Deformed Galilei symmetry

A particular deformation of central extended Galilei group is considered. It is shown that the deformation influences the rules of constructing the composed systems while one particle states remain basically unaffected. In particular the mass appeared to be non additive.

Deformed and extended Galilei group Hopf algebras

The $\hatκ$-deformed extended Galilei Hopf group algebra, ${\rm Fun}_{\hatκ}(\tilde G_{(m)})$, is introduced. It provides an example of a cocycle bicrossproduct structure, and is shown to be the contraction limit of a pseudoextension of the $κ$-Poincaré group algebra. The possibility of obtaining another deformed extended Galilei groups is discussed, including one obtained from a non-standard Poincaré deformation.

Quantum (1+1) extended Galilei algebras: from Lie bialgebras to quantum R-matrices and integrable systems

The Lie bialgebras of the (1+1) extended Galilei algebra are obtained and classified into four multiparametric families. Their quantum deformations are obtained, together with the corresponding deformed Casimir operators. For the coboundary cases quantum universal R-matrices are also given. Applications of the quantum extended Galilei algebras to classical integrable systems are explicitly developed.

Local representations of the (1+1) quantum extended Galilei algebra

We present the q-deformed counterpart of the local representations of the (1+1) extended Galilei group. These representations act on the space of wavefunctions defined in the space-time. As in the classical case the q-local representations are reducible and the condition of irreducibility is given by the q-Casimir equation that in the limit of the deformation parameter going to zero becomes the Schroedinger equation of a free particle.

Baxter operators with deformed symmetry

Baxter operators are constructed for quantum spin chains with deformed $s\ell_2$ symmetry. The parallel treatment of Yang-Baxter operators for the cases of undeformed, trigonometrically and elliptically deformed symmetries presented earlier and relying on the factorization regarding parameter permutations is extended to the global chain operators following the scheme worked out recently in the undeformed case.

A $\hbar$-deformed Virasoro Algebra as Hidden Symmetry of the Restricted sine-Gordon Model

As the Yangian double with center,which is deformed from affine algebra by the additive loop parameter $\hbar$ ,we get the commuting relation and the bosonization of quantum $\hbar$-deformed Virasoro algebra. The corresponding Miura transformation, associated screening operators and the BRST charge have been studied. Moreover, we also constructe the bosonization for type I and type II intertwiner vertex operators. q-Deformed Onsager symmetry in boundary integrable models related to twisted U$_{q^{1/2}}(\hat{sl_2})$ symmetry

We consider an unified model, called ancestor model, associated with twisted trigonometric $R$ matrix which model leads to several descendant integrable lattice models related to the U$_{q^{1/2}}(\hat{sl_2})$ symmetry. Boundary operators compatible with integrability are introduced to this model. Reflection and dual reflection equations to ensure integrability of the system are shown to be same as the untwisted case. Covariance ties the noncommutative deformation of a space into a quantum space closely to the deformation of the symmetry into a quantum symmetry. Multi-parameter deformed and nonstandard $Y(gl_M)$ Yangian symmetry in a novel class of spin Calogero-Sutherland models

It is well known through a recent work of Bernard, Gaudin, Haldane and Pasquier (BGHP) that the usual spin Calogero-Sutherland (CS) model, containing particles with $M$ internal degrees of freedom, respects the $Y(gl_M)$ Yangian symmetry. By following and suitably modifying the approach of BGHP, in this article we construct a novel class of spin CS models which exhibit multi-parameter deformed or `nonstandard' variants of $Y(gl_M)$ Yangian symmetry.
