Cauchy identities for universal Schubert polynomials

We prove the Cauchy type identities for the universal double Schubert polynomials, introduced recently by W. Fulton. As a corollary, the determinantal formulae for some specializations of the universal double Schubert polynomials corresponding to the Grassmannian permutations are obtained. We also introduce and study the universal Schur functions and multiparameter deformation of Schubert polynomials.

Skew divided difference operators and Schubert polynomials

We study an action of the skew divided difference operators on the Schubert polynomials and give an explicit formula for structural constants for the Schubert polynomials in terms of certain weighted paths in the Bruhat order on the symmetric group. We also prove that, under certain assumptions, the skew divided difference operators transform Schubert polynomials into polynomials with positive integer coefficients.

Quantum double Schubert polynomials, quantum Schubert polynomials and Vafa-Intriligator formula

We study the algebraic aspects of equivariant quantum cohomology algebra of the flag manifold. We introduce and study the quantum double Schubert polynomials, which are the Lascoux-Schutzenberger type representatives of the equivariant quantum cohomology classes. Our approach is based on the quantum Cauchy identity. We introduce the quantum multi-Schur functions, quantum factorial Schur functions and quantum Macdonald polynomials. Spectra and catenarity of multiparameter quantum Schubert cells

We study the ring theory of the multiparameter deformations of the quantum Schubert cell algebras obtained from 2-cocycle twists. This is a large family, which extends the Artin-Schelter-Tate algebras of twisted quantum matrices. Schubert Calculus and Threshold Polynomials of Affine Fusion

We show how the threshold level of affine fusion, the fusion of Wess-Zumino-Witten (WZW) conformal field theories, fits into the Schubert calculus introduced by Gepner. The Pieri rule can be modified in a simple way to include the threshold level, so that calculations may be done for all (non-negative integer) levels at once.
