In this article we study extensions of Z_2-graded L_infinity algebras on a vector space of two even and one odd dimension. In particular, we determine all extensions of a super Lie algebra as an L_infinity algebra. Our convention on the parities is the opposite of the usual one, because we define our structures on the symmetric coalgebra of the parity reversion of a space.

We classify strongly homotopy Lie algebras - also called L-infinity algebras - of one even and two odd dimensions, which are related to $2|1$-dimensional $Z_2$-graded Lie algebras. What makes this case interesting is that there are many nonequivalent L-infinity examples, in addition to the $Z_2$-graded Lie algebra (or superalgebra) structures, yet the moduli space is simple enough that we can give a complete classification up to equivalence.

The torus group $(S^1)^{\ell+1}$ has a canonical action on the odd dimensional sphere $S_q^{2\ell+1}$. We take the natural Hilbert space representation where this action is implemented and characterize all odd spectral triples acting on that space and equivariant with respect to that action. In this paper we will study deformations of A-infinity algebras. We will also answer questions relating to Moore algebras which are one of the simplest nontrivial examples of an A-infinity algebra. We will compute the Hochschild cohomology of odd Moore algebras and classify them up to a unital weak equivalence. We will construct miniversal deformations of particular Moore algebras and relate them to the universal odd and even Moore algebras. Finally we will conclude with an investigation of formal one-parameter deformations of an A-infinity algebra.

We give a new short proof that the wheeled operad of unimodular Lie algebras is Koszul and use this to explicitly construct its minimal resolution. In this paper we study a natural extension of Kontsevich's characteristic class construction for A-infinity and L-infinity algebras to the case of curved algebras. These define homology classes on a variant of his graph homology which allows vertices of valence >0. We compute this graph homology, which is governed by star-shaped graphs with odd-valence vertices. We extend the Bousfield-Kan spectral sequence for the computation of the homotopy groups of the space of minimal A-infinity algebra structures on a graded projective module. We use the new part to define obstructions to the extension of truncated minimal A-infinity algebra structures. We also consider the Bousfield-Kan spectral sequence for the moduli space of A-infinity algebras.
