In this paper we present a categorical version of the first and second fundamental theorems of the invariant theory for the quantized symplectic groups. Our methods depend on the theory of braided strict monoidal categories which are pivotal, more explicitly the diagram category of framed tangles.

In this paper we study categories O over quantizations of symplectic resolutions admitting Hamiltonian tori actions with finitely many fixed points. In this generality, these categories were introduced by Braden, Licata, Proudfoot and Webster. We establish a family of standardly stratified structures (in the sense of the author and Webster) on these categories O. We use these structures to study shuffling functors of Braden, Licata, Proudfoot and Webster (called cross-walling functors in this paper). The goal of this paper is to establish Beilinson-Bernstein type localization theorems for quantizations of some conical symplectic resolutions. We prove the full localization theorems for finite and affine type A Nakajima quiver varieties. The proof is based on two partial results that hold in more general situations. First, we establish an exactness result for global section functor if there is a tilting generator that has a rank 1 summand. Second, we examine when the global section functor restricts to an equivalence between categories $\mathcal{O}$.

We discuss the representation theory of $H_f$, which is a deformation of the symplectic oscillator algebra $sp(2n) \ltimes h_n$, where $h_n$ is the ((2n+1)-dimensional) Heisenberg algebra. We first look at a more general setup, involving an algebra with a triangular decomposition. We prove a version of the Poincare-Birkhoff-Witt theorem for the twisted quantized enveloping algebra U'_q(sp_2n). In this paper, we describe a categorical action of any Kac-Moody algebra on a category of quantized coherent sheaves on Nakajima quiver varieties. By "quantized coherent sheaves," we mean a category of sheaves of modules over a deformation quantization of the natural symplectic structure on quiver varieties.
