Our construction is related to that of Seidel-Smith by homological mirror symmetry. We show that the resulting doubly graded knot homology agrees with Khovanov homology.

Using derived categories of equivariant coherent sheaves we construct a knot homology theory which categorifies the quantum sl(m) knot polynomial. Our knot homology naturally satisfies the categorified MOY relations and is conjecturally isomorphic to Khovanov-Rozansky homology. Our construction is motivated by the geometric Satake correspondence and is related to Manolescu's by homological mirror symmetry.
We define a deformation of our earlier link homologies for fundamental representations of sl_m. The deformed homology of a link is isomorphic to the deformed homology of the disjoint union of its components. Moreover, there exists a spectral sequence starting with the old homology and converging to this deformed homology.
We construct an action of a Lie algebra on the homology groups of moduli spaces of stable sheaves on K3 surfaces under some technical conditions. This is a generalization of Nakajima's construction of sl_2-action on the homology groups. In particular, for an A,D,E-configulation of (-2)-curves, we shall give a collection of moduli spaces such that the associated Lie algebra acts on their homology groups.
We compute the Hodge numbers of the moduli space of semi-stable sheaves on the complex projective plane supported on quintic curves and having Euler characteristic 3. For this purpose we study the fixed-point set for a certain torus action on the moduli space.
Using the Bialynicki-Birula method, we determine the additive structure of the integral homology groups of the moduli spaces of semi-stable sheaves on the projective plane having rank and Chern classes (5, 1, 4), (7, 2, 6), respectively, (0, 5, 19). Using the method of Elias-Hogancamp and combinatorics of toric braids we give an explicit formula for the triply graded Khovanov-Rozansky homology of an arbitrary torus knot, thereby proving some of the conjectures of Aganagic-Shakirov, Cherednik, Gorsky-Negut and Oblomkov-Rasmussen-Shende.
Besides offering a friendly introduction to knot homologies and quantum curves, the goal of these lectures is to review some of the concrete predictions that follow from the physical interpretation of knot homologies. We conjecture the existence of four independent gradings in the colored HOMFLY homology. We describe these gradings explicitly for the rectangular colored homology of torus knots and make qualitative predictions of various interesting structures and symmetries in the colored homology of general knots. We study the unwrapped Fukaya category of Lagrangian branes ending on a Legendrian knot. Our knots live at contact infinity in the cotangent bundle of a surface, the Fukaya category of which is equivalent to the category of constructible sheaves on the surface itself. Consequently, our category can be described as constructible sheaves with singular support controlled by the front projection of the knot. We conjecture that the stable Khovanov homology of torus knots can be described as the Koszul homology of an explicit non-regular sequence of quadratic polynomials. The corresponding Poincare series turns out to be related to the Rogers-Ramanujan identity.
We propose an algebraic model of the conjectural triply graded homology of Gukov, Dunfield and Rasmussen for some torus knots. It turns out to be related to the q,t-Catalan numbers of Garsia and Haiman.
