Let $\mathcal{R}$ be a finite Lie conformal algebra. In this paper, we first investigate the conformal derivation algebra $CDer(\mathcal{R})$, the conformal triple derivation algebra $CTDer(\mathcal{R})$ and the generalized conformal triple derivation algebra $GCTDer(\mathcal{R})$. Mainly, we focus on the connections among these derivation algebras. Next, we give a complete classification of (generalized) conformal triple derivation algebras on all finite simple Lie conformal algebras. In particular, $CTDer(\mathcal{R})= CDer(\mathcal{R})$, where $\mathcal{R}$ is a finite simple Lie conformal algebra. But for $GCDer(\mathcal{R})$, we obtain a conclusion that is closely related to $CDer(\mathcal{R})$. Finally, we introduce the definition of triple homomorphism of a Lie conformal algebra. Furthermore, triple homomorphisms of all finite simple Lie conformal algebras are also characterized.
In this paper, we study triple derivations and triple homomorphisms of perfect Lie superalgebras over a commutative ring $R$. It is proved that, if the base ring contains $\frac{1}{2}$, $L$ is a perfect Lie superalgebra with zero center, then every triple derivation of $L$ is a derivation, and every triple derivation of the derivation algebra $ Der (L)$ is an inner derivation. Let $L,~L^{'}$ be Lie superalgebras over a commutative ring $R$, the notion of triple homomorphism from $L$ to $L^{'}$ is introduced. We proved that, under certain assumptions, homomorphisms, anti-homomorphisms, and sums…
Let R be a prime ring with center Z(R) and extended centroid C, H a non-zero generalized derivation of R and n>1 a fixed integer. In this paper we study the situations: (1) H(u2)n-H(u)2n in C for all u in L, where L is a non-central Lie ideal of R; (2) H(u2)n - H(u)2n = 0 for all u in [I; I], where I is a nonzero right ideal of R.
In this paper, we mainly study a class of biderivations and triple homomorphisms on perfect Jordan algebras. Let $J$ be a Jordan algebra and $δ:J \times J \rightarrow J$ a symmetric biderivation satisfying $δ(w , u \circ v) = w \cdot δ(u , v), \forall u,v,w \in J$. If $J$ is perfect and satisfies $Z(J) = \{0\}$, then $δ$ is of the form $δ(x , y) = γ(x \circ y)$ for all $x , y \in J$, where $γ\in Cent(J)$ satisfying $z \cdot γ(x \circ y) = x \cdot γ(y \circ z) + y \cdot γ(x \circ z), \forall x , y , z \in J$. This is the special case of our main theorem which concerns biderivations having their…
In this manuscript, we introduce a new concept, which is called fuzzy left (right) derivations KU- ideals in KU-algebras. We state and prove some theorems about fundamental properties of it. Moreover, we give the concepts of the image and the pre-image of fuzzy left (right) derivations KU-ideals under homomorphism of KU- algebras and investigated some its properties. Further, we have proved that every the image and the pre-image of fuzzy left (right) derivations KU-ideals under homomorphism of KU- algebras are fuzzy left (right) derivations KU-ideals
In this paper, we first study derivations in non nilpotent Lie triple algebras. We determine the structure of derivation algebra according to whether the algebra admits an idempotent or a pseudo-idempotent. We study the multiplicative structure of non nilpotent dimensionally nilpotent Lie triple algebras. We show that when $n=2p+1$ the adapted basis coincides with the canonical basis of the gametic algebra $G(2p+2,2)$ or this one obviously associated to a pseudo-idempotent and if $n=2p$ then the algebra is either one of the precedent case or a conservative Bernstein algebra.
In this paper, we present some basic properties concerning the derivation algebra ${\rm Der}(T)$, the quasiderivation algebra ${\rm QDer}(T)$ and the generalized derivation algebra ${\rm GDer}(T)$ of a Lie triple system $T$, with the relationship ${\rm Der}(T)\subseteq {\rm QDer}(T)\subseteq {\rm GDer}(T)\subseteq {\rm End}(T)$. Furthermore, we completely determine those Lie triple systems $T$ with condition ${\rm QDer}(T)={\rm End}(T)$. We also show that the quasiderivations of $T$ can be embedded as derivations in a larger Lie triple system.
A (pre-)Lie-morphism triple consists of two (pre-)Lie algebras and a (pre-)Lie algebra homomorphism between them. We give chomologies of pre-Lie-morphism triples. As an application, we study the infinitesimal deformations of pre-Lie-morphism triples. Finally, we show that the cohomology of the pre-Lie-morphism triple can be deduced from a new cohomology of the Lie-morphism triple.
Let $\mathcal{R}$ be a $2$-torsion free commutative ring with unity, $X$ a locally finite pre-ordered set and $I(X,\mathcal{R})$ the incidence algebra of $X$ over $\mathcal{R}$. If $X$ consists of a finite number of connected components, we prove in this paper that every Lie triple derivation of $I(X,\mathcal{R})$ is proper.
The aim of this paper is to propose a theory of derivations for quandles. Given a quandle $A$ admitting an action by a quandle $Q$, derivations from $Q$ to $A$ are introduced as twisted analogues of quandle homomorphisms. It is shown that for each quandle $Q$ there exists a unique $Q$-quandle $\mathcal{A}_Q$ (the derived quandle of $Q$) such that derivations from $Q$ to any $Q$-quandle $A$ are in bijective correspondence with $Q$-quandle homomorphisms from $\mathcal{A}_Q$ to $A$. Further, it is proved that the set of all derivations to an abelian $Q$-quandle $A$ has the structure of an abelian…
Using that integrable derivations of symmetric algebras can be interpreted in terms of Bockstein homomorphisms in Hochschild cohomology, we show that integrable derivations are invariant under the transfer maps in Hochschild cohomology of symmetric algebras induced by stable equivalences of Morita type. With applications in block theory in mind, we allow complete discrete valuation rings of unequal characteristic.
$N$-derivation is the natural generalization of derivation and triple derivation. Let ${\cal L}$ be a finitely generated Lie algebra graded by a finite dimensional Cartan subalgebra. In this paper, a sufficient condition for Lie $N$-derivation algebra of ${\cal L}$ coinciding with Lie derivation algebra of ${\cal L}$ is given. As applications, any $N$-derivation of Schrödinger-Virasoro algebra, generalized Witt algebras, Kac-Moody algebras and their Borel subalgebras, is a derivation.
The aim of this article is to discuss the $n$-derivation algebras of Lie color algebras. It is proved that, if the base ring contains $\frac{1}{n-1}$, $L$ is a perfect Lie color algebra with zero center, then every triple derivation of $L$ is a derivation, and every $n$-derivation of the derivation algebra $nDer(L))$ is an inner derivation.
For any $n$-dimensional 3-Lie algebra $A$ over a field of characteristic zero with an involutive derivation $D$, we investigate the structure of the 3-Lie algebra $B_1=A\ltimes_{ad^*} A^* $ associated with the coadjoint representation $(A^*, ad^*)$. We then discuss the structure of the dual 3-Lie algebra $B_2$ of the local cocycle 3-Lie bialgebra $(A\ltimes_{ad^*} A^*, Δ)$. By means of the involutive derivation $D$, we construct the $4n$-dimensional Manin triple $(B_1\oplus B_2,$ $ [ \cdot, \cdot, \cdot]_1,$ $ [ \cdot, \cdot, \cdot]_2,$ $ B_1, B_2)$ of 3-Lie algebras, and provide concrete mult…
Let $\mathcal A$ and $\mathcal B$ be unital rings and $\mathcal M$ be a $(\mathcal A, \mathcal B)$-bimodule, which is faithful as a left $\mathcal A$-module and also as a right $\mathcal B$-module. Let ${\mathcal U}={\rm Tri}(\mathcal A, \mathcal M, \mathcal B)$ be the associated triangular ring. It is shown that every additive generalized Jordan (triple) higher derivation on $\mathcal U$ is a generalized higher derivation.
In this article, we introduce the notion of Lie triple centralizer as follows. Let $\mathcal{A}$ be an algebra, and $ϕ:\mathcal{A}\to\mathcal{A}$ be a linear mapping. we say $ϕ$ is a Lie triple centralizer whenever $ϕ([[a,b],c])=[[ϕ(a),b],c]$ for all $a,b,c\in\mathcal{A}$. Then we characterize the general form of Lie triple centralizers on generalized matrix algebra $\mathcal{U}$ and under some mild conditions on $\mathcal{U}$, we present the necessary and sufficient conditions for Lie triple centralizers to be proper. As an application of our results, we characterize generalized Lie triple de…
In this paper, we consider a 3-Lie algebra with a derivation (called a 3-LieDer pair). We define cohomology for a 3-LieDer pair with coefficients in a representation. We use this cohomology to study deformations and abelian extensions of 3-LieDer pairs. We give the notion of a 3-Lie2Der pair, which can be viewed as the categorification of a 3-LieDer pair. We show that skeletal 3-Lie2Der pairs are classified by triples given by 3-LieDer pairs, representations and 3-cocycles. We define crossed modules of 3-LieDer pairs and show that there exists a one-to-one correspondence between strict 3-Lie2D…
For each simple symplectic triple system over the real numbers, the standard enveloping Lie algebra and the algebra of inner derivations of the triple provide a reductive pair related to a semi-Riemannian homogeneous manifold. It is proved that this is an Einstein manifold.
We introduce the notion of a generalized metric n-Leibniz algebra and show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between generalized metric n-Leibniz algebras and faithful generalized orthogonal representations of metric Lie algebras (called Lie triple data). We further show that there is also a one-to-one correspondence between generalized orthogonal derivations (resp. generalized orthogonal automorphisms) on generalized metric n-Leibniz algebras and Lie triple datas.
Lie-Yamaguti algebras (or generalized Lie triple systems) are binary-ternary algebras intimately related to reductive homogeneous spaces. The Lie-Yamaguti algebras which are irreducible as modules over their inner derivation algebras are the algebraic counterpart of the isotropy irreducible homogeneous spaces. These systems splits into three disjoint types: adjoint type, non-simple type and generic type. The systems of the first two types were classified in a previous paper through a generalized Tits Construction of Lie algebras. In this paper, the Lie-Yamaguti algebras of generic type are cla…
Let $A_1=K < X, Y | [Y,X]=1>$ be the (first) Weyl algebra over a field $K$ of characteristic zero. It is known that the set of eigenvalues of the inner derivation $\ad (YX)$ of $A_1$ is $\Z$. Let $ A_1\ra A_1$, $X\mapsto x$, $Y\mapsto y$, be a $K$-algebra homomorphism, i.e. $[y,x]=1$. It is proved that the set of eigenvalues of the inner derivation $\ad (yx)$ of the Weyl algebra $A_1$ is $\Z$ and the eigenvector algebra of $\ad (yx)$ is $K< x,y> $ (this would be an easy corollary of the Problem/Conjecture of Dixmier of 1968 [still open]: {\em is an algebra endomorphism of $A_1$ an automorphism…
A morphism Lie algebra is a triple $(\mathfrak{g}, \mathfrak{h}, ϕ)$ consisting of two Lie algebras $\mathfrak{g}, \mathfrak{h}$ and a Lie algebra homomorphism $ϕ: \mathfrak{g} \rightarrow \mathfrak{h}$. We define representations and cohomology of morphism Lie algebras. As applications of our cohomology, we study some aspects of deformations, abelian extensions of morphism Lie algebras and classify skeletal morphism sh Lie algebras. Finally, we consider the cohomology of morphism Lie groups and find a relation with the cohomology of morphism Lie algebras.
We develop a theory of semialgebra Grassmann triples via Hasse-Schmidt derivations, which formally generalizes results such as the Cayley-Hamilton theorem in linear algebra, thereby providing a unified approach to classical linear algebra and tropical algebra.
Given a Lie algebroid with a representation, we construct a graded Lie algebra whose Maurer-Cartan elements characterize relative Rota-Baxter operators on Lie algebroids. We give the cohomology of relative Rota-Baxter operators and study infinitesimal deformations and extendability of order $n$ deformations to order $n+1$ deformations of relative Rota-Baxter operators in terms of this cohomology theory. We also construct a graded Lie algebra on the space of multi-derivations of a vector bundle whose Maurer-Cartan elements characterize left-symmetric algebroids. We show that there is a homomorp…
