We point out that there is a simple variant of the SYK model, which we call cSYK, that is $SL(2,R)$ invariant for all values of the coupling. We consider a black hole solution whose spatial boundary is a squashed three sphere in Einstein gravity with negative cosmological constant. We solve the Einstein equations numerically and find a warped AdS black hole solution with arbitrary squashing parameter. This solution becomes the ordinary AdS-Schwarzschild solution when the squashing parameter is chosen appropriately. We discuss scattering in a CFT via the conformal partial-wave analysis and the Regge limit. The focus of this paper is on understanding an OPE with Minkowski conformal blocks. Starting with a t-channel OPE, it leads to an expansion for an s-channel scattering amplitude in terms of t-channel exchanges.
