A Converse Theorem for Metaplectic Eisenstein Series on $SL_2(\mathbb{A})$

The purpose of this work is to produce a converse theorem for adelic Eisenstein series on the double metaplectic cover of the group $SL_2(\mathbb{A})$. We show that the double Dirichlet series, which satisfy the natural functional equations required in our theorem, are in fact Mellin transforms at infinity of metaplectic Eisenstein series.

Metaplectic Eisenstein Distributions

In this paper, we define distributional analogues of the metaplectic Eisenstein series for $\text{SL}_2(\mathbb{R})$, which we refer to as metaplectic Eisenstein distributions. We prove that these distributions have meromorphic continuation and give an explicit functional equation that they satisfy. From these results, we deduce the functional equation for the corresponding classical metaplectic Eisenstein series.

The Fourier Coefficients of a Metaplectic Eisenstein Distribution on the Double Cover of SL$(3)$ over $\mathbb{Q}$

We compute the Fourier coefficients of a minimal parabolic Eisenstein distribution on the double cover of SL$(3)$ over $\mathbb{Q}$. Two key aspects of the paper are an explicit formula for the constant term, and formulas for the Fourier coefficients at the ramified place $p=2$. Additionally, the unramified non-degenerate Fourier coefficients of this Eisenstein distribution fit into the combinatorial description provided by Brubaker-Bump-Friedberg-Hoffstein in `Weyl group multiple Dirichlet series. On a certain metaplectic Eisenstein series and the twisted symmetric square L-function

In our earlier paper, based on a paper by Bump and Ginzburg, we used an Eisenstein series on the double cover of GL(r) to obtain an integral representation of the twisted symmetric square L-function of GL(r). Using that, we showed that the (incomplete) twisted symmetric square L-function of GL(r) is holomorphic for Re(s) > 1. In this paper, we will determine the possible poles of this Eisenstein series more precisely and show that the (incomplete) twisted symmetric square L-function is entire except possible simple poles at s = 0 and s = 1.

Planes in $\mathbb{Z^4}$ and Eisenstein series

We study the number of two-dimensional sublattices of $\mathbb{Z^4}$ of a fixed covolume and construct the associated Dirichlet series. The latter is shown to be related to Eisenstein series on both $GL_4$ and its metaplectic double cover.

Whittaker Coefficients of Metaplectic Eisenstein Series

We study Whittaker coefficients for maximal parabolic Eisenstein series on metaplectic covers of split reductive groups. By the theory of Eisenstein series these coefficients have meromorphic continuation and functional equation. However they are not Eulerian and the standard methods to compute them in the reductive case do not apply to covers. For "cominuscule" maximal parabolics, we give an explicit description of the coefficients as Dirichlet series whose arithmetic content is expressed in an exponential sum. The Fourier coefficients of metaplectic theta series on GL(2) over rational function fields

The idea of the metaplectic theta function was introduced by Tomio Kubota in the 1960s. These theta functions are constructed as residues of Eisenstein series and are only known completely in the case of double covers and, up to the ambiguity of a constant, for triple covers. In 1992 Jeff Hoffstein published formulae by which these can be computed in certain cases over a rational function field. The author gave an alternative approach in 2007. On the analytic properties of a cubic Dirichlet series associated to a cubic metaplectic form

On the anticyclotomic Iwasawa theory of rational elliptic curves at Eisenstein primes

Let $E/\mathbb{Q}$ be an elliptic curve, and $p$ a prime where $E$ has good reduction, and assume that $E$ admits a rational $p$-isogeny. An Analogue of Weil's Converse Theorem for Harmonic Maass Forms of Polynomial Growth

We construct a family of harmonic Maass forms of polynomial growth of any level corresponding to any cusp whose shadows are Eisenstein series of integral weight. We further consider Dirichlet series attached to a harmonic Maass form of polynomial growth, study its analytic properties, and prove an analogue of Weil's converse theorem.
