The partition function of the four-vertex model in inhomogeneous external field and trace statistics

The exactly solvable four-vertex model with the fixed boundary conditions in the presence of inhomogeneous linearly growing external field is considered. The partition function of the model is calculated and represented in the determinantal form. The established connection with the boxed plane partitions allows us to calculate the generating function of plane partitions with the fixed sums of their diagonals. The obtained results are another example of the connection of integrable models with the enumerative combinatorics.

Coordinate space wave function from the Algebraic Bethe Ansatz for the inhomogeneous six-vertex model

We derive the coordinate space wave function for the inhomogeneous six-vertex model from the Algebraic Bethe Ansatz. The result is in agreement with the result first obtained long time ago by Yang and Gaudin in the context of the problem of one-dimensional fermions with delta- function interaction.

A new representation for the partition function of the six vertex model with domain wall boundaries

We obtain a new representation for the partition function of the six vertex model with domain wall boundaries using a functional equation recently derived by the author. This new representation is given in terms of a sum over the permutation group where the partial homogeneous limit can be taken trivially. We also show by construction that this partition function satisfies a linear partial differential equation.

Scaling limit of the ${\cal Z}_2$ invariant inhomogeneous six-vertex model

The work contains a detailed study of the scaling limit of a certain critical, integrable inhomogeneous six-vertex model subject to twisted boundary conditions. It is based on a numerical analysis of the Bethe ansatz equations as well as the powerful analytic technique of the ODE/IQFT correspondence. Functional relations in nineteen-vertex models with domain-wall boundaries

This work is concerned with functional properties shared by partition functions of nineteen-vertex models with domain-wall boundary conditions. In particular, we describe both Izergin-Korepin and Fateev-Zamolodchikov models with the aforementioned boundary conditions and show their partition functions are governed by a system of functional equations originated from the associated Yang-Baxter algebra.

In this work we demonstrate that the Yang-Baxter algebra can also be employed in order to derive a functional relation for the partition function of the six vertex model with domain wall boundary conditions. Partition function of the eight-vertex model with domain wall boundary condition

We derive the recursive relations of the partition function for the eight-vertex model on an $N\times N$ square lattice with domain wall boundary condition. Thermodynamic limit of the six-vertex model with reflecting end

We study the thermodynamic limit of the six-vertex model with domain wall boundary and reflecting end. We evaluated the partition function explicitly in special cases. We calculated the homogeneous limit of the Tsuchiya determinant formula for the partition function. We evaluated the thermodynamic limit and obtain the free energy of the six-vertex model with reflecting end. We determined the free energy in the disordered regime.

Cylinder partition function of the 6-vertex model from algebraic geometry

We compute the exact partition function of the isotropic 6-vertex model on a cylinder geometry with free boundary conditions, for lattices of intermediate size, using Bethe ansatz and algebraic geometry. We perform the computations in both the open and closed channels. We also consider the partial thermodynamic limits, whereby in the open (closed) channel, the open (closed) direction is kept small while the other direction becomes large. We compute the zeros of the partition function in the two partial thermodynamic limits, and compare with the condensation curves.

Two-dimensional Yang-Mills theory, Painleve equations and the six-vertex model

We show that the chiral partition function of two-dimensional Yang-Mills theory on the sphere can be mapped to the partition function of the homogeneous six-vertex model with domain wall boundary conditions in the ferroelectric phase. Between the stochastic six vertex model and Hall-Littlewood processes

We prove that the joint distribution of the values of the height function for the stochastic six vertex model in a quadrant along a down-right path coincides with that for the lengths of the first columns of partitions distributed according to certain Hall-Littlewood processes. Four-vertex Model and Random Tilings

The exactly solvable four-vertex model on a square grid with the different boundary conditions is considered. The application of the Algebraic Bethe Ansatz method allows to calculate the partition function of the model. For the fixed boundary conditions the connection of the scalar product of the state vectors with the generating function of the column and row strict boxed plane partitions is established. Tiling model on a periodic grid is discussed.

Spectral partitions on infinite graphs

Statistical models on infinite graphs may exhibit inhomogeneous thermodynamic behaviour at macroscopic scales. This phenomenon is of geometrical origin and may be properly described in terms of spectral partitions into subgraphs with well defined spectral dimensions and spectral weights. These subgraphs are shown to be thermodynamically homogeneous and effectively decoupled.
