LHCb collaboration measured CPV at the level of one percent in the difference of assymetries in $D^0(\bar D^0)\to π^+ π^-, K^+ K^-$ decays. If confirmed on a larger statistics and final systematics this would mean New Physics manifestation. The fourth quark-lepton generation can be responsible for the observed effect.
Recent Tevatron exclusion interval of the masses of Higgs boson considerably reduces in case of the light quasistable fourth generation neutral lepton.
The rare decays of $Λ_b$ baryon governed by the quark level transitions $ b \to s$, are investigated in the fourth quark generation model popularly known as SM4. Recently it has been shown that SM4, which is a very simple extension of the standard model, can successfully explain several anomalies observed in the CP violation parameters of $B$ and $B_s$ mesons. We find that in this model due to the additional contributions coming from the heavy $t'$ quark in the loop, the branching ratios and other observables in rare $Λ_b$ decays deviate significantly from their SM values. Some of these modes …
This summary of the 3rd "Beyond the 3 Generation Standard Model" workshop presents the following four statements (and their implications) for the ongoing and future searches of a fourth generation: 1) The enhancement of the Higgs gluon-gluon production cross-section times branching fraction for many of the search channels studied at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is not a flat factor of 9; 2) Electroweak precision data allows for not only a fourth generation, even more generations are allowed; 3) Consideration of mixing significantly changes the conclusions about the interpretation of experim…
We study some rare decays of $B_s$ meson governed by the quark level transitions $ b \to s$, in the fourth generation model popularly known as SM4. Recently it has been shown that SM4, which is a simple extension of the SM3, can successfully explain several anomalies observed in the CP violation parameters of $B$ and $B_s$ mesons. We find that in this model due to the additional contributions coming from the heavy $t'$ quark in the loop, the branching ratios and other observables in rare $B_s$ decays deviate significantly from their SM values. Some of these modes are within the reach of LHCb e…
The existence of the fourth quark-lepton generation is not excluded by the electroweak precision data. However, the recent results on the 126 GeV higgs boson production and decay do not allow an extra generation at least as far as the perturbation theory can be used.
It is expected that the LHC will soon discover the Higgs boson, or that failure to find it will severely constrain its production cross-section over a large mass range. Either one of these results spells trouble for a fourth generation that significantly enhances the Higgs production cross-section at LHC. In fact the LHC has already ruled out a SM Higgs mass in the range of 120 GeV to 600 GeV with a fourth generation at the 95% C.L. In this paper we explore options within extended scalar sectors to maintain the viability of a heavy fourth generation if an enhanced (relative to the Standard Mod…
We present a reanalysis of CDF data to extend limits on individual fourth-generation quark masses from particular flavor-mixing rates to the entire space of possible mixing values. Measurements from CDF have set individual limits on masses, $m_{b'}$ and $m_{t'}$, at the level of $335$--$385$ GeV assuming specific and favorable flavor-mixing rates. We consider the space of possible values for the mixing rates and find that the CDF data imply limits of $290$ GeV and greater over a wide range of mixing scenarios. We also analyze the limits from the perspective of a four-generation CKM matrix. We …
A chiral fourth generation is a simple and well motivated extension of the standard model, and has important consequences for Higgs phenomenology. Here we consider a scenario where the fourth generation neutrinos are long lived and have both a Dirac and Majorana mass term. Such neutrinos can be as light as 40 GeV and can be the dominant decay mode of the Higgs boson for Higgs masses below the W-boson threshold. We study the effect of the Majorana mass term on the Higgs branching fractions and reevaluate the Tevatron constraints on the Higgs mass. We discuss the prospects for the LHC to detect …
In a fourth generation model with heavy quarks, the production cross section of the Higgs boson in the gluon-gluon fusion process is significantly increased due to additional quark loops. In a similar way, the partial decay width of the decay channels $H\rightarrow gg, γγ$ and $γZ$ is modified. These changes and their impact on the Higgs search are discussed.
We investigate the effect of introducing a sequential generation of chiral fermions in the Higgs Triplet Model with nontrivial mixing between the doublet and triplet Higgs. We use the available LHC data for Higgs boson production and decay rates, the constraints on the fourth generation masses, and impose electroweak precision constraints from the S, T and U parameters. Our analysis shows that an SM-like Higgs boson state at ~125 GeV can be accommodated in the Higgs Triplet Model with four generations, and thus, that four generations survive collider and electroweak precision constraints in mo…
It has been shown that the data from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) does not rule out a chiral sequential fourth generation of fermions that obtain their masses through an identical mechanism as the other three generations do. However, this is possible only if the scalar sector of the Standard Model is suitably enhanced, like embedding it in a type-II two-Higgs doublet model. In this article, we try to show that double Higgs production (DHP) can unveil the existence of such a hidden fourth generation in a very efficient way. While the DHP cross-section in the SM is quite small, it is signific…
We study extensions of the standard model with a strongly coupled fourth generation. This occurs in models where electroweak symmetry breaking is triggered by the condensation of at least some of the fourth-generation fermions. With focus on the phenomenology at the LHC, we study the pair production of fourth-generation down quarks, D4. We consider the typical masses that could be associated with a strongly coupled fermion sector, in the range (300--600) GeV. We show that the production and successive decay of these heavy quarks into final states with same-sign dileptons, trileptons and four l…
In this talk we cover two threads regarding the 4th generation: on CP violation, from Earth up to the Heavens, i.e. from accelerator-based experimental studies, towards baryon asymmetry of the Universe; and on direct search bounds on $m_{t'}$ and $m_{b'}$, towards the possibility of electroweak symmetry breaking through large Yukawa couplings. Prospects and discussions are presented.
We use sampling techniques to find robust constraints on the masses of a possible fourth sequential fermion generation from electroweak oblique variables. We find that in the case of a light (115 GeV) Higgs from a single electroweak symmetry breaking doublet, inverted mass hierarchies are possible for both quarks and leptons, but a mass splitting more than M(W) in the quark sector is unlikely. We also find constraints in the case of a heavy (600 GeV) Higgs in a single doublet model. As recent data from the Large Hadron Collider hints at the existence of a resonance at 124.5 GeV and a single Hi…
A fourth chiral generation, with $m_{t^\prime}$ in the range $\sim (300 - 500)$ GeV and a moderate value of the CP-violating phase can explain the anomalous like-sign dimuon charge asymmetry observed recently by the D0 collaboration. The required parameters are found to be consistent with constraints from other $B$ and $K$ decays. The presence of such quarks, apart from being detectable in the early stages of the LHC, would also have important consequences in the electroweak symmetry breaking sector.
Recent studies of precision electroweak observables have led to the conclusion that a fourth generation is highly constrained. However, we point out that a long-lived fourth generation can reopen a large portion of the parameter space. In addition, it preserves baryon and lepton asymmetries against sphaleron erasure even if $B-L=0$. It opens up the possibility of exact $B-L$ symmetry and hence Dirac neutrinos. The fourth generation can be observed at the LHC with unique signatures of long-lived particles in the near future.
State-of-the-art predictions for the Higgs-boson production cross section via gluon fusion and for all relevant Higgs-boson decay channels are presented in the presence of a fourth Standard-Model-like fermion generation. The qualitative features of the most important differences to the genuine Standard Model are pointed out, and the use of the available tools for the predictions is described. For a generic mass scale of 400-600 GeV in the fourth generation explicit numerical results for the cross section and decay widths are presented, revealing extremely large electroweak radiative correction…
Present limits on chiral fourth-generation quark masses $m_{b'}$ and $m_{t'}$ are broadly generalized and strengthened by combining both $t'$ and $b'$ decays and considering the full range of $t'$ and $b'$ flavor-mixing scenarios (with the lighter generations). Various characteristic mass-splitting choices are considered. With $m_{t'} > m_{b'}$ we find that CDF limits on the $b'$ mass vary by no more than 10-20% with any choice of flavor-mixing, while for the $t'$ mass, we typically find stronger bounds, in some cases up to $m_{t'} > 430$ GeV. For $m_{b'} > m_{t'}$ we find $m_{b'} > 380 - 430$…
By employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach, we calculate the new physics contributions to the four $B \to K \etap$ decays in the Standard Model (SM) with a fourth generation of fermions (SM4), induced by the loop diagrams involving $\tp$ quark. Within the considered parameter space of the SM4 we find that (a) the next-to-leading order (NLO) pQCD predictions for the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries in both the SM and SM4 generally agree with the data within one standard deviation; (b) for $Br(B \to K η)$, the inclusion of the fourth generation contributions can…
We reanalyze constraints on the mass spectrum of the chiral fourth generation fermions and the Higgs bosons for the standard model (SM4) and the two Higgs doublet model (THDM). We find that the Higgs mass in the SM4 should be larger than roughly the fourth generation up-type quark mass, while the light CP even Higgs mass in the THDM can be smaller. Various mass spectra of the fourth generation fermions and the Higgs bosons are allowed. The phenomenology of the fourth generation models is still rich.
We consider implications of a fourth generation of leptons, allowing for the most general mass patterns for the fourth generation neutrino. We determine the constraints due to the precision electroweak measurements and outline the signatures to search for at the LHC experiments. As a concrete framework to apply these results we consider the minimal walking technicolor (MWTC) model where the matter content, regarding the electroweak quantum numbers, corresponds to a fourth generation.
I present a general exclusion bound for the Higgs in fourth generation scenarios with a general lepton sector. Recent Higgs searches in fourth generation scenarios rule out the entire Higgs mass region between 120 and 600 GeV. That such a large range of Higgs masses are excluded is due to the presence of extra heavy flavors of quarks, which substantially increase Higgs production from gluon fusion over the Standard Model rate. However, if heavy fourth generation neutrinos are less than half of the Higgs mass, they can dominate the Higgs decay branching fraction, overtaking the standard Higgs t…
We investigate the newly observed muon $g_μ-2$ anomaly in the framework of a sequential fourth generation model with a heavy fourth neutrino, $ν'$. We find that $g_μ-2$ can exclude most values of $m_{ν'}$ and put a very stringent constraint on the existence of the fourth generation. We also obtain bounds of a $4\times 4$ leptonic mixing matrix elements, $V_{2ν'}$ if it really exists.
We explore an extension of the fourth generation model with multi-Higgs doublets and three fermion singlets. The Standard Model neutrinos acquire mass radiatively at one loop level while the fourth generation neutrinos acquire a heavy tree-level mass. The model also contains several Dark Matter candidate whose stability is guaranteed by a $Z_2$ discrete symmetry. The possibility of CP violation in the scalar sector is also briefly discussed.
We present a very simple 4th-generation (4G) model with an Abelian gauge interaction under which only the 4G fermions have nonzero charge. The U(1) gauge symmetry can have a Z_2 residual discrete symmetry (4G-parity), which can stabilize the lightest 4G particle (L4P). When the 4G neutrino is the L4P, it would be a neutral and stable particle and the other 4G fermions would decay into the L4P leaving the trace of missing energy plus the standard model fermions. Because of the new symmetry, the 4G particle creation and decay modes are different from those of the sequential 4G model, and the 4G …
The search for the effects of heavy fermions in the extension of the Standard Model with a fourth generation is part of the experimental program of the Tevatron and LHC experiments. Besides being directly produced, these states affect drastically the production and decay properties of the Higgs boson. In this note, we first reemphasize the known fact that in the case of a light and long-lived fourth neutrino, the present collider searches do not permit to exclude a Higgs boson with a mass below the WW threshold. In a second step, we show that the recent results from the ATLAS and CMS collabora…
If the fourth generation fermions exist, the new quarks could influence the branching ratio of the decay $B_s \to ν\barν γ$. We obtain two solutions of the fourth generation CKM factor $V^*_{t's} V_{t'b}$ from the decay of $B \to X_s γ$. With these two solutions we calculate the new contributions of the fourth generation quark to Wilson coefficients of the decay $B_s \to ν\barν γ$. The branching ratio of the decay $B_s \to ν\barν γ$ in the two cases are calculated. In one case, our results are quite different from that of SM, but almost same in another case. If a fourth generation should exist…
The rare $B\to K^{*}ν\barν$ decay when $K^{*}$ meson is longitudinally or transversely polarized is analysed in the context of the fourth generation model. A significant enhancement to the missing energy spectrum over the SM is recorded.
We study the production and decay of fourth generation leptons at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).We find that for charged leptons with masses under a few hundred GeV, the dominant collider signal comes from the production through a W-boson of a charged and neutral fourth generation lepton. We present a sensitivity study for this process in events with two like-sign charged leptons and at least two associated jets. We show that with sqrts = 7 TeV and 1 inverse fb of data, the LHC can exclude fourth generation charged leptons with masses up to 250 GeV.
We study the one-loop contribution of the down-type quark of the standard model-like fourth generation (b') on the top quark electric dipole moment. Using the known limits on the top quark electric dipole moments, we place limits on the b' mass. Then, from the estimated ratio for the masses of the fourth generation of quarks from other studies and the achieved bound from top quark electric dipole moments on mb', we obtain a limit for the up-type quark of fourth generation (t') mass.
We present new constraints on the mass $m_{ν_τ}$ of the tau neutrino and its mixing with a fourth generation neutrino. From an analysis of the partial widths of tau lepton decays we obtain the following bounds at the 90% confidence level: $m_{ν_τ} < 32$ MeV and $\sin^2θ< 0.007$, where $θ$ describes the Cabibbo-like mixing of the third and fourth generation neutrinos.
The pseudoscalar quarkonium state, eta_4 1^S_0, formed by the Standard Model (SM) fourth generation quarks, is the best candidate among the fourth generation quarkonia to be produced at the LHC and VLHC. The production of this J^{PC} = 0^{-+} resonance is discussed and the background processes are studied to obtain the integrated luminosity limits for the discovery, depending on its mass.
The existing bounds from CDF on the masses of the fourth generation quarks, t' and b', are reexamined. The bound of 256 GeV on the t' mass assumes that the primary decay of the t' is into q+W, which is not the case for a substantial region of parameter space. The bound of 268 GeV on the b' mass assumes that the branching ratio for b' --> b+Z is very large, which is not only not true for much of parameter space, but is {\em never} true for b' masses above 255 GeV. In addition, it is assumed that the heavy quarks decay within the silicon vertex detector, and for small mixing angles this will not…
We revisit the current experimental bounds on fourth-generation Majorana neutrino masses, including the effects of right handed neutrinos. Current bounds from LEPII are significantly altered by a global analysis. We show that the current bounds on fourth generation neutrinos decaying to eW and mu W can be reduced to about 80 GeV (from the current bound of 90 GeV), while a neutrino decaying to tau W can be as light as 62.1 GeV. The weakened bound opens up a neutrino decay channel for intermediate mass Higgs, and interesting multi-particle final states for Higgs and fourth generation lepton deca…
In this paper, we investigate the effects of the fourth generation of quarks on the double-lepton polarization asymmetries in the $B_s \rar ϕ\ell^+ \ell^-$ decay. It is shown that these asymmetries in $B_s \rar ϕ\ell^+ \ell^-$ decay compared with those of $B \rar K \ell^+ \ell^-$ decay are more sensitive to the fourth-generation parameters. We conclude that an efficient way to establish the existence of the fourth generation of quarks could be the study of these asymmetries in the $B_s \rar ϕ\ell^+ \ell^-$ decay.
We investigate the possibility of a fourth sequential generation in the lepton sector. Assuming neutrinos to be Majorana particles and starting from a recent - albeit weak - evidence for a non-zero admixture of a fourth generation neutrino from fits to weak lepton and meson decays we discuss constraints from neutrinoless double beta decay, radiative lepton decay and like-sign dilepton production at hadron colliders. Also an idea for fourth generation neutrino mass model building is briefly outlined. Here we soften the large hierarchy of the neutrino masses within an extradimensional model that…
We consider the neutrino sector of a Standard Model with four generations. While the three light neutrinos can obtain their masses from a variety of mechanisms with or without new neutral fermions, fourth-generation neutrinos need at least one new relatively light right-handed neutrino. If lepton number is not conserved this neutrino must have a Majorana mass term whose size depends on the underlying mechanism for lepton number violation. Majorana masses for the fourth generation neutrinos induce relative large two-loop contributions to the light neutrino masses which could be even larger than…
We investigate the possibility of a fourth sequential generation in the lepton sector. Assuming neutrinos to be Majorana particles and starting from a recent - albeit weak - evidence for a non-zero admixture of a fourth generation neutrino from fits to weak lepton and meson decays we discuss constraints from neutrinoless double beta decay, radiative lepton decay and like-sign di-lepton production at hadron colliders.
Possible single productions of the fourth standard model generation neutrino via anomalous interactions at the future ep colliders are studied. Signatures of such anomalous processes and backgrounds are discussed in detail. Discovery limits for neutrino mass and achievable values of anomalous coupling strength are determined.

The possibility of incorporating a chiral fourth generation into a SUSY-GUT is investigated. Precision fits to electroweak observables require us to introduce light supersymmetric particles, with masses less than mZ. These particles might also provide decay channels for fourth generation quarks of mass ~ 100 GeV. We also require tan(beta) to lie in the range 1.50 <~ tan(beta) <~ 1.75 and obtain an upper limit on the lightest Higgs boson mass in the MSSM4 of 152 GeV.
We revisit four generations within the context of supersymmetry. We compute the perturbativity limits for the fourth generation Yukawa couplings and show that if the masses of the fourth generation lie within reasonable limits of their present experimental lower bounds, it is possible to have perturbativity only up to scales around 1000 TeV, i.e. the current experimental bounds and perturbative unification are mutually exclusive. Such low scales are ideally suited to incorporate gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking, where the mediation scale can be as low as 10-20 TeV. The minimal messenger m…
This study investigates the influence of the fourth generation quarks on the double lepton polarizations in B \rar K \ell^+ \ell^- decay. Taking |V_{t's}V_{t'b}|\sim \{0.01-0.03\} with phase about 100^\circ, which is consistent with the b\to s\ell^+\ell^- rate and the B_s mixing parameter Delta m_{B_s}$, we obtain that the double lepton(muon and tau) polarizations are quite sensitive to the existence of fourth generation. It can serve as a good tool to search for new physics effects, precisely, to indirect search for the fourth generation quarks(t', b').
We investigate the lepton flavor violation (LFV) decays, $τ\to lγ$ ($l=μ, e$) and $μ\to eγ$, and the newly observed muon $g-2$ anomaly in the framwork of a squential fourth generation model with a heavy fourth neutrino, $ν'$. By using the recent experimental bounds, we take the constraints of the $4\times 4$ leptonic mixing matrix element factors, $|V_{1ν'} V_{2ν'}|^2$, $|V_{1ν'} V_{3ν'}|^2 $ and $|V_{3ν'} V_{2ν'}|^2$. We find that LFV decays and $g_μ-2$ can exclude most of the parameter space of the 4th generation neutrino mass $m_{ν'}$ and give stringent constraints on the existence of the f…
We study the lepton flavor violating $μ^- \to e^{-}2γ$ decay induced by the mediation of heavy leptons such as the excited and fourth generation leptons. We have examined the effects of these leptons in the $μ^- \to e^{-}2γ$ decay. We have found that branching ratio of this decay is very sensitive to excited and fourth generation leptons. Furthermore, we have obtained the bounds on model parameters by using the current experimental limit of this decay.
We study an extension of the MSSM with a fourth generation of chiral matter. With this extension no value of $\tb$ allows the theory to stay perturbative up to the GUT scale. We suggest one model with extra vector-like states at the TeV scale that allows perturbativity all the way up to the GUT scale.
We analyse the impact of LHC and Tevatron Higgs data on the viability of the Standard Model with a sequential fourth generation (SM4), assuming Dirac neutrinos and a Higgs mass of 125 GeV. To this end we perform a combined fit to the signal cross sections of pp -> H -> gamma gamma,ZZ*,WW* at the LHC, to p pbar -> VH -> V b bbar (V = W, Z) at the Tevatron and to the electroweak precision observables. Fixing the mass of the fourth generation down-type quark b' to 600 GeV we find best-fit values of m_t' = 632 GeV, m_l4 = 113.6 GeV and m_nu4 = 58.0 GeV for the other fourth-generation fermion masse…
We investigate the possibility of incorporating a chiral fourth generation into a GUT model. We find that in order to do so, precision fits to electroweak observables demand the introduction of light (< M_Z) supersymmetric particles. This also enables us to provide decay channels to the fourth-generation quarks. Perturbative consistency sets an upper bound on the coloured supersymmetric spectrum. The upper limit on the lightest Higgs boson is calculated and found to be above the present experimental lower limit.
This study investigates the influence of the fourth generation quarks on the total branching ratio and the single lepton polarizations in Λ_b --> Λ\ell^+ \ell^- decay. Taking $|V_{t's}V_{t'b}| {0.01-0.03} with phase just below $90^\circ$, which is consistent with the b\to s\ell^+\ell^- rate and the B_s mixing parameter Δm_{B_s}, we obtain that the total branching ratio and the single lepton(μ, τ) polarizations are quite sensitive to the existence of fourth generation. It can serve as a good tool to search for new physics effects, precisely, to search for the fourth generation quarks(t', b').
We investigate the lepton flavor violation decays, $τ\to μγ$, $τ\to eγ$ and $μ\to eγ$, in the framwork of a squential fourth generation model with a heavy fourth neutrino, $ν'$. Using the recent experimental bounds, we can obtain the constraints of the $4\times 4$ leptonic mixing matrix element factors, $V_{1ν'},V_{2ν'}$ and $V_{3ν'}$. We find that LFV decays can give strigent costraints on the parameter space of the 4th neutrino mass $m_{ν'}$.
We study the effects of the fourth generation of quarks on the total branching ratio and the lepton polarizations in $\bar{B}_{0}\rightarrow K_{0}^{\ast}(1430)l^{+}l^{-}$($l$ = $μ$, $τ$) decay. Taking fourth generation quark mass $m_{t{\prime}}$ of about $400$ to $600$ GeV with the mixing angle $|V_{t^{\prime}b}^{\ast}V_{t^{\prime}s}|$ in the range $(0.05-1.4)\times 10^{-2}$ and using the phase to be $80^{o}$%, it is found that the branching ratio and lepton polarizations are quite sensitive to these fourth generation parameters. In future the experimental study of this decay will give us an o…
We consider the phenomenology of the fourth generation heavy quarks which would be pair produced at the LHC. We show that if such a quark with a mass in the phenomenologically interesting range of 400 GeV--600 GeV decays to a light quark and a W-boson, it will produce a signal in a number of channels which can be seen above the background from the three generation Standard Model processes. In particular, such quarks could be seen in channels where multiple jets are present with large missing momentum and either a single hard lepton, an opposite sign hard lepton pair or a same sign lepton pair.…
We investigate the production of fourth generation neutrino in the context of new $e ν_4 W$ magnetic dipole moment type interaction in $ep$ collisions at the future lepton-hadron colliders. We have obtained the mass limits of 700 GeV for THERA ($\sqrt S$=1 TeV) and 2.8 TeV for LC$\otimes$ LHC ($\sqrt S$=3.74 TeV).
In extensions of the standard model with a heavy fourth generation one important question is what makes the fourth-generation lepton sector, particularly the neutrinos, so different from the lighter three generations. We study this question in the context of models of electroweak symmetry breaking in warped extra dimensions, where the flavor hierarchy is generated by the localization of the zero-mode fermions in the extra dimension. In this setup the Higgs sector is localized near the infrared brane, whereas the Majorana mass term is localized at the ultraviolet brane. As a result, light neutr…
We consider the contributions to $g_μ-2$ from fourth generation heavy neutral and charged leptons, $N$ and $E$, at the one-loop level. Diagrammatically, there are two types of contributions: boson-boson-$N$, and $E$-$E$-boson in the loop diagram. In general, the effect from $N$ is suppressed by off-diagonal lepton mixing matrix elements. For $E$, we consider flavor changing neutral couplings arising from various New Physics models, which are stringently constrained by $μ\to eγ$. We assess how the existence of a fourth generation would affect these New Physics models.
In the context of the Standard model with a fourth generation, we explore the allowed mass spectra in the fourth generation quark and lepton sectors as functions of the Higgs mass. Using the constraints from unitarity and oblique parameters, we show that a heavy Higgs allows large mass splittings in these sectors, opening up new decay channels involving W emission. A Higgs heavier than $ \sim 800 GeV $ would in fact necessitate either a heavy quark decay channel t'-> b'W/b'-> t' W or a heavy lepton decay channel τ' -> ν' W as long as the mixing between the third and fourth generations is small…
This study investigates the influence of the fourth generation quarks on the double lepton polarizations in Λ_b --> Λ\ell^+ \ell^- decay by taking |V^\ast_{t's}V_{t'b}|= 0.005,0.01,0.02,0.03 with phase \{60^\circ,90^\circ,120^\circ\}. We will try to obtain a constrain on the mass of the 4th generation top like quark t', which is consistent with the $b--> s\ell^+\ell^- rate . With the above mentioned parameters, we will try to show that the double lepton(muon, tau) polarizations are quite sensitive to the existence of fourth generation. It can serve as a good tool to search for new physics effe…
