A vector wave analysis of nondiffracting beams propagating along a birefringent chiral crystal for the case of tensor character both of the optical activity and linear birefringence is presented, fields of eigen modes satisfying vector wave equation. We have written characteristic equations and found propagation constants and amplitude parameters of eigen modes. We have shown that the field of eigen modes is non-uniformly polarized in the beam cross-section. In this paper we consider the photon vortex beam in the rotating medium, where the rotating velocity acts as an effective vector potential. Using the Riemann-Silberstein vector, we construct the photon wave function. Using the Maxwell equations and the first-order Minkowski constitutive relations we get the dynamic equations of photon in moving medium. Wigner Distribution of Elliptical Quantum Optical Vortex

We calculate the Wigner quasiprobability distribution function of quantum elliptical vortex in elliptical beam (EEV), produced by coupling squeezed coherent states of two modes. The coupling between the two modes is performed by using beam splitter (BS) or a dual channel directional coupler (DCDC). The quantum interference due to the coupling between the two modes promises the generation of controlled entanglement for quantum computation and quantum tomography.
