Positroids, knots, and $q,t$-Catalan numbers

We relate the mixed Hodge structure on the cohomology of open positroid varieties (in particular, their Betti numbers over $\mathbb{C}$ and point counts over $\mathbb{F}_q$) to Khovanov--Rozansky homology of associated links. We deduce that the mixed Hodge polynomials of top-dimensional open positroid varieties are given by rational $q,t$-Catalan numbers. Via the curious Lefschetz property of cluster varieties, this implies the $q,t$-symmetry and unimodality properties of rational $q,t$-Catalan numbers. On stable Khovanov homology of torus knots

We conjecture that the stable Khovanov homology of torus knots can be described as the Koszul homology of an explicit non-regular sequence of quadratic polynomials. The corresponding Poincare series turns out to be related to the Rogers-Ramanujan identity.

Homology of torus knots

Using the method of Elias-Hogancamp and combinatorics of toric braids we give an explicit formula for the triply graded Khovanov-Rozansky homology of an arbitrary torus knot, thereby proving some of the conjectures of Aganagic-Shakirov, Cherednik, Gorsky-Negut and Oblomkov-Rasmussen-Shende.

Lectures on Knot Homology and Quantum Curves

Besides offering a friendly introduction to knot homologies and quantum curves, the goal of these lectures is to review some of the concrete predictions that follow from the physical interpretation of knot homologies. Quadruply-graded colored homology of knots

We conjecture the existence of four independent gradings in the colored HOMFLY homology. We describe these gradings explicitly for the rectangular colored homology of torus knots and make qualitative predictions of various interesting structures and symmetries in the colored homology of general knots. Knot homology via derived categories of coherent sheaves II, sl(m) case

Using derived categories of equivariant coherent sheaves we construct a knot homology theory which categorifies the quantum sl(m) knot polynomial. Our knot homology naturally satisfies the categorified MOY relations and is conjecturally isomorphic to Khovanov-Rozansky homology. Our construction is motivated by the geometric Satake correspondence and is related to Manolescu's by homological mirror symmetry.

We define a deformation of our earlier link homologies for fundamental representations of sl_m. The deformed homology of a link is isomorphic to the deformed homology of the disjoint union of its components. Using derived categories of equivariant coherent sheaves, we construct a categorification of the tangle calculus associated to sl(2) and its standard representation. Our construction is related to that of Seidel-Smith by homological mirror symmetry. We show that the resulting doubly graded knot homology agrees with Khovanov homology.

Lectures on knot homology

We provide various formulations of knot homology that are predicted by string dualities. In addition, we also explain the rich algebraic structure of knot homology which can be understood in terms of geometric representation theory in these formulations. These notes are based on lectures in the workshop "Physics and Mathematics of Link Homology" at Centre de Recherches Mathematiques, Universite de Montreal.
