Foliation by graphs of CR mappings and a nonlinear Riemann-Hilbert problem for smoothly bounded domains

Let S be a generic C-infinity smooth CR manifold in C^n, n > 1, and let M be a generic C-infinity CR submanifold of S X C^m. We prescribe conditions on M so that it is the disjoint union of graphs of CR maps f:S-->C^m. We also consider the special case where S is the boundary of a bounded, smoothly bounded open set D in C^n, n > 1. In this case we obtain conditions which guarantee that such an f above extends to be analytic on D. This provides a solution to a particular nonlinear Riemann-Hilbert boundary value problem for analytic functions.

Harmonic currents directed by foliations by Riemann surfaces

We study local positive harmonic currents directed by a foliation by Riemann surfaces near a hyperbolic singularity which have no mass on the separatrices. A theorem of Nguyên says that the Lelong number of such a current at the singular point vanishes. We prove that this property is sharp: one cannot have any better mass estimate for this current near the singularity.

Meromorphic quadratic differentials and measured foliations on a Riemann surface

We describe the space of measured foliations induced on a compact Riemann surface by meromorphic quadratic differentials. We prove that any such foliation is realized by a unique such differential $q$ if we prescribe, in addition, the principal parts of $\sqrt q$ at the poles. This generalizes a theorem of Hubbard and Masur for holomorphic quadratic differentials. The proof analyzes infinite-energy harmonic maps from the Riemann surface to $\mathbb{R}$-trees of infinite co-diameter, with prescribed behavior at the poles.

Algebraic foliations and derived geometry: the Riemann-Hilbert correspondence

This is the first in a series of papers about foliations in derived geometry. After introducing derived foliations on arbitrary derived stacks, we concentrate on quasi-smooth and rigid derived foliations on smooth complex algebraic varieties and on their associated formal and analytic versions. Entropy for hyperbolic Riemann surface laminations II

Consider a Brody hyperbolic foliation by Riemann surfaces with linearizable isolated singularities on a compact complex surface. We show that its hyperbolic entropy is finite. We also estimate the modulus of continuity of the Poincare metric on leaves. The estimate holds for foliations on manifolds of higher dimension.

Real polarizable Hodge structures arising from foliations

We construct real polarizable Hodge structures on the reduced leafwise cohomology of Kähler-Riemann foliations by complex manifolds. As in the classical case one obtains a hard Lefschetz theorem for this cohomology. Serre's Kählerian analogue of the Weil conjectures carries over as well.
