw down effect which enhances the dHvA amplitude beyond the electron-electr…
In a ferromagnetic heterostructure, the interplay between a Rashba spin-orbit coupling and an exchange field gives rise to a current-driven spin torque. In a realistic device setup, we investigate the Rashba spin torque in the diffusive regime and report two major findings: (i) a nonvanishing torque exists at the edges of the device even when the magnetization and effective Rashba field are aligned; (ii) anisotropic spin relaxation rates driven by the Rashba spin-orbit coupling assign the spin torque a general expression ${\bm T}=T^y_{\para}(θ){\bm m}\times(\hat{\bm y}\times{\bm m})+T^y_{\bot}…
Employing electron spin instead of charge to develop spintronic devices holds the merits of low-power consumption in information technologies. Meanwhile, the demand for increasing speed in spintronics beyond current CMOS technology has further triggered intensive researches for ultrafast control of spins even up to unprecedent terahertz regime. The femtosecond laser has been emerging as a potential technique to generate an ultrafast spin-current burst for magnetization manipulation. However, there is a great challenge to establish all-optical control and monitor of the femtosecond transient sp…
When a flow of electron passes through a paramagnetic layer with strong spin-orbit-coupling such as platinum (Pt), a net spin current is produced via spin Hall effect (SHE). This spin current can exert a torque on the magnetization of an adjacent ferromagnetic layer which can be probed via magnetization dynamic response, e.g. spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance (ST-FMR). Nevertheless, that effect in lower frequency magnetization dynamic regime (MHz) where skin effect occurs in high permeability ferromagnetic conductors namely the magneto-impedance (MI) effect can be fundamentally important whi…
