The Inert Doublet Model (IDM) is a simple extension of the Standard Model, introducing an additional Higgs doublet that brings in four new scalar particles. The lightest of the IDM scalars is stable and is a good candidate for a dark matter particle. The potential of discovering the IDM scalars in the experiment at the Compact Linear Collider (CLIC), an e$^{+}$e$^{-}$ collider proposed as the next generation infrastructure at CERN, has been tested for two high-energy running stages, at 1.5 TeV and 3 TeV centre-of-mass energy. The CLIC sensitivity to pair-production of the charged IDM scalars was studied using the full detector simulation with GEANT4 for selected high-mass IDM benchmark scenarios and the semi-leptonic final state. To extrapolate full simulation results to a wider range of IDM benchmark scenarios, the CLIC detector model defined in the DELPHES fast simulation framework was modified to take into account the $γγ\rightarrow$ had. beam-induced background. Results of the study indicate that heavy charged IDM scalars can be discovered at CLIC for most of the considered benchmark scenarios, up to masses of the order of 1 TeV.
The Compact Linear Collider (CLIC) was proposed as the next energy-frontier infrastructure at CERN, to study e$^+$e$^-$ collisions at three centre-of-mass energy stages: 380 GeV, 1.5 TeV and 3 TeV. The main goal of its high-energy stages is to search for the new physics beyond the Standard Model (SM). The Inert Doublet Model (IDM) is one of the simplest SM extensions and introduces four new scalar particles: H$^\pm$, A and H; the lightest, H, is stable and hence a natural dark matter (DM) candidate. A set of benchmark points is considered, which are consistent with current theoretical and expe…
We investigate the prospect of discovering the Inert Doublet Model scalars at CLIC. As signal processes, we consider the pair-production of inert scalars, namely e+e- -> H+H- and e+e- -> AH, followed by decays of charged scalars H+ and neutral scalars A into leptonic final states and missing transverse energy. We focus on signal signatures with two muons or an electron and a muon pair in the final state. A number of selected benchmark scenarios that cover the range of possible collider signatures of the IDM are considered. For the suppression of SM background with the same visible signature, m…
We consider the possible discovery potential for single production of charged heavy leptons via anomalous interactions at the envisaged Compact Linear Collider (CLIC) by taking into account initial state radiation (ISR) and beamstrahlung effects. We calculate the production cross sections and decay widths of charged heavy leptons in the context of anomalous interactions at center of mass energies $\sqrt{s}=1$ and 3 TeV. The signal and corresponding backgrounds are studied in detail for the mass range 300-1900 GeV.
The Inert Doublet Model(IDM) is one of the simplest extensions beyond Standard Model(SM) with an extended scalar sector, which provide a scalar dark matter particle candidate. In this paper, we investigate the double charged Higgs production at $γγ$ collider. By scanning the whole parameter space, we obtain the parameter points corresponding to the correct relic abundance of dark matter. After applying all theoretical and experimental constraints, the parameter space for the existence of dark matter is extremely restricted. We perform the analysis for the signal of $H^+H^-$ production in the I…
Supersymmetric scenarios with a very weakly interacting lightest superpartner (LSP) - like the gravitino or axino - naturally give rise to a long-lived next-to-LSP (NLSP). If the NLSP is a charged slepton it leaves a very distinct signature in a collider experiment. At the ILC/CLIC it will be possible to capture a significant fraction of the produced charged sleptons and observe their decays. These decays potentially reveal the nature of the LSP and thus provide a unique possibility to measure the properties of a very weakly interacting LSP which otherwise is most likely hidden from any other …
We study a two scalar inert doublet model (IDMS$_3$) which is stabilized by a $S_3$ symmetry. We consider two scenarios: i) two of the scalars in each charged sector are mass degenerated due to a residual $Z_2$ symmetry, ii) there is no mass degeneracy because of the introduction of soft terms that break the $Z_2$ symmetry. We show that both scenarios provide good dark matter candidates for some range of parameters.
In this work we will extend the inert-doublet model (IDM) by adding a new $U(1)_{F}$ gauge symmetry to it, under which, a $Z_{2}$ even scalar ($ϕ_{2}$) and $Z_{2}$ odd right handed component of two exotic charged leptons $(F_{eR},\ F_{μR})$, are charged. We also add one $Z_{2}$ even real scalar ($ϕ_{1}$) and one complex scalar ($ϕ$), three neutral Majorana right handed fermions ($N_{1},\ N_{2},\ N_{3}$), two left handed components of the exotic charged leptons $(F_{eL},\ F_{μL})$ as well as $F_τ$ are all odd under the $Z_{2}$, all of which are not charged under the $U(1)_{F}$. With these new p…
The Inert Doublet Model (IDM) is one of the simplest extensions of the Standard Model (SM), providing a dark matter candidate. It is a two Higgs doublet model with a discrete $Z_2$ symmetry, that prevents the scalars of the second doublet (inert scalars) from coupling to the SM fermions and makes the lightest of them stable. We study a large number of IDM scenarios, which are consistent with current constraints on direct detection and relic density of dark matter, as well as with all collider and low-energy limits. We propose a set of benchmark points with different kinematic features, that pr…
In this study of the Inert Doublet Model (IDM), we propose that the dijet + missing transverse energy channel at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) will be an effective way of searching for the scalar particles of the IDM. This channel receives contributions from gauge boson fusion, and $t-$channel production, along with contributions from $H^+$ associated production. We perform the analysis including study of the Standard Model (SM) background with assumed systematic uncertainty, and optimise the selection criteria employing suitable cuts on the kinematic variables to maximise the signal signifi…
We investigate the production, backgrounds and signatures of pairs of charged heavy-fermions using the SU(3)$_L\otimesU(1)_N$ electroweak model in $e^+ e^-$ colliders (NLC and CLIC). We also analyze the indirect evidence for a boson $Z^{'}$.
New physics scenarios beyond the Standard Model (SM) for neutrino mass mechanism often necessitate the existence of a neutral scalar $H$ and/or doubly-charged scalar $H^{\pm\pm}$, which couple to the SM charged leptons in a flavor violating way, while evading all existing constraints. Such scalars could be effectively produced at future lepton colliders like CEPC, ILC, FCC-ee and CLIC, either on-shell or off-shell, and induce striking charged lepton flavor violating (LFV) signals. We find that a large parameter space of the scalar masses and the LFV couplings can be probed at lepton colliders,…
We study the pair production of $\tilde{l}_{4}$, which is the supersymmetric partner of the fourth family charged lepton, at the $e^{+}e^{-}$ colliders. It is shown that the investigation of this process at ILC/CLIC will give opportunity to differentiate the MSSM with three and four families.

A 125 GeV Higgs-like particle discovered at the LHC in 2012 has properties expected for it in the Standard Model (SM), with a possible enhancement in the two-photon channel. Such SM-like Higgs scenario can be realized within the Inert Doublet Model (IDM) - a version of the Two Higgs Doublet Model with an exact discrete D (Z_2-type) symmetry. In this model one SU(2) doublet plays the role of the SM Higgs doublet with one SM-like Higgs boson. The second doublet has no vacuum expectation value and does not interact with fermions. Among four scalars constituting this D-odd doublet the lightest one…
We discuss single heavy neutrino production e+ e- -> N nu -> l W nu, l = e, mu, tau, at a future high energy collider like CLIC, with a centre of mass energy of 3 TeV. This process could allow to detect heavy neutrinos with masses of 1-2 TeV if their coupling to the electron V_eN is in the range 0.004-0.01. We study the dependence of the limits on the heavy neutrino mass and emphasise the crucial role of lepton flavour in the discovery of a positive signal at CLIC energy. We present strategies to determine heavy neutrino properties once they are discovered, namely their Dirac or Majorana chara…

We explore the multi-component dark matter (DM) scenario considered in a simple extension of the standard model with an inert scalar doublet and a singlet fermionic field providing the two DM candidates. The DM states are made stable under the unbroken $Z_2\times Z_2'$ discrete symmetry. An additional gauge singlet scalar field is introduced to facilitate the interaction of the dark fermion with the visible sector. Presence of a charged fermionic field having the same $Z_2$ charge as that of the inert scalar field allows exploring the dark matter mass regions otherwise disallowed, like in the …
In this work we present an analysis of production and signature of charged Higgs bosons $H_2^{\pm}$ in the version of the 3-3-1 model containing heavy leptons at the CLIC (Cern Linear Collider). The production rate is found to be significant for the direct production of $e^{-} e^{+} \rightarrow H_{2}^{+} H_{2}^{-}$. We also studied the possibility to identify it using their respective branching ratios.
We study the sensitivity of possible CLIC and FCC-ee measurements of light-by-light scattering to old and new physics, including the Heisenberg-Euler Lagrangian in the Standard Model with possible contributions from loops of additional charged particles or magnetic monopoles, the Born-Infeld extension of QED, and effective dimension-8 operators involving four electromagnetic field strengths as could appear in the Standard Model Effective Field Theory. We find that FCC-ee measurements at 365 GeV and CLIC measurements at 350 GeV would be sensitive to new physics scales of half a TeV in the dimen…
We investigate the scenario where the dark matter only interacts with the charged leptons in the standard model via a neutral vector mediator $Z'$. Such a scenario with a 430 GeV dark matter can fit the recent positron fluxes observed by the AMS-02 Collaborations, with the reasonable boost factors. We study the possibility of searching such leptophilic $Z'$ via its lepton final states and invisible decay modes at the future electron-positron colliders, such as the International Linear Collider (ILC) and the Compact Linear Collider (CLIC). We find that for the benchmark models with $Z'$ mass fr…

We present a model with $S_3 \otimes \mathbb{Z}_2$ model plus a sterile neutrino and its phenomenological expectations for the production of charged scalars at the Compact Linear Collider. At tree level, our model predicts a total cross section in between 0.1 and $10^{-5}$ pb for the $e^- e^+ \to H^+ H^-$ process, considering all possible mass values for the charged scalar in the CLIC experiment. We also show that this prediction holds regardless of the masses of the other exotic particles and their couplings.
The observation of lepton flavor violation indicates new physics beyond the Standard Model. Lepton colliders are ideal facilities to probe charged lepton flavor violation (CLFV) signals induced by new physics at high energy. In this work we perform a comprehensive study of the sensitivity of future lepton colliders to charged lepton flavor violation. We consider the most general renormalizable Lagrangian coupling two leptons to new bosonic particles, involving both $ΔL=0$ and $ΔL=2$ interactions. The CLFV processes are introduced by the exchange of off-shell new particles at tree-level. We fin…
We study associated Higgs production with a photon at electron-positron colliders, $e^+e^-\to hγ$, in various extended Higgs models, such as the inert doublet model (IDM), the inert triplet model (ITM) and the two Higgs doublet model (THDM). The cross section in the standard model (SM) is maximal around $\sqrt{s}=$250 GeV, and we present how and how much the new physics can enhance or reduce the production rate. We also discuss the correlation with the $h\toγγ$ and $h\to Zγ$ decay rates. We find that, with a sizable coupling to a SM-like Higgs boson, charged scalars can give considerable contr…
The mediators of neutrino mass generation can provide a probe of neutrino properties at the next round of high-energy hadron (FCC-hh) and lepton colliders (FCC-ee/ILC/CEPC/CLIC). We show how the decays of the Higgs triplet scalars mediating the simplest seesaw mechanism can shed light on the neutrino mass scale and mass-ordering, as well as the atmospheric octant. Four-lepton signatures at the high-energy frontier may provide the discovery-site for charged lepton flavour non-conservation in nature, rather than low-energy intensity frontier experiments.

For the search for additional Higgs bosons in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) as well as for future precision analyses in the Higgs sector precise knowledge of their production properties is mandatory. We evaluate the cross sections for the charged Higgs boson production at e+e- colliders in the MSSM with complex parameters (cMSSM). The evaluation is based on a full one-loop calculation of the production mechanism e+e- -> H+H- and e+e- -> H^\pm W^\mp, including soft and hard QED radiation. The dependence of the Higgs boson production cross sections on the relevant cMSSM parame…
Gauge boson self-couplings are completely defined by the non-Abelian gauge symmetry of the Standard Model (SM). For this reason, a direct search for these couplings is extremely significant in understanding the gauge structure of the SM. The possible deviation from the SM predictions of gauge boson self-couplings would be a sign of the presence of new physics beyond the SM. In this work, we study the sensitivities on the anomalous couplings defined by dimension-8 operators related to the $ZZγγ$ and $Zγγγ$ quartic vertices through the process $e^+e^- \to Zγγ$ with Z-boson decaying to charged le…
Masses and signals of the production of Doubly charged Higgses(DCH) in the framework of the supersymmetric reduced minimal 3-3-1 model(SUSYRM331) are investigated. In the DCH sector, weprove that there always exists a region of the parameter space where the mass of the lightest DCH is in order of $\mathcal{O}(100)$ GeV even when all other new particles are very heavy. The lightest DCH mainly decays to two same-sign leptons while the dominated decay channels of the heavy DCHs are those decay to heavy particles. We analyze each production cross section for $e^+e^- \rightarrow H^{++} H^{--}$ as a …
We study a simple left-right symmetric (LRS) extension of the Zee model for neutrino mass generation. An extra $SU(2)_{L/R}$ singlet charged scalar helps in generating a loop-induced Majorana mass for neutrinos in this model. The right-handed neutrinos in this case are very light of the order of a few eV to a few MeV which makes this scenario quite different from other LRS models. We have analyzed the scalar potential and Higgs spectrum in detail, which also play an important role for the neutrino phenomenology. We identified the parameter regions in the model which satisfy the experimentally …

The DAMPE $e^+ e^-$ excess at around 1.4 TeV could be explained in the type-II seesaw model with a scalar dark mater $D$ which is stabilized by a discrete $Z_2$ symmetry. The simplest scenario is the annihilation $DD \to H^{++} H^{--}$ followed by the subsequent decay $H^{\pm\pm} \to e^\pm e^\pm$, with both the DM and triplet scalars roughly 3 TeV with a small mass splitting. In addition to the Drell-Yan process at future 100 TeV hadron colliders, the doubly-charged components could also be produced at lepton colliders like ILC and CLIC in the off-shell mode, and mediate lepton flavor violatin…
Doubly charged excited leptons give rise to interesting signatures for physics beyond the standard model at the present Large Hadron Collider. These exotic states are introduced in extended isospin multiplets which couple to the ordinary leptons and quarks either with gauge or contact effective interactions or a combination of both. In this paper we study the production and the corresponding signatures of doubly charged leptons at the forthcoming linear colliders and we focus on the electron-electron beam setting. In the framework of gauge interactions, the interference between the $t$ and $u$…
The possibility of a scalar messenger that can couple the Standard Model (SM) to a hidden sector has been discussed in a variety of contexts in the literature in recent years. We consider the case that a new scalar singlet charged under an exotic spontaneously broken Abelian gauge symmetry mixes weakly with the SM Higgs resulting in two scalar mass states, one of which has heavily suppressed couplings to the SM particles. Previous phenomenological studies have focussed on potential signatures for such a model at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). However, there are interesting regions of the par…
We explore some aspects of models with two and three SU(2) scalar doublets that lead to mass degeneracies among some of the physical scalars. In Higgs sectors with two scalar doublets, the exact degeneracy of scalar masses, without an artificial fine-tuning of the scalar potential parameters, is possible only in the case of the inert doublet model (IDM), where the scalar potential respects a global U(1) symmetry that is not broken by the vacuum. In the case of three doublets, we introduce and analyze the replicated inert doublet model, which possesses two inert doublets of scalars. We then gen…
