We consider Wong equations for a particle with a continuous mass spectrum in a random Yang-Mills field approximating the quantum field at finite temperature. We show that particle time evolution can be approximated by a relativistic diffusion. Kubo's generator of the relativistic diffusion is defined as an expectation value of the square of the Liouville operator.

We discuss application of formalism of small-$x$ effective action for reggeized gluons, \cite{Gribov,LipatovEff,BFKL}, for the calculation of classical gluon field of relativistic color charge, similarly to that done in CGC approach of \cite{Venug,Kovner}. Instead of the often used Foldy-Wouthuysen-Tani (FWT) transformation in non-relativistic quantum chromodynamics (NRQCD), we take a more general relation between the relativistic and non-relativistic on-shell spinors to recalculate the quark-quark-gluon vertex for heavy quarks. In comparison with the previous result using FWT, the recalculated coefficients in the NRQCD Lagrangian are different at order $1/m^3$ and new at order $1/m^4$ and $1/m^5$, where $m$ is the heavy quark mass.

To this purpose, we perform simulations of shock waves in quark-gluon plasma in the low and high viscosities regime, using three different computational models, the relativistic lattice Boltzmann (RLB), the Boltzmann Approach Multi-Parton Scattering (BAMPS), and the viscous sharp and smooth transport algorithm (vSHASTA).
