The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) around the flux state in square Kondo lattice is investigated. By introducing the lattice distortion and local chirality, the square Kondo lattice can break the parity symmetry and time reversal symmetry spontaneously, and thus generate a topological nontriviality in the band structure associated with the AHE. Moreover, a possible realization of this AHE in multiferroic TbMnO$_3$ is discussed.
The physics of a junction composed of a normal metal, quantum dot and 2D topological insulator (in a quantum spin Hall state) is elucidated. It maifests a subtle combination of Kondo correlations and quantum spin Hall edge states moving on the opposite sides of the 2D topological insulator. In a narrow strip geometry these edge states interact and a gap opens in the edge state spectrum. Consequently, Kondo screening is less effective and that affects electron transport through the junction. Specifically, when edge state coupling is strong enough, the tunneling differential conductance develops…
The splitting of the Kondo resonance in the density of states of an Anderson impurity in finite magnetic field is calculated from the exact Bethe-ansatz solution. The result gives an estimate of the electron spectral function for nonzero magnetic field and Kondo temperature, with consequences for transport experiments on quantum dots in the Kondo regime. The strong correlations of the Kondo ground state cause a significant low-temperature reduction of the peak splitting. Explicit formulae are found for the shift and broadening of the Kondo peaks. A likely cause of the problems of large-N appro…
We study transport properties of a charge qubit coupling two chiral Luttinger liquids, realized by two antidots placed between the edges of an integer $ν=1$ or fractional $ν=1/3$ quantum Hall bar. We show that in the limit of a large capacitive coupling between the antidots, their quasiparticle occupancy behaves as a pseudo-spin corresponding to an orbital Kondo impurity coupled to a chiral Luttinger liquid, while the inter antidot tunnelling acts as an impurity magnetic field. The latter tends to destabilize the Kondo fixed point for the $ν=1/3$ fractional Hall state, producing an effective i…
The interaction between strong correlation and Berry curvature is an open territory of in the field of quantum materials. Here we report large anomalous Hall conductivity in a Kondo lattice ferromagnet USbTe which is dominated by intrinsic Berry curvature at low temperatures. However, the Berry curvature induced anomalous Hall effect does not follow the scaling relation derived from Fermi liquid theory. The onset of the Berry curvature contribution coincides with the Kondo coherent temperature. Combined with ARPES measurement and DMFT calculations, this strongly indicates that Berry curvature …
We study the behavior of the quarter-filled Kondo lattice model on a triangular lattice by combining a zero-temperature variational approach and finite-temperature Monte-Carlo simulations. For intermediate coupling between itinerant electrons and classical moments ${\bf S}_j$, we find a thermodynamic phase transition into an exotic spin ordering with uniform scalar spin chirality and $< {\bf S}_j >=0$. The state exhibits spontaneous quantum Hall effect. We also study how its properties are affected by application of an external magnetic field.
The frustrated magnetism on the Kondo lattice system motivates intriguing Kondo-breakdown beyond the traditional Doniach scenario. Among them, the fractionalized Fermi liquid (FL*) has drawn a particular interest by virtue of its fractionalized nature. Here, we study the phase diagram of $J_{1}$-$J_{2}$ Kondo-Heisenberg model on a honeycomb lattice at a quarter filling. Employing the slave-fermion mean-field theory with $d \pm id$ spin liquid ansatz and exact diagonalization, we discuss the emergence of partial Kondo screening in the frustrated regime with comparable $J_{1}$ and $J_{2}$, and t…

A theory for anomalous enhancement of NMR relaxation rate $1/T_{1}T$ of $^{125}$Te toward zero temperature observed in Pb$_{1-x}$Tl$_{x}$Te ($x$=0.01) is presented on the idea of the charge Kondo effect of valence skipping element Tl. It is found that such enhancement in $1/T_{1}T$ is caused through enhancement of the pair-hopping and inter-orbital interactions between 6s electrons localized on Tl site and conduction electrons doped in the hole band the semiconductor PbTe, which is the heart of the charge Kondo effect. It is also found that the Knight shift is not influenced in the temperature…
Experiments in heavy-fermion metals and related theoretical work suggest that critical local-moment fluctuations can play an important role near a zero-temperature phase transition. We study such fluctuations at the quantum critical point of a Kondo impurity model in which the density of band states vanishes as |E|^r at the Fermi energy (E = 0). The local spin response is described by a set of critical exponents that vary continuously with r. For 0 < r < 1, the dynamical susceptibility exhibits omega/T scaling with a fractional exponent, implying that the critical point is interacting.
We study phase evolution of transmission through a quantum dot with Kondo correlations. By considering a model that includes nonresonant transmission as well as the Anderson impurity, we explain unusually large phase evolution of about $π$ in the Kondo valley observed in recent experiments. We argue that this anomalous phase evolution is a universal property that can be found in the high-temperature Kondo phase in the presence of the time-reversal symmetry.
We investigate the Kondo effect in the two-dimensional electron system with a non-trivial quadratic energy band crossing point. We show that the Kondo effect can induce a new hybrid topological insulator phase which is a coexistence state of the quantum anomalous Hall effect and the TRSbroken quantum spin Hall effect. This hybrid topological insulator exhibits not only a quantized charge Hall current but also a net spin current, which are localized at the edge boundaries. This peculiar topological state arises due to the interplay of two marginally relevant operators, i.e., the Kondo-coupling …
We have measured the specific heat of PrV$_2$Al$_{20}$ at very low temperatures, using high quality single crystals with the residual resistivity ratio ~ 20. The high-quality single crystals exhibit clear double transitions at $T_{\rm Q} =$ 0.75 K and $T^* =$ 0.65 K. These transitions are clearer and shift to higher temperature in higher quality single crystals. Besides, there was no hysteresis in those transitions in warming and cooling process of the heat capacity measurements. In the ordered state below $T^*$, the specific heat shows a $T^4$ dependence, indicating the gapless mode associate…
We investigate the ground-state phase diagram for the ferromagnetic Kondo lattice model on a triangular lattice by a variational calculation for various spin orderings up to a four-site unit cell. We find that a noncoplanar four-sublattice ordering with a finite scalar spin chirality emerges at and around 1/4 filling, in addition to the 3/4-filled case, which was predicted to be induced by the perfect nesting of the Fermi surface [I. Martin and C. D. Batista: Phys. Rev. Lett. {\bf 101} (2008) 156402]. The 1/4-filling phase is stable in a wider range of parameters than the 3/4-filling one, and …
The long-thought charge Kondo effects have recently been experimentally realized in the quantum Hall regime. This experiment, supported by numerics, exemplifies the realization of two-channel Kondo state, a non-Fermi Liquid, and its crossover to the one-channel counterpart, a Fermi liquid. Scaling up such a platform, we find a hierarchy of non-Fermi Liquids and their tunable crossovers based on a renormalization group analysis. Utilizing results from a conformal field theory, we further examine the universal conductances of this strongly correlated system and their finite temperature scaling, …
Nontrivial topology in condensed matter systems enriches quantum states of matter, to go beyond either the classification into metals and insulators in terms of conventional band theory or that of symmetry broken phases by Landau's order parameter framework. So far, focus has been on weakly interacting systems, and little is known about the limit of strong electron correlations. Heavy fermion systems are a highly versatile platform to explore this regime. Here we report the discovery of a giant spontaneous Hall effect in the Kondo semimetal Ce3Bi4Pd3 that is noncentrosymmetric but preserves ti…
The enhanced spin Hall effect in Au metal due to the resonant skew scattering is studied with first-principles band structure calculations. Especially the gigantic spin Hall angle $γ_S \cong 0.1$ observed recently (T.Seki et al., Nature Materials {\bf 7}, 125 (2008)) is attributed to the orbital-dependent Kondo effect of Fe in the Au host metal, where the $t_{2g}$-orbitals are in the mixed-valence region while $e_g$-orbitals are in the Kondo limit. The enhanced spin-orbit interaction by the electron correlation in the $t_{2g}$-orbitals leads to the gigantic spin Hall effect. Impurities with 5d…
The structural, electronic and magnetic properties of the Kondo-lattice system CeRuSi2 are experimentally investigated and analyzed in the series of other ternary cerium compounds. This system is shown to be an excellent model system demonstrating coexistence of the Kondo effect and anomalous ferromagnetism with a small magnetic moment which is confirmed by magnetic and μSR measurements. Data on specific heat, resistivity and Seebeck coefficient are presented. Being deduced from the resistivity and specific heat data, the non-Fermi-liquid behavior is observed at low temperatures, which is unus…
In an attempt to destabilize the magnetic state of the heavy lanthanides Dy and Gd, extreme pressures were applied in an electrical resistivity measurement to 157 GPa over the temperature range 5 - 295 K. The magnetic ordering temperature $T_{\text{o}}$ and spin-disorder resistance $R_{sd}$ of Dy, as well as the superconducting pair-breaking effect $ΔT_{c}$ in Y(1 at.\% Dy), are found to track each other in a highly non-monotonic fashion as a function of pressure, all three increasing sharply above 73 GPa, the critical pressure for a 6\% volume collapse in Dy. At 157 GPa $T_{\text{o}}$ is esti…
We present an new approach for the ferromagnetic, three-dimensional, translational-symmetric Kondo lattice model which allows us to derive both magnon energies and linewidths (lifetimes) and to study the properties of the ferromagnetic phase at finite temperatures. Both "anomalous softening" and "anomalous damping" are obtained and discussed. Our method consists of mapping the Kondo lattice model onto an effective Heisenberg model by means of the "modified RKKY interaction" and the "interpolating self-energy approach". The Heisenberg model is approximatively solved by applying the Dyson-Maleev…
The Kondo insulator SmB$_6$ has long been known to display anomalous transport behavior at low temperatures, T$<5$ K. In this temperatures range, a plateau is observed in the dc resistivity, contrary to the exponential divergence expected for a gapped system. Recent theoretical calculations suggest that SmB$_6$ may be the first topological Kondo insulator (TKI) and propose that the residual conductivity is due to topological surface states which reside within the Kondo gap. Since the TKI prediction many experiments have claimed to observe high mobility surface states within a perfectly insulat…
Formation of magnetically ordered state in the Kondo lattices is treated within the degenerate $s-f$ exchange and Coqblin-Schrieffer models. The Kondo renormalizations of the effective coupling parameter, magnetic moment and spin excitation frequencies are calculated within perturbation theory. The results of one-loop scaling consideration of the magnetic state in Kondo lattices are analyzed. The dependence of the critical values of the bare model parameters on the type of the magnetic phase and space dimensionality is investigated. Renormalization of the effective Kondo temperature by the int…
Motivated by recent Hall-effect experiment in YbRh$_2$Si$_2$, we study ground state properties of a Kondo lattice model in a two-dimensional square lattice using variational Monte Carlo method. We show that there are two types of phase transition, antiferromagnetic transition and topological one (Fermi surface reconstruction). In a wide region of parameters, these two transitions occur simultaneously without the breakdown of Kondo screening, accompanied by a discontinuous change of the Hall coefficient. This result is consistent with the experiment and gives a novel theoretical picture for the…
We present measurements of the magnetoconductance of long and narrow quasi one-dimensional gold wires containing magnetic iron impurities in a temperature range extending from $15 $mK to $4.2 $K. The dephasing rate extracted from the weak antilocalisation shows a pronounced plateau in a temperature region of $300 $mK - $800 $mK, associated with the phase breaking due to the Kondo effect. Below the Kondo temperature the dephasing rate decreases linearly with temperature, in contradiction with standard Fermi-liquid theory. Our data suggest that the formation of a spin glass due to the interactio…
The Kondo effect in superconductors is frequently investigated using the local quasiparticle density of states as sole bath characteristics, i.e., the presence of anomalous propagators is ignored. Here we point out that this treatment is exact for a number of situations, including point-like impurities in d-wave superconductors. We comment on recent investigations [M. Matsumoto and M. Koga, J. Phys. Soc. Jpn. 70, 2860 (2001), cond-mat/0011256, and Phys. Rev. B 65, 024508 (2002), cond-mat/0103053] which reached different conclusions: while their numerical results are likely correct, their inter…
We study the coupling between a quantum dot and the edge of a non-Abelian fractional quantum Hall state which is spatially separated from it by an integer quantum Hall state. Near a resonance, the physics at energy scales below the level spacing of the edge states of the dot is governed by a $k$-channel Kondo model when the quantum Hall state is a Read-Rezayi state at filling fraction $ν=2+k/(k+2)$ or its particle-hole conjugate at $ν=2+2/(k+2)$. The $k$-channel Kondo model is channel isotropic even without fine tuning in the former state; in the latter, it is generically channel anisotropic. …
The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in strongly disordered magnetic systems has been buried in persistent confusion despite its long history. We report the AHE in perpendicularly magnetized L10-MnAl epitaxial films with variable orbital two-channel Kondo (2CK) effect arising from the strong coupling of conduction electrons and the structural disorders of two-level systems. The AHE is observed to excellently scale with pAH/f=a0pxx0+bpxx2 at high temperatures where phonon scattering prevails. In contrast, significant deviation occurs at low temperatures where the orbital 2CK effect becomes important…
Nonlinear responses give rise to various exciting phenomena, which are forbidden in linear responses. Among them, one of the most fascinating phenomena is the recently observed giant spontaneous Hall effect in $\mathrm{Ce_{3}Bi_{4}Pd_{3}}$. This material is a promising candidate for a Weyl-Kondo semimetal, and this experiment implies that strong correlation effects can enhance the nonlinear Hall effect. However, most theoretical studies on nonlinear responses have been limited to free systems, and the connection between nonlinear responses and strong correlation effects is poorly understood. M…
The interplay between Kondo screening and magnetic interactions is central to comprehending the intricate phases in heavy-fermion compounds. However, the role of the itinerant magnetic order, which is driven by the conducting (c) electrons, has been largely uncharted in the context of heavy-fermion systems due to the scarcity of material candidates. Here we demonstrate the coexistence of the coherent Kondo screening and d-orbital ferromagnetism in material system La$_{1-x}$Ce$_x$Co$_2$As$_2$, through comprehensive thermodynamic and electrical transport measurements. Additionally, using angle-r…
We study quantum phase transitions in the Bose-Fermi Kondo problem, where a local spin is coupled to independent bosonic and fermionic degrees of freedom. Applying a second order expansion in the anomalous dimension of the Bose field we analyze the various non-trivial fixed points of this model. We show that anisotropy in the couplings is relevant at the SU(2) invariant non Fermi liquid fixed points studied earlier and thus the quantum phase transition is usually governed by XY or Ising-type fixed points. We furthermore derive an exact result that relates the anomalous exponent of the Bose fie…
The optical conductivity of the double exchange and the orbital degenerate Kondo lattice Hamiltonian (orbital t-J model) are invetigated by means of finite temperature diagonalization for different doping concentrations. The temperature dependence of sum rules, kinetic energy and Drude weight are studied. In particular it is shown that the double exchange model cannot explain the anomalous absorption in the uniform ferromagnetic phase of manganites discovered Okimoto et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 75, 109 (1995)]. The orbital t-J model explains the increase of the anomalous absorption with decreasin…
In frustrated magnets when magnetic ordering is suppressed down to low temperature, the formation of a quantum spin liquid becomes a possibility. How such a spin liquid manifests in the presence of conduction electrons is a question with potentially rich physical consequences, particularly when both the localized spins and conduction electrons reside on frustrated lattices. We propose a novel mechanism for symmetry breaking in systems where conduction electrons hybridize with a quantum spin liquid through Kondo couplings. We apply this to the pyrochlore iridate Pr2Ir2O7, which exhibits an anom…
The breakdown of the Kondo effect may be the origin of the anomalous properties of the heavy-fermion compounds at low temperatures. We study the dynamics of one impurity embedded in an antiferromagnetic host at the quantum critical point and show that the impurity is not screened and develops a power law correlation function. This suggests that the breakdown of the Kondo effect can simply be a consequence of the system's proximity to the quantum critical point.
In correlated electronic systems, strong interactions and the interplay between different degrees of freedom may give rise to anomalous charge transport properties, which can be tuned by external parameters like temperature and magnetic field. Recently, magnetic quantum oscillations and metallic low-temperature thermal conductivity have been observed in the Kondo insulator YbB$_{12}$, whose resistivity is a few orders of magnitude higher than those of conventional metals. As yet, these unusual observations are not fully understood. Here we present a detailed investigation of the behavior of Yb…
We address the nature of the ligandal disorder leading to local redistributions of Kondo temperatures, manifested as annealing-induced changes in the transport behavior of the heavy fermion system YbNi2B2C. The anomalous transport behavior was fully characterized by temperature dependent resistivity measurements in an extended range of 0.4 < T < 1000 K for as-grown and optimally annealed single crystals, and microstructural changes between these two types of samples were investigated by single-crystal x-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Our results point to lattice dislocat…
Following the recent observation of the quantum spin Hall (QSH) effect in HgTe quantum wells, an important issue is to understand the effect of impurities on transport in the QSH regime. Using linear response and renormalization group methods, we calculate the edge conductance of a QSH insulator as a function of temperature in the presence of a magnetic impurity. At high temperatures, Kondo and/or two-particle scattering give rise to a logarithmic temperature dependence. At low temperatures, for weak Coulomb interactions in the edge liquid the conductance is restored to unitarity with unusual …
The Zeeman splitting of localized electrons in a quantum dot in the Kondo regime is studied using a new slave-boson formulation. Our results show that the Kondo peak splitting depends on the gate potential applied to the quantum dot and on the topology of the system. A common fact of any geometry is that the differential susceptibility shows a strong non linear behavior. It was shown that there exist a critical field above which the Kondo resonance is splitted out. This critical field rapidly diminishes when the gate potential is lowered, as a consequence of the reduction of the Kondo temperat…

We report complex metamagnetic transitions in single crystals of the new low carrier Kondo antiferromagnet YbRh3Si7. Electrical transport, magnetization, and specific heat measurements reveal antiferromagnetic order at T_N = 7.5 K. Neutron diffraction measurements show that the magnetic ground state of YbRh3Si7 is a collinear antiferromagnet where the moments are aligned in the ab plane. With such an ordered state, no metamagnetic transitions are expected when a magnetic field is applied along the c axis. It is therefore surprising that high field magnetization, torque, and resistivity measure…
We study the Kondo effect in two crossed Luttinger liquids, using Boundary Conformal Field Theory. We predict two types of critical behaviors: either a two-channel Kondo fixed point with a nonuniversal Wilson ratio, or a new theory with an anomalous response identical to that found by Furusaki and Nagaosa (for the Kondo effect in a single Luttinger liquid). Moreover, we discuss the relevance of perturbations like channel anisotropy, and we make links with the Kondo effect in a two-band Hubbard system modeled by a channel-dependent Luttinger Hamiltonian. The suppression of backscattering off th…
We report the observation of an anomalous magnetoresistance in extremely dilute quasi-one-dimensional AuFe wires at low temperatures, along with a hysteretic background at low fields. The Kondo resistivity does not show the unitarity limit down to the lowest temperature, implying uncompensated spin states. We suggest that the anomalous magnetoresistance may be understood as the interference correction from the accumulation of geometric phase in the conduction electron wave function around the localized impurity spin.
We propose that the thermoelectric power distinguishes two competing scenarios for quantum phase transitions in heavy fermions : the spin-density-wave (SDW) theory and breakdown of the Kondo effect. In the Kondo breakdown scenario, the Seebeck coefficient turns out to collapse from the temperature scale $E^{*}$, associated with quantum fluctuations of the Fermi surface reconfiguration. This feature differs radically from the physics of the SDW theory, where no reconstruction of the Fermi surface occurs, and can be considered as the hallmark of the Kondo breakdown theory. We test these ideas, u…
A mapping between fractional quantum Hall (FQH) junctions and the two-channel Kondo model is presented. We discuss in detail this relation for the particular case of a junction of a FQH state at $ν= 1/3$ and a normal metal. We show that in the strong coupling regime this junction has a non-Fermi liquid fixed point. At this fixed point the electron Green's function has a branch cut, and the entropy has a non-zero value equal to $S={1/2} \ln{2}$. We construct the space of perturbations at the strong coupling fixed point and find that the dimensions of the tunneling operator is 1/2. These behavio…
Precision measurements of charge transport parameters (resistivity, Hall and Seebeck coefficients) have been carried out on high-quality single-crystals of cerium hexaboride in a wide temperature range 1.8-300 K. It is shown that in the temperature interval of 5 K < T < T* = 80 K the magnetic contribution in resistivity obeys the power law rm = T -1/n, which corresponds to the regime of weak localization of charge carriers with the critical index 1/n = 0.39 +- 0.02. In the same temperature interval an asymptotic behavior of thermopower S = -lnT is found together with an essential decrease of t…
We determine exactly the fixed point Hamiltonian of the one dimensional multichannel Kondo-Heisenberg lattice model for any number of channels N>=2. An anomalous singlet with non trivial internal dynamics is generated. We compute the correlation functions of the various conventional and unconventional order parameters of the system and find that for N<=4 the composite order parameter induce the dominant instabilities.
An anomalous Hall insulator without magnetic long-range ordering is theoretically reported in the absence of the relativistic spin-orbit coupling. It is realized in itinerant electrons coupled with the Ising spins on a <111> kagome plane of pyrochlore spin ice in applied magnetic field. We find that the kagome-ice type local spin correlation in the magnetization plateau state opens a charge gap without magnetic ordering, which results in quantization of the Hall conductivity. By Monte Carlo simulation, we identify the anomalous Hall insulating region in the magnetic phase diagram, in addition …
It is shown that topological insulating phases driven by interactions can be realized without the need for spin-orbit coupling or large intersite interaction in a two-dimensional system of spin-1/2 fermions with a single pair of parabolically touching bands. Using a weak-coupling, Wilsonian renormalization group procedure, we show that a quantum anomalous Hall phase is realized for Hubbard interaction, while a quantum spin Hall phase is favored for longer-ranged interactions.
In this paper we study the coupling between a quantum dot and the edge of a non-Abelian fractional quantum Hall state. We assume the dot is small enough that its level spacing is large compared to both the temperature and the coupling to the spatially proximate bulk non-Abelian fractional quantum Hall state. We focus on the physics of level degeneracy with electron number on the dot. The physics of such a resonant level is governed by a $k$-channel Kondo model when the quantum Hall state is a Read-Rezayi state at filling fraction $ν=2+k/(k+2)$ or its particle-hole conjugate at $ν=2+2/(k+2)$. T…
It is well established that the anomalous Hall effect that a ferromagnet displays scales with its magnetization. Therefore, an antiferromagnet that has no net magnetization should exhibit no anomalous Hall effect. Here we show that the non-collinear triangular antiferromagnet Mn3Ge exhibits a large anomalous Hall effect comparable to that of ferromagnetic metals; the magnitude of the anomalous conductivity is 500 per ohm per cm at 2 K and 50 per ohm per cm at room temperature. The angular dependence of the anomalous Hall effect measurements confirm that the small residual in-plane magnetic mom…
We consider the Kondo-lattice model on the kagome lattice and study its weak-coupling instabilities at band filling fractions for which the Fermi surface has singularities. These singularites include Dirac points, quadratic Fermi points in contact with a flat band, and Van Hove saddle points. By combining a controlled analytical approach with large-scale numerical simulations, we demonstrate that the weak-coupling instabilities of the Kondo-lattice model lead to exotic magnetic orderings. In particular, some of these magnetic orderings produce a spontaneous quantum anomalous Hall state.
The quantum phase transition between paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic phases of the Kondo lattice model with Ising anisotropy in the intersite exchange is studied within the framework of extended dynamical mean-field theory. Nonperturbative numerical solutions at zero temperature point to a continuous transition for both two- and three-dimensional magnetism. In the former case, the transition is associated with critical local physics, characterized by a vanishing Kondo scale and by an anomalous exponent in the dynamics close in value to that measured in heavy-fermion CeCu_{5.9}Au_{0.1}.
Quantum point contacts (QPCs) and quantum dots (QDs), two elementary building blocks of semiconducting nanodevices, both exhibit famously anomalous conductance features: the 0.7-anomaly in the former case, the Kondo effect in the latter. For both the 0.7-anomaly and the Kondo effect, the conductance shows a remarkably similar low-energy dependence on temperature $T$, source-drain voltage $V_{\rm sd}$ and magnetic field $B$. In a recent publication [F. Bauer et al., Nature, 501, 73 (2013)], we argued that the reason for these similarities is that both a QPC and a KQD feature spin fluctuations t…

We demonstrate an electric field control of anomalous Hall effect emerging in CaIrO$_3$/CaMnO$_3$ heterostructures. We fabricate both electron-type and hole-type carrier samples by tuning epitaxial strain and then control the carrier density in CaIrO$_3$ layer via electric double layer gating technique. As the Fermi energy of CaIrO$_3$ is tuned close to the Dirac line node, anomalous Hall conductivity is enlarged in both carrier-type samples. This result reveals that the anomalous Hall effect comes from the intrinsic origin reflecting the Dirac like dispersion in CaIrO$_3$. We propose that ban…
