Trace Construction of a Basis for the Solution Space of sl_N qKZ Equation

The trace of intertwining operators over the level one irreducible highest weight modules of the quantum affine algebra of type A_{N-1} is studied. It is proved that the trace function gives a basis of the solution space of the qKZ equation at a generic level. The highest-highest matrix element of the composition of intertwining operators is explicitly calculated. The integral formula for the trace is presented.

The orthogonality and qKZB-heat equation for traces of U_q(g)-intertwiners

In our previous paper math.QA/9907181, to every finite dimensional representation V of the quantum group U_q(g), we attached the trace function F^V(λ,μ), with values in End V[0], obtained by taking the (weighted) trace in a Verma module of an intertwining operator. Resonance relations, holomorphic trace functions and hypergeometric solutions to qKZB and Macdonald-Ruijsenaars equations

The resonance relations are identities between coordinates of functions with values in tensor products of representations of the quantum group Uq(sl2). We show that the space of hypergeometric solutions of the associated qKZB equations is characterized as the space of functions of Baker-Akhiezer type, satisfying the resonance relations. Solutions of the $sl_2$ qKZ equations modulo an integer

We study the qKZ difference equations with values in the $n$-th tensor power of the vector $sl_2$ representation $V$, variables $z_1,\dots,z_n$ and integer step $κ$. For any integer $N$ relatively prime to the step $κ$, we construct a family of polynomials $f_r(z)$ in variables $z_1,\dots,z_n$ with values in $V^{\otimes n}$ such that the coordinates of these polynomials with respect to the standard basis of $V^{\otimes n}$ are polynomials with integer coefficients. Twisted traces of quantum intertwiners and quantum dynamical R-matrices corresponding to generalized Belavin-Drinfeld triples

This paper is a continuation of math.QA/9907181 and math.QA/9908115. We consider traces of intertwiners between certain representations of the quantized enveloping algebra associated to a semisimple complex Lie algebra g, which are twisted by a ``generalized Belavin-Drinfeld triple'', i.e a triple consisting of two subdiagrams of the Dynkin diagram of g together with an isomorphism between them. Inductive basis on Birman-Murakami-Wenzl algebras and (transverse) Markov traces

We construct a new inductive basis of the Birman-Murakami-Wenzl algebra. Using it, we provide a new proof of the existence of the Markov trace on the BMW algebras affording the two-variable Kauffman polynomial. We prove also that all the transverse Markov traces on the BMW algebras are determined by the self-linking number, the HOMFLY-PT polynomial and the two-variable Kauffman polynomial.

On planar algebras arising from hypergroups

Let $A$ be an associative algebra with identity and with trace. We study the family of planar algebras on 1-boxes that arise from $A$ in the work of Jones, but with the added assumption that the labels on the 1-boxes come from a discrete hypergroup in the sense of Sunder. This construction equips the algebra $P_n^A$ with a canonical basis, $\BB_n^A$, which turns out to be a ``tabular'' basis. We examine special cases of this construction to exhibit a close connection between such bases and Kazhdan--Lusztig bases of Hecke algebras of types $A$, $B$, $H$ or $I$.
