Symmetric correspondences with decomposable minimal equation

We study symmetric correspondences with completely decomposable minimal equation on smooth projective curves $C$. The Jacobian of $C$ then decomposes correspondingly. For all positive integers $g$ and $\ell$, we give series of examples of smooth curves $C$ of genus $n^\ell (g-1) +1$ with correspondences satisfying minimal equations of degree $\ell+1$ such that the Jacobian of $C$ has at least $2^\ell$ isogeny components.

Jet schemes and minimal toric embedded resolutions of rational double point singularities

Using the structure of the jet schemes of rational double point singularities, we construct "minimal embedded toric resolutions" of these singularities. We also establish, for these singularities, a correspondence between a natural class of irreducible components of the jet schemes centered at the singular locus and the set of divisors which appear on every "minimal embedded toric resolution". We prove that this correspondence is bijective except for the $E_8$ singulartiy. This can be thought as an embedded Nash correspondence for rational double point singularities.

McKay correspondence for canonical orders

Canonical orders, introduced in the minimal model program for orders, are simultaneous generalisations of Kleinian singularities and their associated skew group rings. In this paper, we construct minimal resolutions of canonical orders via non-commutative cyclic covers and skew group rings. This allows us to exhibit a derived equivalence between minimal resolutions of canonical orders and the skew group ring form of the canonical order in all but one case. In this paper we show that for any affine complete rational surface singularity there is a correspondence between the dual graph of the minimal resolution and the quiver of the endomorphism ring of the special CM modules. Extended McKay correspondence for quotient surface singularities

Let $G$ be a finite subgroup of $\mbox{GL}(2)$ acting on $\mathbf{A}^2\setminus\{0\}$ freely. The $G$-orbit Hilbert scheme $G\mbox{-Hilb}(\mathbf{A}^2)$ is a minimal resolution of the quotient $\mathbf{A}^2/G$. Holomorphic correspondences between CR manifolds

It is proved that a germ of a real analytic CR map from a smooth real-analytic minimal CR manifold M to an essentially finite real-algebraic generic submanifold M' of P^N of the same CR-dimension extends as a holomorphic correspondence along M. The Special McKay correspondence as an equivalence of derived categories

We give a new moduli construction of the minimal resolution of the singularity of type 1/r(1,a) by introducing the Special McKay quiver. To demonstrate that our construction trumps that of the G-Hilbert scheme, we show that the induced tautological line bundles freely generate the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on X by establishing a suitable derived equivalence. This gives a moduli construction of the Special McKay correspondence for abelian subgroups of GL(2).
