英文摘要:
Compact algebraic equations are derived, which connect the binding energy and the asymptotic normalization constant (ANC) of a subthreshold bound state with the effective-range expansion of the corresponding partial wave. These relations are established for positively-charged and neutral particles, using the analytic continuation of the scattering (S) matrix in the complex wave-number plane. Their accuracy is checked on simple local potential models for the 16O+n, 16O+p and 12C+alpha nuclear systems, with exotic nuclei and nuclear astrophysics applications in mind.
Weakly bound states often occur in nuclear physics. To precisely understand their properties, the coupling to the continuum should be worked out explicitely. In a first step, we use a simple nuclear model in the continuum and on a lattice to investigate the influence of a third particle on a loosely bound state of a particle and a heavy core.
Breakup of $^{9}$Be on $^{209}$Bi above and near the Coulomb barrier as a molecular single-particle effect: its influence on complete fusion and scattering
We discuss the role of channel coupling in the surface properties of an inter-nuclear potential for heavy-ion reactions. To this end, we analyze the experimental quasi-elastic cross sections for the $^{12}$C + $^{105,106}$Pd and $^{13}$C + $^{105,106}$Pd systems using the coupled-channels approach by including the vibrational excitations in the target nuclei. While earlier studies have reported a negligible influence of vibrational excitation on the surface diffuseness parameter for spherical systems, we find a significant effect for the C+Pd systems. Our systematic study also reveals influenc…
When a Brownian particle, initially being in the potential well, overcomes the barrier and moves to the absorptive border, it still has a chance to be scattered back to the well by thermal fluctuations. We study this phenomenon carefully modeling numerically the motion of the particle with the Langevin equations. Four potentials which coincide near the well and the barrier but differ in the tail (i.e. beyond the barrier) are considered. It is shown that the potential for which the well and the barrier are described by two smoothly joined parabolas ("the parabolic potential") plays a role of a …
Experimental data measured in sqrt(s)=2.76 TeV Pb+Pb collisions at the LHC show a significant enhancement of events with an unbalanced pair of reconstructed jet momenta in comparison with p+p collisions. This enhancement of momentum imbalance is supposed to be caused by the different momentum loss of the initial back-to-back di-partons by scatterings within the created dense medium. For investigating the underlying partonic momentum loss we employ the on-shell transport model BAMPS (Boltzmann Approach for Multi-Parton Scattering) for full heavy-ion collisions, which numerically solves the 3+1D…
Background: Nuclear short-range correlations (SRCs) are corrections to mean-field wave functions connected with the short-distance behavior of the nucleon-nucleon interaction. These SRCs provide corrections to lepton- nucleus cross sections as computed in the impulse approximation (IA). Purpose: We want to investigate the influence of SRCs on the one-nucleon (1N) and two-nucleon (2N) knockout channel for muon-neutrino induced processes on a $^{12}$C target at energies relevant for contemporary measurements. Method: The model adopted in this work, corrects the impulse approximation for SRCs by …
