We study the set of $T$-periodic solutions of a class of $T$-periodically perturbed Differential-Algebraic Equations, allowing the perturbation to contain a distributed and possibly infinite delay. Under suitable assumptions, the perturbed equations are equivalent to Retarded Functional (Ordinary) Differential Equations on a manifold. Our study is based on known results about the latter class of equations.

Stability for nonautonomous linear differential systems with infinite delay

We study the stability of general $n$-dimensional nonautonomous linear differential equations with infinite delays. Delay independent criteria, as well as criteria depending on the size of some finite delays are established. Global Attractivity and Extinction for Lotka-Volterra systems with infinite delay and feedback controls

Global Dynamics for Lotka-Volterra Systems with Infinite Delay and Patch Structure

We study some aspects of the global dynamics of an $n$-dimensional Lotka-Volterra system with infinite delay and patch structure, such as extinction, persistence, existence and global attractivity of a positive equilibrium. Both the cases of an irreducible and reducible linear community matrix are considered, and no restriction on the signs of the intra- and inter-specific delayed terms is imposed. Although the system is not cooperative, our approach often uses comparison results applied to an auxiliary cooperative system. Some models in recent literature are generalised, and results improved.

Attractivity of Saturated Equilibria for Lotka-Volterra Systems with Infinite Delays and Feedback Controls

In this paper, we apply a Lyapunov functional approach to Lotka-Volterra systems with infinite delays and feedback controls and establish that the feedback controls have no influence on the attractivity properties of a saturated equilibrium. We consider initial value problems for differential-algebraic equations in a possibly infinite-dimensional Hilbert space. Assuming a growth condition for the associated operator pencil, we prove existence and uniqueness of solutions for arbitrary initial values in a distributional sense. On Differential-Algebraic Equations in Infinite Dimensions

We consider a class of differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) with index zero in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space. We define a space of consistent initial values, which lead to classical continuously differential solutions for the associated DAE. Moreover, we show that for arbitrary initial values we obtain mild solutions for the associated problem. We discuss the asymptotic behaviour of solutions for both problems. In particular, we provide a characterisation for exponential stability and exponential dichotomies in terms of the spectrum of the associated operator pencil.
