Constructing non-equilibrium statistical ensemble formalism based on Subdynamics

In this work, we present a general non-equilibrium ensemble formalism based on the subdynamic equation (SKE). The constructing procedure is to use a similarity transformation between Gibbsian ensemble formalism and the non-equilibrium ensemble formalism. The obtained density distribution is a projected one that can represent essence part of (irreversible) evolution of the density distribution, by which a generalized reduced density distribution for the quantum canonical ensembles is studied and applications in Cayley tree and spin network are discussed.

Subdynamics theory in the functional approach to quantum mechanics

The formalism of subdynamics is extended to the functional approach of quantum systems, and used for the Friedrichs model, in which diagonal singularities in states and observables are included. We compute in this approach the generalized eigenvectors and eigenvalues of the Liouvulle-Von Newmann operator, using an iterative scheme. As complex generalized eigenvalues are obtained, the decay rates of unstable modes are included in the spectral decomposition.

Geometric formalism for constructing arbitrary single-qubit dynamically corrected gates

Implementing high-fidelity quantum control and reducing the effect of the coupling between a quantum system and its environment is a major challenge in developing quantum information technologies. Constructing quantum games from symmetric non-factorizable joint probabilities

We construct quantum games from a table of non-factorizable joint probabilities, coupled with a symmetry constraint, requiring symmetrical payoffs between the players. We give the general result for a Nash equilibrium and payoff relations for a game based on non-factorizable joint probabilities, which embeds the classical game. We study a quantum version of Prisoners' Dilemma, Stag Hunt, and the Chicken game constructed from a given table of non-factorizable joint probabilities to find new outcomes in these games. A formalism for steering with local quantum measurements

We develop a unified approach to classical, quantum and post-quantum steering. The framework is based on uncharacterised (black-box) parties performing quantum measurements on their share of a (possibly unphysical) quantum state, and its starting point is the characterisation of general no-signalling assemblages via non-positive local hidden-state models. Constructing grids for molecular quantum dynamics using an autoencoder

Coherent states for continuous spectrum operators with non-normalizable fiducial states

The problem of building coherent states from non-normalizable fiducial states is considered. We propose a way of constructing such coherent states by regularizing the divergence of the fiducial state norm. Then, we successfully apply the formalism to particular cases involving systems with a continuous spectrum: coherent states for the free particle and for the inverted oscillator $(p^2 - x^2)$ are explicitly provided. Similar ideas can be used for other systems having non-normalizable fiducial states.
