We relate the brace products of a fibration with section to the differentials in its serre spectral sequence. In the particular case of free loop fibrations, we establish a link between these differentials and browder operations in the fiber. Applications and several calculations (for the particular case of spheres and wedges of spheres) are given.

We prove that the sectional category of the universal fibration with fibre X, for X any space that satisfies a well-known conjecture of Halperin, equals one after rationalization.
We analyze a general family of fibrations which, after looping, have sections. Methods are developed to determine the homotopy type of the fibre and the homotopy classes of the map from the fibre to the base. The methods are driven by applications to two-cones, Poincare Duality complexes, the connected sum operation, and polyhedral products.

Our purpose is to discuss this problem when the fibration $p$ is the Milnor fibration $f_{\mid}:f^{-1}(S^{p-1}_δ)\cap D^{n}_ε\to S^{p-1}_δ$ with Milnor fiber $F_f$ and the Milnor fibration of arrangements $Q:\mathcal{M}(\mathcal{A})\to \mathbb{C}^\ast$ with fiber $F=F(\mathcal{A})$. Furthermore, we use our results to study the tasking planning problem for the Milnor fibration as a work map and we give the tasking algorithms.
This note is mostly an expository survey, centered on the topology of complements of hyperplane arrangements, their Milnor fibrations, and their boundary structures. We study a natural generalization of inverse systems of finite regular covering spaces. A limit of such a system is a fibration whose fibres are profinite topological groups. We show that homotopy pullbacks of sheaves of simplicial sets over a Grothendieck topology distribute over homotopy colimits; this generalizes a result of Puppe about topological spaces. In addition, we show that inverse image functors between categories of simplicial sheaves preserve homotopy pullback squares. The method we use introduces the notion of a sharp map, which is analogous to the notion of a quasi-fibration of spaces, and seems to be of independent interest.
