The multicast capacity of a directed network is closely related to the $s$-$t$ maximum flow, which is equal to the $s$-$t$ minimum cut capacity due to the max-flow min-cut theorem. If the topology of a network (or link capacities) is dynamically changing or have stochastic nature, it is not so trivial to predict statistical properties on the maximum flow. In this paper, we present a coding theoretic approach for evaluating the accumulate distribution of the minimum cut capacity of weighted random graphs. The main feature of our approach is to utilize the correspondence between the cut space of a graph and a binary LDGM (low-density generator-matrix) code with column weight 2. The graph ensemble treated in the paper is a weighted version of Erdős-Rényi random graph ensemble. The main contribution of our work is a combinatorial lower bound for the accumulate distribution of the minimum cut capacity. From some computer experiments, it is observed that the lower bound derived here reflects the actual statistical behavior of the minimum cut capacity.
In this paper the ensemble of codes formed by a serial concatenation of a repetition code with multiple accumulators connected through random interleavers is considered. Based on finite length weight enumerators for these codes, asymptotic expressions for the minimum distance and an arbitrary number of accumulators larger than one are derived using the uniform interleaver approach. In accordance with earlier results in the literature, it is first shown that the minimum distance of repeat-accumulate codes can grow, at best, sublinearly with block length. Then, for repeat-accumulate-accumulate c…
In this paper we explore tradeoffs, regarding coding performance, between the thickness and spacing of the cutset used in Reduced Cutset Coding (RCC) of a Markov random field image model. Considering MRF models on a square lattice of sites, we show that under a stationarity condition, increasing the thickness of the cutset reduces coding rate for the cutset, increasing the spacing between components of the cutset increases the coding rate of the non-cutset pixels, though the coding rate of the latter is always strictly less than that of the former. We show that the redundancy of RCC can be dec…
This paper is focused on the performance analysis of binary linear block codes (or ensembles) whose transmission takes place over independent and memoryless parallel channels. New upper bounds on the maximum-likelihood (ML) decoding error probability are derived. The framework of the second version of the Duman and Salehi (DS2) bounds is generalized to the case of parallel channels, along with the derivation of optimized tilting measures. The connection between the generalized DS2 and the 1961 Gallager bounds, known previously for a single channel, is revisited for the case of parallel channel…
We consider the problem of secure communication over a network in the presence of wiretappers. We give a new cut-set bound on secrecy capacity which takes into account the contribution of both forward and backward edges crossing the cut, and the connectivity between their endpoints in the rest of the network. We show the bound is tight on a class of networks, which demonstrates that it is not possible to find a tighter bound by considering only cut set edges and their connectivity.
The design of modulation schemes for the physical layer network-coded two way wireless relaying scenario is considered. It was observed by Koike-Akino et al. for the two way relaying scenario, that adaptively changing the network coding map used at the relay according to the channel conditions greatly reduces the impact of multiple access interference which occurs at the relay during the MA Phase and all these network coding maps should satisfy a requirement called exclusive law. We extend this approach to an Accumulate-Compute and Forward protocol which employs two phases: Multiple Access (MA…
The following \textit{network computing} problem is considered. Source nodes in a directed acyclic network generate independent messages and a single receiver node computes a target function $f$ of the messages. The objective is to maximize the average number of times $f$ can be computed per network usage, i.e., the ``computing capacity''. The \textit{network coding} problem for a single-receiver network is a special case of the network computing problem in which all of the source messages must be reproduced at the receiver. For network coding with a single receiver, routing is known to achiev…
This paper is focused on the performance analysis of binary linear block codes (or ensembles) whose transmission takes place over independent and memoryless parallel channels. New upper bounds on the maximum-likelihood (ML) decoding error probability are derived. These bounds are applied to various ensembles of turbo-like codes, focusing especially on repeat-accumulate codes and their recent variations which possess low encoding and decoding complexity and exhibit remarkable performance under iterative decoding. The framework of the second version of the Duman and Salehi (DS2) bounds is genera…
This paper investigates the design of low-complexity error correction codes for the verification step in continuous variable quantum key distribution (CVQKD) systems. We design new coding schemes based on quasi-cyclic repeat-accumulate codes which demonstrate good performances for CVQKD reconciliation.
In a single hop broadcast packet erasure network, we demonstrate that it is possible to provide multirate packet delivery outside of what is given by the network min-cut. This is achieved by using a deterministic non-block-based network coding scheme, which allows us to sidestep some of the limitations put in place by the block coding model used to determine the network capacity. Under the network coding scheme we outline, the sender is able to transmit network coded packets above the channel rate of some receivers, while ensuring that they still experience nonzero delivery rates. Interestingl…
In this paper, random coding error exponents and cutoff rate are studied for noncoherent Rician fading channels, where neither the receiver nor the transmitter has channel side information. First, it is assumed that the input is subject only to an average power constraint. In this case, a lower bound to the random coding error exponent is considered and the optimal input achieving this lower bound is shown to have a discrete amplitude and uniform phase. If the input is subject to both average and peak power constraints, it is proven that the optimal input achieving the random coding error expo…
Cut-set bounds on achievable rates for network communication protocols are not in general tight. In this paper we introduce a new technique for proving converses for the problem of transmission of correlated sources in networks, that results in bounds that are tighter than the corresponding cut-set bounds. We also define the concept of "uncertainty region" which might be of independent interest. We provide a full characterization of this region for the case of two correlated random variables. The bounding technique works as follows: on one hand we show that if the communication problem is solv…
The capacity (or maximum flow) of an unicast network is known to be equal to the minimum s-t cut capacity due to the max-flow min-cut theorem. In this paper, we present a probabilistic analysis for evaluating the accumulate distribution of the minimum s-t cut capacity on random graphs. In this paper, we study the coding delay and the average coding delay of random linear network codes (dense codes) over line networks with deterministic regular and Poisson transmission schedules. We consider both lossless networks and networks with Bernoulli losses. The upper bounds derived in this paper, which are in some cases more general, and in some other cases tighter, than the existing bounds, provide a more clear picture of the speed of convergence of dense codes to the min-cut capacity of line networks.
We propose a piggybacking scheme for network coding where strong source inputs piggyback the weaker ones, a scheme necessary and sufficient to achieve the cut-set upper bound at high/low-snr regime, a new asymptotically optimal operational regime for the multihop Amplify and Forward (AF) networks.
We consider the scenario in which a set of sources generate messages in a network and a receiver node demands an arbitrary linear function of these messages. We formulate an algebraic test to determine whether an arbitrary network can compute linear functions using linear codes. We identify a class of linear functions that can be computed using linear codes in every network that satisfies a natural cut-based condition. Conversely, for another class of linear functions, we show that the cut-based condition does not guarantee the existence of a linear coding solution. For linear functions over t…
This paper considers the problem of network coding for multiple unicast connections in networks represented by directed acyclic graphs. The concept of interference alignment, traditionally used in interference networks, is extended to analyze the performance of linear network coding in this setup and to provide a systematic code design approach. It is shown that, for a broad class of three-source three-destination unicast networks, a rate corresponding to half the individual source-destination min-cut is achievable via alignment strategies.
This paper deals with the problem of multicasting a set of discrete memoryless correlated sources (DMCS) over a cooperative relay network. Necessary conditions with cut-set interpretation are presented. A \emph{Joint source-Wyner-Ziv encoding/sliding window decoding} scheme is proposed, in which decoding at each receiver is done with respect to an ordered partition of other nodes. For each ordered partition a set of feasibility constraints is derived. Then, utilizing the sub-modular property of the entropy function and a novel geometrical approach, the results of different ordered partitions a…
Two types of noise-free relay cascades are investigated. Networks where a source communicates with a distant receiver via a cascade of half-duplex constrained relays, and networks where not only the source but also a single relay node intends to transmit information to the same destination. We introduce two relay channel models, capturing the half-duplex constraint, and within the framework of these models capacity is determined for the first network type. It turns out that capacity is significantly higher than the rates which are achievable with a straightforward time-sharing approach. A capa…
The deterministic wireless relay network model, introduced by Avestimehr et al., has been proposed for approximating Gaussian relay networks. This model, known as the ADT network model, takes into account the broadcast nature of wireless medium and interference. Avestimehr et al. showed that the Min-cut Max-flow theorem holds in the ADT network. In this paper, we show that the ADT network model can be described within the algebraic network coding framework introduced by Koetter and Medard. We prove that the ADT network problem can be captured by a single matrix, called the "system matrix". We …
The capacity of multiuser networks has been a long-standing problem in information theory. Recently, Avestimehr et al. have proposed a deterministic network model to approximate multiuser wireless networks. This model, known as the ADT network model, takes into account the broadcast nature of wireless medium and interference. We show that the ADT network model can be described within the algebraic network coding framework introduced by Koetter and Medard. We prove that the ADT network problem can be captured by a single matrix, and show that the min-cut of an ADT network is the rank of this ma…
Structured codes based on lattices were shown to provide enlarged capacity for multi-user communication networks. In this paper, we study capacity-approaching irregular repeat accumulate (IRA) codes over integer rings $\mathbb{Z}_{2^{m}}$ for $2^m$-PAM signaling, $m=1,2,\cdots$. Such codes feature the property that the integer sum of $K$ codewords belongs to the extended codebook (or lattice) w.r.t. the base code. With it, \emph{% structured binning} can be utilized and the gains promised in lattice based network information theory can be materialized in practice. In designing IRA ring codes, …
A model, called the linear transform network (LTN), is proposed to analyze the compression and estimation of correlated signals transmitted over directed acyclic graphs (DAGs). An LTN is a DAG network with multiple source and receiver nodes. Source nodes transmit subspace projections of random correlated signals by applying reduced-dimension linear transforms. The subspace projections are linearly processed by multiple relays and routed to intended receivers. Each receiver applies a linear estimator to approximate a subset of the sources with minimum mean squared error (MSE) distortion. The mo…
This work investigates the maximum broadcast throughput and its achievability in multi-hop wireless networks with half-duplex node constraint. We allow the use of physical-layer network coding (PNC). Although the use of PNC for unicast has been extensively studied, there has been little prior work on PNC for broadcast. Our specific results are as follows: 1) For single-source broadcast, the theoretical throughput upper bound is n/(n+1), where n is the "min vertex-cut" size of the network. 2) In general, the throughput upper bound is not always achievable. 3) For grid and many other networks, t…
Noisy network coding, which elegantly combines the conventional compress-and-forward relaying strategy and ideas from network coding, has recently drawn much attention for its simplicity and optimality in achieving to within constant gap of the capacity of the multisource multicast Gaussian network. The constant-gap result, however, applies only to Gaussian relay networks with independent noises. This paper investigates the application of noisy network coding to networks with correlated noises. By focusing on a four-node Gaussian relay chain network with a particular noise correlation structur…
We consider communication over a noisy network under randomized linear network coding. Possible error mechanism include node- or link- failures, Byzantine behavior of nodes, or an over-estimate of the network min-cut. Building on the work of Koetter and Kschischang, we introduce a probabilistic model for errors. We compute the capacity of this channel and we define an error-correction scheme based on random sparse graphs and a low-complexity decoding algorithm. By optimizing over the code degree profile, we show that this construction achieves the channel capacity in complexity which is jointl…
A broadcast network is a classical network with all source messages collocated at a single source node. For broadcast networks, the standard cut-set bounds, which are known to be loose in general, are closely related to union as a specific set operation to combine the basic cuts of the network. This paper provides a new set of network coding bounds for general broadcast networks. These bounds combine the basic cuts of the network via a variety of set operations (not just the union) and are established via only the submodularity of Shannon entropy. The tightness of these bounds are demonstrated…
Recently, it has been shown that the max flow capacity can be achieved in a multicast network using network coding. In this paper, we propose and analyze a more realistic model for wireless random networks. We prove that the capacity of network coding for this model is concentrated around the expected value of its minimum cut. Furthermore, we establish upper and lower bounds for wireless nodes using Chernoff bound. Our experiments show that our theoretical predictions are well matched by simulation results.
The secrecy capacity of a network, for a given collection of permissible wiretap sets, is the maximum rate of communication such that observing links in any permissible wiretap set reveals no information about the message. This paper considers secure network coding with nonuniform or restricted wiretap sets, for example, networks with unequal link capacities where a wiretapper can wiretap any subset of $k$ links, or networks where only a subset of links can be wiretapped. Existing results show that for the case of uniform wiretap sets (networks with equal capacity links/packets where any $k$ c…
One of the main theoretical motivations for the emerging area of network coding is the achievability of the max-flow/min-cut rate for single source multicast. This can exceed the rate achievable with routing alone, and is achievable with linear network codes. The multi-source problem is more complicated. Computation of its capacity region is equivalent to determination of the set of all entropy functions $Γ^*$, which is non-polyhedral. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that this difficulty can arise even in single source problems. In particular, for single source networks with hierarchic…
In this paper, we study network coding capacity for random wireless networks. Previous work on network coding capacity for wired and wireless networks have focused on the case where the capacities of links in the network are independent. In this paper, we consider a more realistic model, where wireless networks are modeled by random geometric graphs with interference and noise. In this model, the capacities of links are not independent. We consider two scenarios, single source multiple destinations and multiple sources multiple destinations. In the first scenario, employing coupling and martin…
This work considers optimizing LDPC codes in the physical-layer network coded two-way relay channel using noncoherent FSK modulation. The error-rate performance of channel decoding at the relay node during the multiple-access phase was improved through EXIT-based optimization of Tanner graph variable node degree distributions. Codes drawn from the DVB-S2 and WiMAX standards were used as a basis for design and performance comparison. The computational complexity characteristics of the standard codes were preserved in the optimized codes by maintaining the extended irregular repeat-accumulate (e…
We analyze a simple network where a source and a receiver are connected by a line of erasure channels of different reliabilities. Recent prior work has shown that random linear network coding can achieve the min-cut capacity and therefore the asymptotic rate is determined by the worst link of the line network. In this paper we investigate the delay for transmitting a batch of packets, which is a function of all the erasure probabilities and the number of packets in the batch. We show a monotonicity result on the delay function and derive simple expressions which characterize the expected delay…
Previous work on network coding capacity for random wired and wireless networks have focused on the case where the capacities of links in the network are independent. In this paper, we consider a more realistic model, where wireless networks are modelled by random geometric graphs with interference and noise. In this model, the capacities of links are not independent. By employing coupling and martingale methods, we show that, under mild conditions, the network coding capacity for random wireless networks still exhibits a concentration behavior around the mean value of the minimum cut.
Explicit characterization of the capacity region of communication networks is a long standing problem. While it is known that network coding can outperform routing and replication, the set of feasible rates is not known in general. Characterizing the network coding capacity region requires determination of the set of all entropic vectors. Furthermore, computing the explicitly known linear programming bound is infeasible in practice due to an exponential growth in complexity as a function of network size. This paper focuses on the fundamental problems of characterization and computation of oute…
A class of channels is introduced for which there is memory inside blocks of a specified length and no memory across the blocks. The multi-user model is called an information network with in-block memory (NiBM). It is shown that block-fading channels, channels with state known causally at the encoder, and relay networks with delays are NiBMs. A cut-set bound is developed for NiBMs that unifies, strengthens, and generalizes existing cut bounds for discrete memoryless networks. The bound gives new finite-letter capacity expressions for several classes of networks including point-to-point channel…
We describe a novel extension of subspace codes for noncoherent networks, suitable for use when the network is viewed as a communication system that introduces both dimension and symbol errors. We show that when symbol erasures occur in a significantly large number of different basis vectors transmitted through the network and when the min-cut of the networks is much smaller then the length of the transmitted codewords, the new family of codes outperforms their subspace code counterparts. For the proposed coding scheme, termed hybrid network coding, we derive two upper bounds on the size of th…
The paper presents four distinct new ideas and results for communication networks: 1) We show that relay-networks (i.e. communication networks where different nodes use the same coding functions) can be used to model dynamic networks. 2) We introduce {\em the term model}, which is a simple, graph-free symbolic approach to communication networks. 3) We state and prove variants of a theorem concerning the dispersion of information in single-receiver communications. 4) We show that the solvability of an abstract multi-user communication problem is equivalent to the solvability of a single-target …
In this paper, we consider networks with multiple unicast sessions. Generally, non-linear network coding is needed to achieve the whole rate region of network coding. Yet, there exist networks for which routing is sufficient to achieve the whole rate region, and we refer to them as routing-optimal networks. We identify a class of routing-optimal networks, which we refer to as information-distributive networks, defined by three topological features. Due to these features, for each rate vector achieved by network coding, there is always a routing scheme such that it achieves the same rate vector…
The problem of network coding for multicasting a single source to multiple sinks has first been studied by Ahlswede, Cai, Li and Yeung in 2000, in which they have established the celebrated max-flow mini-cut theorem on non-physical information flow over a network of independent channels. On the other hand, in 1980, Han has studied the case with correlated multiple sources and a single sink from the viewpoint of polymatroidal functions in which a necessary and sufficient condition has been demonstrated for reliable transmission over the network. This paper presents an attempt to unify both case…
In many applications of neural network, it is common to introduce huge amounts of input categorical features, as well as output labels. However, since the required network size should have rapid growth with respect to the dimensions of input and output space, there exists huge cost in both computation and memory resources. In this paper, we present a novel method called category coding (CC), where the design philosophy follows the principle of minimal collision to reduce the input and output dimension effectively. In addition, we introduce three types of category coding based on different Eucl…
A pruned variant of polar coding is proposed for binary erasure channels. For sufficiently small $\varepsilon>0$, we construct a series of capacity achieving codes with block length $N=\varepsilon^{-5}$, code rate $R=\text{Capacity}-\varepsilon$, error probability $P=\varepsilon$, and encoding and decoding time complexity $\text{bC}=O(\log\left|\log\varepsilon\right|)$ per information bit. The given per-bit complexity $\text{bC}$ is log-logarithmic in $N$, in $\text{Capacity}-R$, and in $P$; no known family of codes possesses this property. It is also the second lowest $\text{bC}$ after repeat…
The outage performance of wireless networks with unstructured network topologies is investigated. The network reliability perspective of graph theory is used to obtain the network outage polynomial of generalized wireless networks by enumerating paths and cut-sets of its graph representation for both uncorrelated and correlated wireless channels. A relation is established between the max-flow min-cut theorem and key communication performance indicators. The diversity order is equal to the size of the minimum cut-set between source and destination, and the coding gain is the number of cut-sets …
A noisy network coding scheme for sending multiple sources over a general noisy network is presented. For multi-source multicast networks, the scheme naturally extends both network coding over noiseless networks by Ahlswede, Cai, Li, and Yeung, and compress-forward coding for the relay channel by Cover and El Gamal to general discrete memoryless and Gaussian networks. The scheme also recovers as special cases the results on coding for wireless relay networks and deterministic networks by Avestimehr, Diggavi, and Tse, and coding for wireless erasure networks by Dana, Gowaikar, Palanki, Hassibi,…
We consider a class of Gaussian layered networks where a source communicates with a destination through $L$ intermediate relay layers with $N$ nodes in each layer in the presence of a single eavesdropper which can overhear the transmissions of the nodes in any one layer. The problem of maximum secrecy rate achievable with analog network coding for a unicast communication over such layered wireless relay networks with directed links is considered. A relay node performing analog network coding scales and forwards the signals received at its input. The key contribution of this work is a lemma tha…
Physical-layer Network Coding (PNC) can significantly improve the throughput of wireless two way relay channel (TWRC) by allowing the two end nodes to transmit messages to the relay simultaneously. To achieve reliable communication, channel coding could be applied on top of PNC. This paper investigates link-by-link channel-coded PNC, in which a critical process at the relay is to transform the superimposed channel-coded packets received from the two end nodes plus noise, Y3=X1+X2+W3, to the network-coded combination of the source packets, S1 XOR S2 . This is in distinct to the traditional mult…
We consider a simple network, where a source and destination node are connected with a line of erasure channels. It is well known that in order to achieve the min-cut capacity, the intermediate nodes are required to process the information. We propose coding schemes for this setting, and discuss each scheme in terms of complexity, delay, achievable rate, memory requirement, and adaptability to unknown channel parameters. We also briefly discuss how these schemes can be extended to more general networks.
The problem of maximum rate achievable with analog network coding for a unicast communication over a layered relay network with directed links is considered. A relay node performing analog network coding scales and forwards the signals received at its input. Recently this problem has been considered under certain assumptions on per node scaling factor and received SNR. Previously, we established a result that allows us to characterize the optimal performance of analog network coding in network scenarios beyond those that can be analyzed using the approaches based on such assumptions. The key c…
While it is known that using network coding can significantly improve the throughput of directed networks, it is a notorious open problem whether coding yields any advantage over the multicommodity flow (MCF) rate in undirected networks. It was conjectured by Li and Li (2004) that the answer is "no". In this paper we show that even a small advantage over MCF can be amplified to yield a near-maximum possible gap. We prove that any undirected network with $k$ source-sink pairs that exhibits a $(1+\varepsilon)$ gap between its MCF rate and its network coding rate can be used to construct a family…
In this paper, we analyze the coding delay and the average coding delay of random linear network codes (a.k.a. dense codes) and chunked codes (CC), which are an attractive alternative to dense codes due to their lower complexity, over line networks with Bernoulli losses and deterministic regular or Poisson transmissions. Our results, which include upper bounds on the delay and the average delay, are (i) for dense codes, in some cases more general, and in some other cases tighter, than the existing bounds, and provide a more clear picture of the speed of convergence of dense codes to the (min-c…

The capacity of a class of multi-way relay channels, where L users communicate via a relay (at possibly different rates), is derived for the case where the channel outputs are modular sums of the channel inputs and the receiver noise. The cut-set upper bound to the capacity is shown to be achievable. More specifically, the capacity is achieved using (i) rate splitting, (ii) functional-decode-forward, and (iii) joint source-channel coding. We note that while separate source-channel coding can achieve the common-rate capacity, joint source-channel coding is used to achieve the capacity for the g…
This paper considers rateless network error correction codes for reliable multicast in the presence of adversarial errors. Most existing network error correction codes are designed for a given network capacity and maximum number of errors known a priori to the encoder and decoder. However, in certain practical settings it may be necessary to operate without such a priori knowledge. We present rateless coding schemes for two adversarial models, where the source sends more redundancy over time, until decoding succeeds. The first model assumes there is a secret channel between the source and the …
This paper considers a problem of quantum communication between parties that are connected through a network of quantum channels. The model in this paper assumes that there is no prior entanglement shared among any of the parties, but that classical communication is free. The task is to perfectly transfer an unknown quantum state from a source subsystem to a target subsystem, where both source and target are formed by ordered sets of some of the nodes. It is proved that a lower bound of the rate at which this quantum communication task is possible is given by the classical min-cut max-flow the…
A new coding scheme for general N-node relay networks is presented for unicast, multicast, and broadcast. The proposed distributed decode-forward scheme combines and generalizes Marton coding for single-hop broadcast channels and the Cover-El Gamal partial decode-forward coding scheme for 3-node relay channels. The key idea of the scheme is to precode all the codewords of the entire network at the source by multicoding over multiple blocks. This encoding step allows these codewords to carry partial information of the messages implicitly without complicated rate splitting and routing. This part…
In this paper, we study the wireline two-unicast-Z communication network over directed acyclic graphs. The two-unicast-Z network is a two-unicast network where the destination intending to decode the second message has apriori side information of the first message. We make three contributions in this paper: 1. We describe a new linear network coding algorithm for two-unicast-Z networks over directed acyclic graphs. Our approach includes the idea of interference alignment as one of its key ingredients. For graphs of a bounded degree, our algorithm has linear complexity in terms of the number of…
Consider a lossy packet network of queues, communicating over a wireless medium. This paper presents a throughput-optimal transmission strategy for a unicast network when feedback is available, which has the following advantages: It requires a very limited form of acknowledgment feedback. It is completely distributed, and independent of the network topology. Finally, communication at the information theoretic cut-set rate requires no network coding and no rateless coding on the packets. This simple strategy consists of each node randomly choosing a packet from its buffer to transmit at each op…
The multicast capacity of the Gaussian two-hop relay network with one source, $N$ relays, and $L$ destinations is studied. It is shown that a careful modification of the partial decode--forward coding scheme, whereby the relays cooperate through degraded sets of message parts, achieves the cutset upper bound within $(1/2)\log N$ bits regardless of the channel gains and power constraints. This scheme improves upon a previous scheme by Chern and Ozgur, which is also based on partial decode--forward yet has an unbounded gap from the cutset bound for $L \ge 2$ destinations. When specialized to ind…
The problem of communicating a single message to a destination in presence of multiple relay nodes, referred to as cooperative unicast network, is considered. First, we introduce "Mixed Noisy Network Coding" (MNNC) scheme which generalizes "Noisy Network Coding" (NNC) where relays are allowed to decode-and-forward (DF) messages while all of them (without exception) transmit noisy descriptions of their observations. These descriptions are exploited at the destination and the DF relays aim to decode the transmitted messages while creating full cooperation among the nodes. Moreover, the destinati…
