Shuffle algebras associated to surfaces

We consider the algebra of Hecke correspondences (elementary transformations at a single point) acting on the algebraic K-theory groups of the moduli spaces of stable sheaves on a smooth projective surface S. We derive quadratic relations between the Hecke correspondences, and compare the algebra they generate with the Ding-Iohara-Miki algebra (at a suitable specialization of parameters), as well as with a generalized shuffle algebra.

Heisenberg action in the equivariant K-theory of Hilbert schemes via Shuffle Algebra

In this paper we construct the action of Ding-Iohara and shuffle algebras in the sum of localized equivariant K-groups of Hilbert schemes of points on C^2. We show that commutative elements K_i of shuffle algebra act through vertex operators over positive part {h_i}_{i>0} of the Heisenberg algebra in these K-groups. Hence we get the action of Heisenberg algebra itself. Finally, we normalize the basis of the structure sheaves of fixed points in such a way that it corresponds to the basis of Macdonald polynomials in the Fock space k[h_1,h_2,...].

Quantum toroidal and shuffle algebras

In this paper, we prove that the quantum toroidal algebra of gl_n is isomorphic to the double shuffle algebra of Feigin and Odesskii for the cyclic quiver. The shuffle algebra viewpoint will allow us to prove a factorization formula for the universal R-matrix of the quantum toroidal algebra.

Shuffle algebras for quivers and wheel conditions

We show that the shuffle algebra associated to a doubled quiver (determined by 3-variable wheel conditions) is generated by elements of minimal degree. Together with results of Varagnolo-Vasserot and Yu Zhao, this implies that the aforementioned shuffle algebra is isomorphic to the localized K-theoretic Hall algebra associated to the quiver by Schiffmann-Vasserot. Shuffle algebras, lattice paths and the commuting scheme

The commutative trigonometric shuffle algebra ${\mathrm A}$ is a space of symmetric rational functions satisfying certain wheel conditions. Double Shuffle and Kashiwara-Vergne Lie algebras

We prove that the double shuffle Lie algebra ds, dual to the space of new formal multiple zeta values, injects into the Kashiwara-Vergne Lie algebra krv defined and studied by Alekseev-Torossian. The proof is based on a reformulation of the definition of krv, and uses a theorem of Ecalle on a property of elements of ds.

The q-AGT-W relations via shuffle algebras

We construct the action of the q-deformed W-algebra on its level r representation geometrically, using the moduli space of U(r) instantons on the plane and the double shuffle algebra. We give an explicit LDU decomposition for the action of W-algebra currents in the fixed point basis of the level r representation, and prove a relation between the Carlsson-Okounkov Ext operator and intertwiners for the deformed W-algebra. We interpret this result as a q-deformed version of the AGT-W relations.

A stabilizer interpretation of double shuffle Lie algebras

According to Racinet's work, the scheme of double shuffle and regularization relations between cyclotomic analogues of multiple zeta values has the structure of a torsor over a pro-unipotent $\mathbb Q$-algebraic group $\sf{DMR}_0$, which is an algebraic subgroup of a pro-unipotent $\mathbb Q$-algebraic group of outer automorphisms of a free Lie algebra. The cohomological Hall algebras of a preprojective algebra with symmetrizer

This paper aims at a geometric realization of the Yangian of non-simply laced type in terms of quiver with potentials. For every quiver with symmetrizer, there is an extended quiver with superpotential, whose Jacobian algebra is the generalized preprojective algebra of Geiß, Leclerc, and Schröer arXiv:1410.1403. Fox-Neuwirth-Fuks cells, quantum shuffle algebras, and Malle's conjecture for function fields

The purpose of this paper is to prove the upper bound in Malle's conjecture on the distribution of finite extensions of $\mathbb{F}_q(t)$ with specified Galois group. As in previous work of Ellenberg-Venkatesh-Westerland, our result is based upon computations of the homology of braid groups with certain (exponential) coefficients. However, the approach in this paper is new, relying on a connection between the cohomology of Hurwitz spaces and the cohomology of quantum shuffle algebras.

Quantum Algebras and Cyclic Quiver Varieties

The purpose of this thesis is to present certain viewpoints on the geometric representation theory of Nakajima cyclic quiver varieties, in relation to the Maulik-Okounkov stable basis. Our main technical tool is the shuffle algebra, which arises as the K-theoretic Hall algebra of the double cyclic quiver.
