In Part I, we use Steenrod's construction to prove that the quantum Coulomb branch is a Frobenius-constant quantization. We will also demonstrate the corresponding result for the $K$-theoretic version of the quantum Coulomb branch. In this paper, we give a new formulation of invariant theory for elliptic Weyl group using the group O(2,n). As an elliptic Weyl group quotient, we define a suitable $\C^*$-bundle. We show that it has a conformal Frobenius structure which we define in this paper. Then its good section could be identified with a Frobenius manifold which we constructed in arXiv:math/0611553.

Let G be a semisimple algebraic group over an algebraically closed field of positive characteristic p. Generalizing the construction of the PBW filtration on Weyl modules for G we construct a G-stable filtration on tensor products of Weyl modules which we call the induced PBW filtration. We adapt a construction due to Troesch to the category of strict polynomial superfunctors in order to construct complexes of injective objects whose cohomology is isomorphic to Frobenius twists of the (super)symmetric power functors. We apply these complexes to construct injective resolutions of the even and odd Frobenius twist functors, to investigate the structure of the Yoneda algebra of the Frobenius twist functor, and to compute other extension groups between strict polynomial superfunctors.

We identify level one global Weyl modules for toroidal Lie algebras with certain twists of modules constructed by Moody-Eswara Rao-Yokonuma via vertex operators for type ADE and by Iohara-Saito-Wakimoto and Eswara Rao for general type. The twist is given by an action of $\mathrm{SL}_{2}(\mathbb{Z})$ on the toroidal Lie algebra.
