This is a completely rewritten version of the paper formerly entitled "Sheaves of Iwasawa modules, moment maps and the $\ell$-adic elliptic polylogarithm". The proof of the main result is also simplified. In the paper we study systematically the $\ell$-adic realization of the elliptic polylogarithm in the context of sheaves of Iwasawa modules. This leads to a description of the elliptic polylogarithm in terms of elliptic units. As an application we prove a precise relation between $\ell$-adic Eisenstein classes and elliptic Soulé elements. On the de Rham and p-adic realizations of the Elliptic Polylogarithm for CM elliptic curves

In this paper, we give an explicit description of the de Rham and p-adic polylogarithms for elliptic curves using the Kronecker theta function. We prove in particular that when the elliptic curve has complex multiplication and good reduction at p, then the specializations to torsion points of the p-adic elliptic polylogarithm are related to p-adic Eisenstein-Kronecker numbers, proving a p-adic analogue of the result of Beilinson and Levin expressing the complex elliptic polylogarithm in terms of Eisenstein-Kronecker-Lerch series. The algebraic de Rham realization of the elliptic polylogarithm via the Poincaré bundle

In this paper, we describe the algebraic de Rham realization of the elliptic polylogarithm for arbitrary families of elliptic curves in terms of the Poincaré bundle. Our work builds on previous work of Scheider and generalizes results of Bannai-Kobayashi-Tsuji and Scheider. As an application, we compute the de Rham Eisenstein classes explicitly in terms of certain algebraic Eisenstein series.

Topological polylogarithms and $p$-adic interpolation of $L$-values of totally real fields

We develop the topological polylogarithm which provides an integral version of Nori's Eisenstein cohomology classes for $GL_n(\mathbf{Z})$ and yields classes with values in an Iwasawa algebra. This implies directly the integrality properties of special values of $L$-functions of totally real fields and a construction of the associated $p$-adic $L$-function. Using a result of Graf, we also apply this to prove some integrality and $p$-adic interpolation results for the Eisenstein cohomology of Hilbert modular varieties.

Some norm relations of the Eisenstein classes of GSp(4)

We construct a norm compatible system of Galois cohomology classes in the cyclotomic extension of the field of rationnals giving rise (conjecturally) to the degree four p-adic L-function of the symplectic group GSp(4). These classes are defined as cup products of torsion sections of the elliptic polylogarithm pro-sheaf. We rely on the norm compatibility of the elliptic polylogarithm and on some weight computations in the cohomology of Siegel threefolds.

On the residue of Eisenstein classes of Siegel varieties

Eisenstein classes of Siegel varieties are motivic cohomology classes defined as pull-backs by torsion sections of the polylogarithm prosheaf on the universal abelian scheme. By reduction to the Hilbert-Blumenthal case, we prove that the Betti realization of these classes on Siegel varieties of arbitrary genus have non-trivial residue on zero dimensional strata of the Baily-Borel compactification. A direct corollary is the non-vanishing of a higher regulator map.

On $p$-adic interpolation of motivic Eisenstein classes

In this paper we prove that the motivic Eisenstein classes associated to polylogarithms of commutative group schemes can be $p$-adically interpolated in étale cohomology. This generalizes results for elliptic curves obtained in our former work. Already for one dimensional commutative groups the results proved here are much more flexible as they allow to treat degeneration questions easily.

This article deals with the Eisenstein classes of Hilbert-Blumenthal families of abelian varieties. We first give a coordinate expression of these one at the topological level, using currents defined by Levin. Then we study the degeneration of these Eisenstein classes at a cusp of the Baily-Borel compactification of the Hilbert-Blumenthal variety. The meta-abelian elliptic KZB associator and periods of Eisenstein series

We compute the image of Enriquez' elliptic KZB associator in the (maximal) meta-abelian quotient of the fundamental Lie algebra of a once-punctured elliptic curve. Our main result is an explicit formula for this image in terms of Eichler integrals of Eisenstein series, and is analogous to Deligne's computation of the depth one quotient of the Drinfeld associator. We also show how to retrieve Zagier's extended period polynomials of Eisenstein series, as well as the values at zero of Beilinson--Levin's elliptic polylogarithms from the meta-abelian elliptic KZB associator.

Algebraic theta functions and p-adic interpolation of Eisenstein-Kronecker numbers

We study the properties of Eisenstein-Kronecker numbers, which are related to special values of Hecke $L$-function of imaginary quadratic fields. We prove that the generating function of these numbers is a reduced (normalized or canonical in some literature) theta function associated to the Poincare bundle of an elliptic curve. We introduce general methods to study the algebraic and $p$-adic properties of reduced theta functions for CM abelian varieties.
