Canonical basis linearity regions arising from quiver representations

In this paper we show that there is a link between the combinatorics of the canonical basis of a quantized enveloping algebra and the monomial bases of the second author arising from representations of quivers. We prove that some reparametrization functions of the canonical basis, arising from the link between Lusztig's approach to the canonical basis and the string parametrization of the canonical basis, are given on a large region of linearity by linear functions arising from these monomial basis for a quantized enveloping algebra.

Quantum groups via cyclic quiver varieties I

We construct the quantized enveloping algebra of any simple Lie algebra of type ADE as the quotient of a Grothendieck ring arising from certain cyclic quiver varieties. In particular, the dual canonical basis of a one-half quantum group with respect to Lusztig's bilinear form is contained in the natural basis of the Grothendieck ring up to rescaling. This paper expands the categorification established by Hernandez and Leclerc to the whole quantum groups. It can be viewed as a geometric counterpart of Bridgeland's recent work for type ADE.

Hopf Structures on Minimal Hopf Quivers

In this paper we investigate pointed Hopf algebras via quiver methods. We classify all possible Hopf structures arising from minimal Hopf quivers, namely basic cycles and the linear chain. This provides full local structure information for general pointed Hopf algebras.

The Hall module of an exact category with duality

We construct from a finitary exact category with duality a module over its Hall algebra, called the Hall module, encoding the first order self-dual extension structure of the category. We study in detail Hall modules arising from the representation theory of a quiver with involution. In this case we show that the Hall module is naturally a module over the specialized reduced sigma-analogue of the quantum Kac-Moody algebra attached to the quiver. For finite type quivers, we explicitly determine the decomposition of the Hall module into irreducible highest weight modules.

Let U_q be the quantum group associated to a Lie algebra g of rank n. The negative part U^- of U has a canonical basis B with favourable properties, introduced by Kashiwara and Lusztig. Noncommutative complete intersections and matrix integrals

We introduce a class of noncommutatative algebras called representation complete intersections (RCI). A graded associative algebra A is said to be RCI provided there exist arbitrarily large positive integers n such that the scheme Rep_n(A), of n-dimensional representations of A, is a complete intersection. Generalized $q$-Painlevé VI systems of type $(A_{2n+1}+A_1+A_1)^{(1)}$ arising from cluster algebra

In this article we formulate a group of birational transformations which is isomorphic to an extended affine Weyl group of type $(A_{2n+1}+A_1+A_1)^{(1)}$ with the aid of mutations and permutations of vertices to a mutation-periodic quiver on a torus. This group provides a class of higher order generalizations of Jimbo-Sakai's $q$-Painlevé VI equation as translations on a root lattice. Then the known three systems are obtained again; the $q$-Garnier system, a similarity reduction of the lattice $q$-UC hierarchy and a similarity reduction of the $q$-Drinfeld-Sokolov hierarchy.

Low dimensional orders of finite representation type
