Recently N.Jing discovered a certain combinatorial identity from validity of the Serre relations in some vertex representations of quantum Kac-Moody algebras. We generalize this identity, in particular, extending it from polynomials to elliptic functions, and interprete the obtained identities in terms of tensor products of evaluation representations of the quantum loop algebra $U_q(\tilde{gl_2})$ or the elliptic quantum group $E_{ρ,γ}(sl_2)$.

Weight-dependent commutation relations and combinatorial identities

We derive combinatorial identities for variables satisfying specific systems of commutation relations, in particular elliptic commutation relations. The identities thus obtained extend corresponding ones for $q$-commuting variables $x$ and $y$ satisfying $yx=qxy$. In particular, we obtain weight-dependent binomial theorems, functional equations for generalized exponential functions, we derive results for an elliptic derivative of elliptic commuting variables, and finally study weight-dependent extensions of the Weyl algebra which we connect to rook theory.

Twisted ${\mathfrak{sl}}(3,\C)\sptilde$-modules and combinatorial identities

The main result of this paper is a combinatorial description of a basis of standard level 1 module for the twisted affine Lie algebra $A_2^{(2)}.$ This description also gives two new combinatorial identities of Göllnitz (or Rogers--Ramanujan) type. Methods used through the paper are mainly developed by J. Lepowsky, R. L. Wilson, A. Meurman and M. Primc, and the crucial role in constructions plays a vertex operator algebra approach to standard representations of affine Lie algebras.

Annihilating fields of standard modules of sl(2,C)~ and combinatorial identities

We show that a set of local admissible fields generates a vertex algebra. For an affine Lie algebra $\tilde\goth g$ we construct the corresponding level $k$ vertex operator algebra and we show that level $k$ highest weight $\tilde\goth g$-modules are modules for this vertex operator algebra. Combinatorial bases of Feigin-Stoyanovsky's type subspaces of higher-level standard $\tilde{\gsl}(\ell+1,\C)$-modules

Let $\tilde{\mathfrak g}$ be an affine Lie algebra of the type $A_\ell^{(1)}$. We find a combinatorial basis of Feigin-Stoyanovsky's type subspace $W(Λ)$ given in terms of difference and initial conditions. Linear independence of the generating set is proved inductively by using coefficients of intertwining operators. A basis of $L(Λ)$ is obtained as an "inductive limit" of the basis of $W(Λ)$.

Theta Series of Unimodular Lattices, Combinatorial Identities and Weighted Symmetric Polynomials

We find two combinatorial identities on the theta series of the root lattices of the finite-dimensional simple Lie algebras of type $D_{4n}$ and the cosets in their integral duals, in terms of the well-known Essenstein series $E_4(z)$ and Ramanujan series $\Dlt_{24}(z)$. Using these two identities, we determine the theta series of certain infinite families of postive definite even unimodular lattices obtained by gluing finite copies of the root lattices of the finite-dimensional simple Lie algebras of type $D_{2n}$. Generalisations of Capparelli's and Primc's identities, I: coloured Frobenius partitions and combinatorial proofs

In these two companion papers, we give infinite families of partition identities which generalise Primc's and Capparelli's identities, and study their consequences on the theory of crystal bases of the affine Lie algebra $A_{n-1}^{(1)}.$ In this first paper, we focus on combinatorial aspects. New Partition Identities From $C_{\ell}^{(1)}$-Modules

In this paper we conjecture combinatorial Rogers-Ramanujan type colored partition identities related to standard representations of the affine Lie algebra of type $C^{(1)}_\ell$, $\ell\geq2$, and we conjecture similar colored partition identities with no obvious connection to representation theory of affine Lie algebras.

J.~Lepowsky and R.~L.~Wilson initiated the approach to combinatorial Rogers-Ramanujan type identities via vertex operator constructions of standard (i.e. integrable highest weight) representations of affine Kac-Moody Lie algebras. Annihilating Fields of Standard Modules for Affine Lie Algebras

Given an affine Kac-Moody Lie algebra $\tilde{\mathfrak{g}}[σ]$ of arbitrary type, we determine certain minimal sets of annihilating fields of standard $\tilde{\mathfrak{g}}[σ]$-modules. We then use these sets in order to obtain a characterization of standard $\tilde{\mathfrak{g}}[σ]$-modules in terms of irreducible loop $\tilde{\mathfrak{g}}[σ]$-modules, which proves to be a useful tool for combinatorial constructions of bases for standard $\tilde{\mathfrak{g}}[σ]$-modules.
