In this paper we classify graded reflexive ideals, up to isomorphism and shift, in certain three dimensional Artin-Schelter regular algebras. This classification is similar to the classification of right ideals in the first Weyl algebra, a problem that was completely settled recently. The situation we consider is substantially more complicated however.

We give the 3-dimensional Sklyanin algebras $S$ that are module-finite over their center $Z$ the structure of a Poisson $Z$-order (in the sense of Brown-Gordon). We show that the induced Poisson bracket on $Z$ is non-vanishing and is induced by an explicit potential. We develop a ring-theoretic approach for blowing up many noncommutative projective surfaces. Let T be an elliptic algebra (meaning that, for some central element g of degree 1, T/gT is a twisted homogeneous coordinate ring of an elliptic curve E at an infinite order automorphism). Given an effective divisor d on E whose degree is not too big, we construct a blowup T(d) of T at d and show that it is also an elliptic algebra. We prove a graded version of Alev-Polo's rigidity theorem: the homogenization of the universal enveloping algebra of a semisimple Lie algebra and the Rees ring of the Weyl algebras $A_n(k)$ cannot be isomorphic to their fixed subring under any finite group action. We also show the same result for other classes of graded regular algebras including the Sklyanin algebras.
We determine the possible Hilbert functions of graded rank one torsion free modules over three dimensional Artin-Schelter regular algebras. It turns out that, as in the commutative case, they are related to Castelnuovo functions. From this we obtain an intrinsic proof that the space of torsion free rank one modules on a non-commutative projective plane is connected. This paper is primarily concerned with studying finite-dimensional anti-commutative nonassociative algebras in which every centralizer is an ideal. These are shown to be anti-associative and are classified over a general field $F$; in particular, they are nilpotent of class at most $3$ and metabelian. We investigate, using the notion of linear quotients, significative classes of connected graphs whose monomial edge ideals, not necessarily squarefree, have linear resolution, in order to compute standard algebraic invariants of the polynomial ring related to these graphs modulo such ideals. Moreover we are able to determine the structure of the ideals of vertex covers for the edge ideals associated to the previous classes of graphs which can have loops on any vertex. We extend results related to maximal subalgebras and ideals from Lie to Leibniz algebras. In particular, we classify minimal non-elementary Leibniz algebras and Leibniz algebras with a unique maximal ideal. In both cases, there are types of these algebras with no Lie algebra analogue.
