On explicit computation of Curtis homomorphisms for $GL(n,\mathbb{F}_q)$

In this paper, we compute ${\rm Ext}_{A}^{s}(\widetilde{H}^*(B\mathbb{Z}/p),\mathbb{F}_p)$ for $s\leq 1$. Using this result, we investigate the behavior of $φ_3^{\mathbb{F}_p}$ and $φ_s^{\widetilde{H}^*(B\mathbb{Z}/p)}\ (s\leq1)$ for an odd prime $p$.

Let $\mathfrak{g}$ be a semi-simple Lie algebra with fixed root system, and $U_q(\mathfrak{g})$ the quantization of its universal enveloping algebra. This paper is devoted to an elementary new construction of $1$-singular Gelfand-Tsetlin modules using complex geometry. Rational extensions of the representation ring global functor and a splitting of global equivariant $K$-theory

We identify the group of homomorphisms $\operatorname{Hom}_{\mathcal{GF}}(F,\mathbf{RU}_{\mathbb Q})$ in the category of ($\operatorname{fin}$)-global functors to the rationalization of the unitary representation ring functor and deduce that the higher $\operatorname{Ext}$-groups $\operatorname{Ext}^n_{\mathcal{GF}}(F,\mathbf{RU}_{\mathbb Q})$, $n\geq 2$ have to vanish. This leads to a rational splitting of the ($\operatorname{fin}$)-global equivariant $K$-theory spectrum into a sum of Eilenberg-MacLane spectra. Conformal Galilei algebras, symmetric polynomials and singular vectors

We classify and explicitly describe homomorphisms of Verma modules for conformal Galilei algebras $\mathfrak{cga}_\ell(d,{\mathbb C})$ with $d=1$ for any integer value $\ell \in \mathbb{N}$. The homomorphisms are uniquely determined by singular vectors as solutions of certain differential operators of flag type, and identified with specific polynomials arising as coefficients in the expansion of a parametric family of symmetric polynomials into power sum symmetric polynomials.
