Exp-function method for solving the Burgers-Fisher equation with variable coefficients

In this paper, the exp-function method with the aid of symbolic computational system is used to obtain generalized travelling wave solutions of a Burgers-Fisher equation with variable coefficients. It is shown that the exp-function method, with the help of symbolic computation, provides a straightforward and powerful mathematical tool to solve the nonlinear evolution equation with variable coefficients in mathematical physics.

Exact Solutions Of Time Fractional Generalized Burgers-Fisher Equation Using Exp function and Exponential Rational Function Methods

Using modified Riemann-Liouville derivative, the Exp function and Exponential rational function methods are implemented to solve the time-fractional generalized Burgers-Fisher equation (TF-GBF). The TF-GBF is transformed into a nonlinear ordinary differential equation (NLODE) by applying the transformation of traveling wave. The suggested methods are then introduced to formulate exact solutions for the resulting equation. The solutions are depicted using 2D and 3D plots.

Lie symmetry analysis and explicit solutions for the time fractional generalized Burgers-Fisher Equation

In this article, we study the Lie point symmetries for the time fractional generalized Burgers-Fisher (GBF) equation. While getting an appropriate combination of symmetries, the time fractional partial differential equation has been transformed to nonlinear fractional ordinary differential equations (ODE) using Erdelyi-Kober differential operator. Furthermore, using power series method, we get the exact solution of the nonlinear fractional GBF equation with the arbitrary nonlinearity.
