This is a philosophical paper in favor of the Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) of quantum theory. The concept of the ``measure of existence of a world'' is introduced and some difficulties with the issue of probability in the framework of the MWI are resolved. Brief comparative analyses of the Bohm theory and the Many-Minds Interpretation are given.

Why the two-pulse photon echo is not a good quantum memory protocol

We consider in this paper a two-pulse photon echo sequence as a potential quantum light storage protocol. It is widely believed that a two-pulse scheme should lead to very low efficiency and is then not relevant for this specific application. Dynamical l-bits in Stark many-body localization

Stark many-body localized (SMBL) systems have been shown both numerically and experimentally to have Bloch many-body oscillations, quantum many-body scars, and fragmentation in the large field tilt limit. Likewise, they are believed to show localization similar to disordered MBL.
