In this paper we study the quantum tunneling of Dirac magnetic monopoles from the global monopole black hole under quantum gravity effects. We start from the modified Maxwell's equations and the Generalized Uncertainty Relation (GUP), to recover the GUP corrected temperature for the global monopole black hole by solving the modified Dirac equation via Hamilton-Jacobi method. Furthermore, we also include the quantum corrections beyond the semiclassical approximation, in particular, first we find the logarithmic corrections of GUP corrected entropy and finally we calculate the GUP corrected specific heat capacity. It is argued that the GUP effects may prevent a black hole from complete evaporation and leave remnants.
In this paper, we study the Hawking radiation of Dirac particles via tunneling formalism from linearly supertranslated Schwarzschild black hole. We find that the radiation spectrum and the Hawking temperature remain the same as the one without soft hair. We extend the same analysis to the linearly supertranslated Vaidya black hole and find that particles can not tunnel through the horizon from the inside. We further comment on the validity of tunneling formalism in the study of Hawking radiation of dynamical black hole.
Writing the metric of an asymptotically flat spacetime in Bondi coordinates provides an elegant way of formulating the Einstein equation as a characteristic value problem. In this setting, we find that a specific class of asymptotically flat spacetimes, including stationary solutions, contains a Maxwell gauge field as free data. Choosing this gauge field to correspond to the Dirac monopole, we derive the Taub-NUT solution in Bondi coordinates.
We study the vacuum polarisation effects of the Dirac fermionic field induced by a pointlike global monopole located in the cosmological de Sitter spacetime. First we derive the four orthonormal Dirac modes in this background in a closed form. Quantising the field using these modes, we then compute the fermionic condensate, $\langle 0| \overlineΨ Ψ| 0\rangle$, as well as the vacuum expectation value of the energy-momentum tensor for a massive Dirac field, regularised in a particular way. We have used the Abel-Plana summation formula in order to extract the global monopole contribution to these…
The planar phase of superfluid $^3$He has Dirac points in momentum space and the analog of Dirac monopole in the real space. Here we discuss the combined effect of Dirac point and Dirac monopole. It is shown that in the presence of the monopole the effective metric acting on Dirac fermions corresponds to the metric produced by the global monopole in general relativity: it is the conical metric. Another consequence is that the primary variable, which gives rise to the effective metric, is the unusual vielbein field in the form of the $4\times 5$ matrix, as distinct from the conventional $4\time…
In this work, we re-assess a class of black hole solutions in a global monopole spacetime in the framework of an $f(R)$-gravity model. Our main line of investigation consists in considering a region close enough to the black hole, but such that the weak field approximation is still valid. The stability of the black hole is studied in terms of its thermodynamical properties, with the radial coordinate written as a power law function with the status of the main factor underneath the stability of the model. We obtain the explicit expressions for the thermodynamical quantities of the black hole as…

A primordial black hole (PBH) is thought to be made of the regular matter or ordinary mass ($M$) only, and hence could have already been decayed due to the Hawking radiation if its initial ordinary mass were $\lesssim 5 \times 10^{11}$ kg. Here, we study the role of gravitomagnetic monopole for the evaporation of PBHs, and propose that the lower energy PBHs (equivalent to ordinary mass $M << 5\times 10^{11}$ kg) could still exist in our present Universe, if it has gravitomagnetic monopole. If a PBH was initially made of both regular matter and gravitomagnetic monopole, the regular matter could…
