Properties of relative traces and symmetrizing forms on chains of cyclotomic and affine Hecke algebras are studied. The study relies on a use of bases of these algebras which generalize a normal form for elements of the complex reflection groups $G(m,1,n)$, $m=1,2,\dots,\infty$, constructed by a recursive use of the Coxeter--Todd algorithm. Formulas for inducing, from representations of an algebra in the chain, representations of the next member of the chain are presented.
We construct a dynamical reflection equation algebra, $\tilde {\mathcal{K}}$, via a dynamical twist of the ordinary reflection equation algebra. A dynamical version of the reflection equation is deduced as a corollary. We show that $\tilde {\mathcal{K}}$ is a right comodule algebra over a dynamical analog of the Faddeev-Reshetikhin-Takhtajan algebra equipped with a structure of right bialgebroid. In this paper we prove that the duals of the quantum reflection groups have the Haagerup property for all $N\ge4$ and $s\in[1,\infty)$. We use the canonical arrow onto the quantum permutation groups, and we describe how the characters of the quantum reflection groups behave with respect to this canonical morphism thanks to the description of the fusion rules binding irreducible corepresentations of $H_N^{s+}$. We define and study a natural compatibility relation between the two approaches leading to the notion of Poisson trace orders.
