Level 1 Perfect Crystals and Path Realizations of Basic Representations at q=0

We present a uniform construction of level 1 perfect crystals $\mathcal B$ for all affine Lie algebras. We also introduce the notion of a crystal algebra and give an explicit description of its multiplication. This allows us to determine the energy function on $\mathcal B \otimes \mathcal B$ completely and thereby give a path realization of the basic representations at $q=0$ in the homogeneous picture.

Geometric Realizations of the Basic Representation of $\widehat\mathfrak{gl}_r$

The realizations of the basic representation of $\widehat\mathfrak{gl}_r$ are known to be parametrized by partitions of r and have an explicit description in terms of vertex operators on the bosonic/fermionic Fock space. In this paper, we give a geometric interpretation of these realizations in terms of geometric operators acting on the equivariant cohomology of certain Nakajima quiver varieties.

Structure Theorems for Basic Algebras

A basic finite dimensional algebra over an algebraically closed field $k$ is isomorphic to a quotient of a tensor algebra by an admissible ideal. The category of left modules over the algebra is isomorphic to the category of representations of a finite quiver with relations. Soliton equations, vertex operators, and simple singularities

We prove the equivalence of two hierarchies of soliton equations associated to a simply-laced finite Dynkin diagram. The first was defined by Kac and Wakimoto using the principal realization of the basic representations of the corresponding affine Kac-Moody algebra. The second was defined in arXiv:math/0307176 using the Frobenius structure on the local ring of the corresponding simple singularity. Schur function identities arising from the basic representation of $A^{(2)}_{2}$

A Lie theoretic interpretation is given for some formulas of Schur functions and Schur $Q$-functions. Two realizations of the basic representation of the Lie algebra $A^{(2)}_2$ are considered; one is on the fermionic Fock space and the other is on the bosonic polynomial space. Via the boson-fermion correspondence, simple relations of the vacuum expectation values of fermions turn out to be algebraic relations of Schur functions.

Highest weight Harish-Chandra supermodules and their geometric realizations

In this paper we discuss the highest weight $\frak k_r$-finite representations of the pair $(\frak g_r,\frak k_r)$ consisting of $\frak g_r$, a real form of a complex basic Lie superalgebra of classical type $\frak g$ (${\frak g}\neq A(n,n)$), and the maximal compact subalgebra $\frak k_r$ of $\frak g_{r,0}$, together with their geometric global realizations. These representations occur, as in the ordinary setting, in the superspaces of sections of holomorphic super vector bundles on the associated Hermitian superspaces $G_r/K_r$.
