Studies on neutrino-nucleon ($νN$) cross sections at different energy scales have regained interest due to increasing importance of precision measurements, as they are needed as an ingredient in all neutrino experiments. In this paper we have calculated both charged current (CC) and neutral current (NC) $ν$N scattering cross sections at Ultra High Energy (UHE) regime in the neutrino energy ($E_ν$) region i.e. $10^{9} GeV \le E_ν \le 10^{12}$ GeV using QCD inspired double asymptotic limit fit of electron-proton structure function $F_{2}^{ep}$ to low $\mathit{x}$ HERA data. The form $F_{2}^{ep} \sim x^{-λ(Q^{2})}$ used in our analysis, can be conjectured like a dynamic pomeron (DP)-type behaviour. We also find an analytic form of the total cross sections, $σ_{CC}^{νN}$ and $σ_{NC}^{νN}$ which appear to be of hard-pomeron exchange types. A comparative analysis of our results with those available in literature is also done. An improved understanding of $νN$ interactions at UHE are essentially important for future oscillation experiments. Future measurements will support/confront our predictions. \textbf{Keywords}: Neutrino cross section, Ultra High Energy, QCD, Double Asymptotic limit, dynamic pomeron, hard-pomeron.
A model for elastic scattering of nucleons (and anti-nucleons) based on the quark-diquark representation of the nucleon with springy Pomeron, providing increased real part of the scattering amplitude, is developed. The model predictions are compared with experimental data for the differential elastic cross-sections of nucleons in the energy range from few GeV up to 7 TeV using available databases.
The role of the hard Pomeron (HP) exchanges in the high-energy diffractive interaction of nucleons is explored. It is demonstrated that the HP subdominance at available energies and low transferred momenta is due to the extremely low slope of its Regge trajectory.
An analysis of the possible contribution of the hard pomeron in elastic hadron scattering at LHC energies is made. It is shown that such a contribution has affected the shape of the differential cross section in the Coulomb-hadron interference region and in the dip region. On the basis of the new High-Energy General Structure (HEGS) model, the possible contributions of the hard pomeron are investigated. The predictions of the model at $8 \ $ TeV are discussed.
The analysis on nucleon structure functions at small Bjorken $x$ in the framework of holographic QCD is presented. In the model setup, the complicated nonperturbative interaction between the virtual photon and the target nucleon is described via the Pomeron exchange, which corresponds to the reggeized graviton exchange in the AdS space. We show that our calculations for both $F_2$ and $F_L$ structure functions are in agreement with the experimental data measured at HERA.
It is demonstrated that the elastic diffractive scattering of nucleons at collision energies higher than 540 GeV and transferred momenta lower than 2 GeV, including the Coulomb-nuclear interference region, can be described in the framework of a very simple Regge-eikonal model where the eikonal is just a sum of two supercritical Regge pole terms. The predictive value of the proposed approximation is verified.
Dispersive corrections to the total cross section for high-energy scattering from a heavy nucleus are calculated using a matrix model, based on the triple-Pomeron behavior of diffractive scattering from a single nucleon, for the cross section operator connecting different states of the projectile nucleon . Energy-dependent effects due to the decrease in longitudinal momentum transfers and the opening of more channels with increasing energy are included. The three leading terms in an expansion in the number of inelastic transitions are evaluated and compared to exact results for the model in th…
We consider simple-pole descriptions of soft elastic scattering at small $t$ and $s$, and allow for the presence of a hard pomeron. We have built and analyzed an exhaustive dataset and we show that simple poles provide an excellent description of the data in the region $- 0.5$ GeV$^2 < t <$ $- 0.1$ GeV$^2$, 6 GeV$<\sqrt{s}<$63 GeV. We show that new form factors have to be used, and get information on the trajectories of the soft and hard pomerons.
We present a new method for obtaining information on the small x behavior of the structure function F2 outside the kinematic range of present acelerators from the mean inelasticity parameter in UHE neutrino-nucleon DIS interactions which could be measured in neutrino telescopes.
Nuclear shadowing and color glass condensate are possible only at sufficiently small x where parton clouds of different nucleons overlap in the longitudinal direction. Another condition vital for these effect, an overlap of partons in impact parameters, is not easy to fulfill for gluons which are located within small spots, as follows from the observed weakness of diffractive gluon radiation (smallness of the triple-Pomeron coupling). The predicted weakness of the leading twist gluon shadowing has been confirmed recently by data for J/Psi production and Cronin effect in d-Au collisions at RHIC…
An unknown small-x behavior of nucleon structure functions gives appreciable uncertainties to high-energy neutrino-nucleon cross-sections. We construct structure functions using at small x Regge inspired description by A. Donnachie and P. V. Landshoff with soft and hard pomerons, and employing at larger x the perturbative QCD expressions. The smooth interpolation between two regimes for each Q^2 is provided with the help of simple polynomial functions. To obtain low-x neutrino-nucleon structure functions $F_2^{νN, \bar νN}(x,Q^2)$ and singlet part of $F_{3}^{νN,\bar νN}(x,Q^2)$ from Donnachie-…
Double inclusive cross-sections for gluon production in collision of two nucleons with two nucleons are studied in the BFKL approach. Various contributions include emission from the pomerons attached to the participants, from the BFKL interactions between these pomerons and from the intermediate BKP state. The last contribution may be observable provided the growth with energy of the pomeron contribution is tamed in accordance with unitarity. Possibility of long-range azimuthal correlations due to the BKP state are discussed.
The analysis on the hadron-hadron scattering at high energies in the framework of holographic QCD is presented. Combining the Pomeron exchange kernel and the hadron-Pomeron couplings which are obtained from the bottom-up AdS/QCD models, we calculate the total cross sections. Our calculation for the nucleon-nucleon scattering is consistent with the experimental data including the recent ones measured by the TOTEM collaboration at the LHC. Within the framework, one can consider other processes involving other hadrons. As examples to show this feature of the model, the resulting total cross secti…
We present analyses on nucleon structure functions at the small Bjorken-$x$ in the framework of holographic QCD. In this study, we improve the description of the target nucleon in the current setup of the holographic model by introducing a soft-wall AdS/QCD model, in which the AdS geometry is smoothly cut off at IR. Combining the improved Pomeron-nucleon coupling and the wave function of the 5D U(1) vector field with the BPST Pomeron exchange kernel, then we obtain the structure functions. Here we focus on the nonperturbative kinematical region, where $10^{-6} \leq x \leq 10^{-2}$ and $0.1 \le…
We predict pp elastic differential cross sections at LHC at c.m. energy 14 TeV and momentum transfer range |t| = 0 - 10 GeV*2 in a nucleon-structure model. In this model, the nucleon has an outer cloud of quark-antiquark condensed ground state, an inner shell of topological baryonic charge (r ~ 0.44F) probed by the vector meson omega, and a central quark-bag (r ~ 0.2F) containing valence quarks. We also predict elastic differential cross section in the Coulomb-hadronic interference region. Large |t| elastic scattering in this model arises from valence quark-quark scattering, which is taken to …
In this paper we consider nucleus-nucleus and hadron-nucleus reactions in the kinematic region: $g A^{1/3} G_{3\pom} \exp\Lb ΔY\Rb \approx 1 G^2_{3\pom} \exp\Lb ΔY\Rb \approx 1 $, where $G_{3\pom}$ is the triple Pomeron coupling, $g$ is the vertex of Pomeron nucleon interaction, and 1 + $Δ_{\pom}$ denotes the Pomeron intercept. We find that in this kinematic region the traditional Glauber-Gribov eikonal approach is inadequate. We show that it is necesssary to take into account inelastic Glauber corrections, which can not be expressed in terms of the nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitudes. In th…
Based on the vector meson dominance assumption, a Hamiltonian model has been developed to investigate $J/Ψ$ photo-production reaction on the nucleon by using the $J/Ψ$-nucleon potential extracted from a lattice QCD calculation of Phys. Rev. D{\bf 82}, 091501 (2010). It is found that the predicted total cross sections are comparable to the recent data of $J/Ψ$ photo-production reaction from Jefferson Laboratory. The model is then extended to include the two-gluon exchange amplitude modeled by Donnachie and Lanshoff within Regge Phenomenology. The resulting Pomeron-LQCD model can then explain th…
We revisit the description of the Pomeron within the effective string theory of QCD. Using a string duality relation, we show how the static potential maps onto the high-energy scattering amplitude that exhibits the Pomeron behavior. Besides the Pomeron intercept and slope, new additional terms stemming from the higher order string corrections are shown to affect both the growth of the nucleon's size at high energies and its profile in impact parameter space. The stringy description also allows for an odderon that only disappears in critical dimension. Some of the Pomeron's features that emerg…
The adequacy of the triple-Pomeron interaction approximation (the 3P-model) for description of the high-energy single diffractive dissociation of nucleons is analyzed via application to the available experimental data on nucleon-nucleon scattering, including the recent results produced by CMS Collaboration which allow to estimate reliably the triple-Pomeron coupling value. It is argued that the total contribution of secondary Reggeon exchanges is not negligible up to the Tevatron energy.
Inclusive cross-sections for gluon production in collision of two mucleons with two nucleons are studied in the BFKL approach. Various contributions include emission from the pomerons attached to the participants, from the BFKL interactions in between these pomerons and from the intermediate BKP state. The last contribution may be observable provided the growth with energy of the pomeron contribution is tamed in accordance with unitarity.
We investigate the reaction mechanism of the $ϕ$-meson photoproduction off the proton target, i.e., $γp\toϕp$, up to $\sqrt{s}=2.8$ GeV. For this purpose, we employ an effective Lagrangian approach in the tree-level Born approximation, and we employ various experimental and theoretical inputs. As a theoretical setup, the vectorlike Pomeron ($C=+1$) is taken into account as a parameterized two-gluon exchange contribution. We also consider $f_1(1285)$ axial-vector-meson, ($π,η$) pseudoscalar-meson, and ($a_0,f_0$) scalar-meson exchanges in the $t$ channel, in addition to the experimentally confi…
Various implications of new, non-perturbative pomeron inspired enhancement of small-x neutrino-nucleon structure functions for high-energy neutrino astrophysics are discussed. At x larger than 10^{-5} these functions are given by perturbative QCD, while at lower x they are determined by a specific generalization of F_2^{ep}(x,Q^2) description, proposed by A. Donnachie and P. V. Landshoff (their two-component model comprises hard and soft pomerons), to neutrino-nucleon scattering case. We found that i) such enhancement causes the most rapid growth of neutrino-nucleon cross-sections at high ener…
We formulate a generalization of the Glauber formalism for hadron-nucleus and nucleus-nucleus collisions based on the Pomeron approach to high energy interactions. Our treatment is based on two physical assumptions (i.e. two small parameters) : (i) that only sufficiently small distances contribute to the Pomeron structure; and (ii) the triple Pomeron vertex $G_{3P}/g_{P-N} \ll 1$ (where $g_{P-N}$ is the Pomeron-nucleon vertex) is small. A systematic method is developed for calculating the total, elastic and diffractive dissociation cross sections as well as the survival probability of large ra…
I introduce the critical pomeron theory ("white pomeron") proposed by Alan White, with its prediction of excessive WW and ZZ production at the LHC especially by double pomeron exchange (DPE), which is a crucial test. This theory implies dramatic effects in cosmic rays, possibly explaining the knee and high ET jet excesses. Some of the ultra high energy (UHE) cosmic rays may be "Superbaryons" made of color sextet Quarks, and most (all?) UHE collisions in the atmosphere may produce W's and Z's.
Proton-proton total and elastic cross sections are considered in the Dakhno-Nikonov eikonal model [L.G. Dakhno, V.A. Nikonov, Eur. Phys. J. A8, 209 (1999)] at ultra-high energies. The model takes into account the quark structure of hadrons and the gluon structure of the supercritical pomeron that results in colour screening. The pomeron is considered as an input interaction term. The model gives a reasonably good description of the preLHC and LHC data for $pp$ collisions with a growth of the type $\ln^2s$ for total and elastic cross sections and $(τ={\bf q}_\perp^2\ln^2s)$-scaling for diffract…
In this contribution we discuss the production of two pion pairs in high energy photon collisions as they can be produced in ultraperipheral collisions at hadron colliders such as the Tevatron, RHIC or LHC. We find that charge asymmetries may reveal the existence of the perturbative Odderon.
We discuss the production of two pion pairs in photon collisions at high energies as it can take place in ultraperipheral collisions at hadron colliders such as the LHC. We calculate the according matrix elements in kT factorization and discuss the possibility to reveal the existence of the perturbative Odderon by charge asymmetries.
The heavy quark production in ultraperipheral heavy ion collisions is investigated, in particular we focus on the results from the coherent interactions given by the two-photon process. One addresses the heavy quark total cross sections at photon level considering the saturation model and the BFKL dynamics in the color dipole picture. The corresponding cross sections at nuclear level are presented. It is verified that the QCD dynamics implies an enhancement of the cross section in comparison with previous calculations.
We estimate the production of two meson pairs in high energy photon photon collisions produced in ultraperipheral collisions at LHC. We show that the study of charge asymmetries may reveal the existence of the perturbative Odderon and discuss the concrete event rates expected at the LHC. Sizable rates and asymmetries are expected in the case of proton-proton collisions and medium values of gamma-gamma energies \sqrt{s_{γγ}} \approx 20GeV. Proton-proton collisions will benefit from a high rate due to a large effective gamma-gamma luminosity and ion-ion collisions with a somewhat lower rate from…
We predict pp elastic differential cross section at LHC at the c.m. energy 14 TeV and momentum transfer range |t| = 0-10 GeV*2, which is planned to be measured by the TOTEM group. The field theory model underlying our phenomenological investigation describes the nucleon as a composite object with an outer cloud of quark-antiquark condensate, an inner core of topological baryonic charge, and a still smaller quark-bag of valence quarks. The model satisfactorily describes the asymptotic behavior of sigma-total(s) and rho(s) as well as the measured antiproton-proton elastic differential cross sect…
We propose an effective theory which governs Pomeron dynamics in QCD at high energy, in the leading logarithmic approximation, and in the limit where N_c, the number of colors, is large. In spite of its remarkably simple structure, this effective theory generates precisely the evolution equations for scattering amplitudes that have been recently deduced from a more complete microscopic analysis. It accounts for the BFKL evolution of the Pomerons together with their interactions: dissociation (one Pomeron splitting into two) and recombination (two Pomerons merging into one). It is constructed b…
The color mixing of mesons propagating in a nucleus is studied with the help of a color-octet Pomeron partner present in the two-gluon model of the Pomeron. For a simple model with four meson-nucleon channels, color mixings are found to be absent for pointlike mesons and very small for small mesons. These results seem to validate the absorption model with two independent color components used in recent analyses of the nuclear absorption of $J/ψ$ mesons produced in nuclear reactions.
The contribution of the QCD Pomeron to the process AA -> AA J/Psi J/Psi is discussed. We focus on the photon-photon collision, with the quasi-real photon coming from the Weizsacker - Williams spectrum of the nuclei. We calculate the cross section for this process considering the solution of the LLA BFKL equation at zero momentum transfer using a small-t approximation for the differential cross section of the subprocess. Furthermore, the impact of non-leading corrections to the BFKL equation is also analyzed. In both cases the cross section is found to increase with the energy, predicting consi…
The triple-Pomeron coupling lies at the heart of the predictions for high energy diffractive processes. We explain why the existing determinations, which use single-particle inclusive hadronic data a+b -> a+Y, underestimate the value of the bare coupling, due to the neglect of soft rescattering which populates the rapidity gaps. We describe how data for the process gamma+p -> J/psi +Y can be used to give a much more reliable estimate of the bare coupling. We use the existing, fragmentary, J/psi data from HERA to show that the triple-Pomeron coupling is probably about 3 times larger than the pr…
We consider the main factors which cause the variation of the value of the local slope of the elastic pp cross section B(t)=d[\ln(dσ_el(pp)/dt]/dt with t. Namely, we discuss the role of the pion-loop insertion in the pomeron trajectory, the t-dependence of the pomeron-nucleon coupling and the role of the eikonalization of the proton-proton amplitude in both the one- and two-channel eikonal models.
We propose to look for the Odderon through the production of two pion pairs in photon collisions at high energies. We calculate the corresponding matrix elements in kT-factorization and discuss the possibility to reveal the existence of the perturbative Odderon by charge asymmetries, relying on models for the generalized distribution amplitudes of pi+ pi-. The application of this strategy to ultraperipheral collisions at the LHC suffers from the difficulty to trigger on interesting events and is plagued with severe background problems in p-p mode. Electron - positron colliders like ILC seem to…
Multi-hadron production in inelastic neutrino-nucleon interactions is investigated within the framework of the quark-gluon string model. The contributions of the planar (one-Reggeon exchange) and cylindrical (one-Pomeron exchange) graphs to different observables is computed using a Monte Carlo program for the generation of hadrons produced from the decay of colorless quark-antiquark strings. The suggested approach results in a satisfactory description of the experimental data on $ν(\barν) N\toμ^-(μ^+) h X$ reactions obtained recently at CERN by the NOMAD Collaboration. The data extends over a …
Charge exchange process $π^-p\toπ^0n$ and elastic scatterings $π^\pm p\to π^\pm p$ are investigated within the Regge framework where the relativistic Born amplitude is reggeized for the $t$-channel meson exchange. Charge exchange cross section is featured by the single $ρ$ exchange. Additional correction by Regge cuts, $ρ$-$f_2$ and $ρ$-Pomeron, agree with differential cross sections and new trajectory for the $ρ'(1450)$ exchange is attempted to reproduce polarization data. For the description of elastic scattering data up to pion momentum $P_{\rm Lab}\approx 250$ GeV/c, Pomeron exchange of th…
We present a study of the central exclusive $π^{+} π^{-}$ production via the photoproduction mechanism in nucleon-nucleon collisions. The photon-pomeron/reggeon and pomeron/reggeon-photon exchanges both for the $ρ^{0}$ resonance contribution and the Drell-Söding contribution are considered. The amplitudes for the processes are formulated in terms of vertices respecting the standard crossing and charge-conjugation relations of Quantum Field Theory. The coupling parameters of tensor pomeron and reggeon exchanges are fixed based on the H1 and ZEUS experimental data for the $γp \to ρ^{0} p$ reacti…
We study the rapidity dependence of the cross section on the rapidity of the central exclusive production cross sections of C-even mesons in $pA$ and $AA$ collisions, where $A$ is a heavy ion. We observe qualitatively different behaviour of the contributions arising from $γ$-Odderon and Pomeron-Pomeron fusion mechanisms. This can be used to extract the Odderon signal from the events of $f_2$ mesons exclusively produced in the forward region. Estimates, obtained using expected values of the Odderon cross section, indicate that the $γ$-Odderon contribution may exceed by a few times the Pomeron-i…
If electroweak symmetry breaking is a consequence of color sextet quark chiral symmetry breaking, dramatic, large cross-section, effects are to be expected at the LHC - with the pomeron playing a prominent role. The symmetry breaking is tied to a special solution of QCD which can be constructed, at high-energy, via the chiral anomaly and reggeon diagrams. There is confinement and chiral symmetry breaking, but physical states contain both quarks and a universal, anomalous, wee gluon component. A variety of Cosmic Ray effects could be supporting evidence, including the knee in the spectrum and t…
The Pomeron Regge trajectory underlies the dynamics dependence of hadronic total cross sections and diffractive reactions at high energies. The physics of the Pomeron is closely related to the gluon distribution function and the gluon gravitational form factor of the target hadron. In this article we examine the scale dependence of the nonperturbative gluon distribution in the nucleon and the pion which was derived in a previous article [Phys. Rev. D 104, 114005 (2021)] in the framework of holographic light-front QCD and the Veneziano model. We argue that the QCD evolution of the gluon distrib…
We present our analysis on high energy hadron-hadron scattering in the framework of the holographic QCD. Combining the Brower-Polchinski-Strassler-Tan Pomeron exchange kernel and gravitational form factors of the involved hadrons which are obtained by using the bottom-up AdS/QCD models in the five-dimensional AdS space, we calculate the total cross sections at high energies. We show that our calculations for the nucleon-nucleon scattering agree with the experimental data including the recent ones taken by the TOTEM collaboration at the LHC. The present framework is applicable to any high energ…
We evaluate the large momentum transfer $J/ψ$ photoproduction with rapidity gaps in ultraperipheral proton-ion collisions at the LHC which provides an effective method of probing dynamics of large t elastic hard QCD Pomeron interactions. It is shown that the experimental studies of this process would allow to investigate the energy dependence of cross section of elastic scattering of a small $c\bar c$ dipole off the gluon over a wide range of invariant energies 10^3 < s_{c\bar c - gluon} < 10^6 GeV^2. The accessible energy range exceeds the one reached in γp at HERA by a factor of 10 and allow…
A new variant of the effective pomeron exchange model is proposed for the description of the correlation, observed in $pp$ and $p\bar{p}$ collisions at center-of-mass energy from SPS to LHC, between mean transverse momentum and charged particles multiplicity. The model is based on the Regge-Gribov approach. Smooth logarithmic growth with the collision energy was established for the parameter k, the mean rapidity density of charged particles produced by a single string. It was obtained in the model by the fitting of the available experimental data on charged particles rapidity density in $pp$ a…
The processes of exclusive diffractive scattering $p+p\to p+p$, $\bar p+p\to\bar p+p$, and $γ^*+p\to V+p$ at high energies are considered in the framework of a unified Regge-eikonal model with a very simple reggeon structure of the eikonal. It is demonstrated that the pomeron trajectory is universal in all reactions and having intercept about 1.31 which could be exctracted explicitly from the data on the proton structure function $F_2(x,Q^2)$. The predictions for the proton-proton cross-sections at LHC energies are given.
At the partonic level, a typical final state in small-x deep inelastic scattering off nuclei and hard proton-nucleus collisions can be characterized by the multiplicity of color-excited nucleons. Within reggeon field theory, each color-excited nucleon is associated with the unitarity cut of the pomeron exchanged between the projectile and nucleus. In this communication we derive the unitarity rules for the multiplicity of excited nucleons, alias cut pomerons, alias topological cross sections, for typical hard dijet production processes. We demonstrate how the coupled-channel non-Abelian intran…
We discuss W and Z production through the deep inelastic neutrino-nucleon scattering in the context of the standard model SU(3)x SU(2)x U(1) of the strong and electroweak interactions. We find the cross section rates for the process neutrino + nucleon --> lepton(-) + W(+) + X for the case of ultrahigh-energy neutrinos colliding on a target nucleon.
Elastic diffractive scattering of nucleons is described in terms of Regge-eikonal approach. It is demonstrated that, in a wide kinematic region (starting from the U-70 energies), the eikonal of proton-proton scattering can be approximated by the sum of two Reggeon exchange terms (namely, the so-called soft Pomeron and $f$-Reggeon contributions). The range of applicability of the considered approximation is determined. The predictive value of the proposed phenomenological scheme is verified.
Neutrino Physics is now entering precision era and neutrino-nucleon cross sections are an im- portant ingredient in all neutrino oscillation experiments. Specially, precise knowledge of neutrino- nucleon cross sections in Ultra High Energy (UHE) regime (TeV-PeV) is becoming more important now, as several experiments worldwide are going to observe processes involving such UHE neutrinos. In this work, we present new results on neutrino-nucleon cross-sections in this UHE regime, using QCD.
We study the polarization vector of $τ^-$ ($τ^+$) leptons created in $ν_τ$ ($\barν_τ$) - Nucleon deep inelastic scattering. Our work is oriented toward ultra-high energy particles relevant for cosmic-rays experiments. The goal of this paper is to derive relevant informations to constrain the systematic uncertainties that follow from the lack of knowledge about this point particularly when studying Earth-skimming neutrinos.
In this paper we present an analytic result for the evolution in $Q^2$ of the structure functions for the neutrino-nucleon interaction, valid at twist-2 in the region of small values of the Bjorken $x$ variable and for soft non-perturbative input. In the special case of flat initial conditions, we include in the calculation also the contribution of the twist-4 gluon recombination corrections, whose effect in the evolution is explicitly determined. Finally, we estimate the resulting charged-current neutrino-nucleon total cross section and discuss its behavior at ultra-high energies.
The cross section for ultra-high energy neutrino-nucleon scattering is very sensitive to the parton distributions at very small values of Bjorken x ($x \leq 10^{-4})$. We numerically investigate the effects of modifying the behavior of the gluon distribution function at very small $x$ in the DGLAP evolution equation. We then use the Color Glass Condensate formalism to calculate the neutrino-nucleon cross section at ultra-high energies and compare the result with those based on modification of DGLAP evolution equation.
We study corrections due to two Pomeron exchanges to the inclusive 1-jet production cross section in the Regge limit of perturbative QCD for a finite number of colors. By considering deep inelastic scattering on a weakly bound two-nucleon system, we carefully follow the logic of the AGK cutting rules and show, for the single inclusive cross section, that, due to the reggeization of the gluon, modifications of the AGK cutting rules appear. As our main result, we investigate and calculate the jet production vertex in the presence of a two-Pomeron cut correction. Compared to previous studies, we …
