We study algebraicity and smoothness of fixed point stacks for flat group schemes which have a finite composition series whose factors are either reductive or proper, flat, finitely presented, acting on algebraic stacks with affine, finitely presented diagonal. For this, we extend some theorems of [SGA3.2] on functors of homomorphisms Hom(G, H) and functors of reductive subgroups Sub(H) for an affine, possibly non-flat group scheme H.
We consider the effect of $t$-structures on the Tannaka duality theory for dg categories developed in our previous paper. We associate non-negative dg coalgebras $C$ to dg functors on the hearts of $t$-structures, and relate dg $C$-comodules to the original dg category. We introduce the algebraic-topological notion of asymmetric Nash cobordism between compact Nash sets, and we prove that a compact Nash set is semialgebraically homeomorphic to a real algebraic set if and only if it is asymmetric Nash cobordant to a point or, equivalently, if it is strongly asymmetric Nash cobordant to a real algebraic set. The volume cut off by a hyperplane from a bounded body with smooth boundary in $R^{2k}$ never is an algebraic function on the space of hyperplanes: for k=1 it is the famous lemma XXVIII from Newton's Principia. We develop Tannaka duality theory for dg categories. To any dg functor from a dg category $\mathcal{A}$ to finite-dimensional complexes, we associate a dg coalgebra $C$ via a Hochschild homology construction. When the dg functor is faithful, this gives a quasi-equivalence between the derived dg categories of $\mathcal{A}$-modules and of $C$-comodules. When $\mathcal{A}$ is Morita fibrant (i.e. an idempotent-complete pre-triangulated category), it is thus quasi-equivalent to the derived dg category of compact $C$-comodules. We give several applications for motivic Galois groups.

In this paper, we study Azumaya algebras and Brauer groups in derived algebraic geometry. We establish various fundamental facts about Brauer groups in this setting, and we provide a computational tool, which we use to compute the Brauer group in several examples.
