We discuss some classification results for Ricci solitons, that is, self similar solutions of the Ricci Flow. Some simple proofs of known results will be presented. In detail, we will take the equation point of view, trying to avoid the tools provided by considering the dynamic properties of the Ricci flow.

We introduce a flow of Kähler structures over Fano manifolds with formal limit at infinite time a Kähler-Ricci soliton. This flow correspond to a Perelman's modified backward Kähler-Ricci type flow that we call Soliton-Kähler-Ricci flow. It can be generated by the Soliton-Ricci flow. We assume that the Soliton-Ricci flow exists for all times and the Bakry-Emery-Ricci tensor preserve a positive uniform lower bound with respect to the evolving metric. The object of the present paper is to study some types of Ricci pseudosymmetric $(LCS)_n$-manifolds whose metric is Ricci soliton. We found the conditions when Ricci soliton on concircular Ricci pseudosymmetric, projective Ricci pseudosymmetric, $W_{3}$-Ricci pseudosymmetric, conharmonic Ricci pseudosymmetric, conformal Ricci pseudosymmetric $(LCS)_n$-manifolds to be shrinking, steady and expanding. We also construct an example of concircular Ricci pseudosymmetric $(LCS)_3$-manifold whose metric is Ricci soliton.
Ricci-like solitons with arbitrary potential are introduced and studied on Sasaki-like almost contact B-metric manifolds. It is proved that the Ricci tensor of such a soliton is the vertical component of both B-metrics multiplied by a constant. In this paper, we prove some rigidity results for both shrinking and expanding Ricci solitons. First, we prove that compact shrinking Ricci solitons are Einstein if we control the maximum value of the potential function. Then, we prove some rigidity results for non-compact gradient expanding and shrinking Ricci solitons with pinched Ricci and scalar curvatures, assuming an asymptotic condition on the scalar curvature at infinity.
