Nonlocal cosmological models with quadratic potentials are considered. We study the action with an arbitrary analytic function F(\Box_g), which has both double and simple roots. The formulae for nonlocal energy-momentum tensor, which correspond to double roots, have been obtained. The way to find particular solutions for nonlocal Einstein equations in the case when F(\Box_g) has both simple and double roots has been proposed. One and the same functions solve the initial nonlocal Einstein equations and the obtained local Einstein equations.

Localization of the SFT inspired Nonlocal Linear Models and Exact Solutions

A general class of gravitational models driven by a nonlocal scalar field with a linear or quadratic potential is considered. We study the action with an arbitrary analytic function $F(\Box)$, which has both simple and double roots. The way of localization of nonlocal Einstein equations is generalized on models with linear potentials. Exact solutions in the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker and Bianchi I metrics are presented.

Localization of nonlocal theories

We show that a certain class of nonlocal scalar models, with a kinetic operator inspired by string field theory, is equivalent to a system which is local in the coordinates but nonlocal in an auxiliary evolution variable. This system admits both Lagrangian and Hamiltonian formulations, and its Cauchy problem and quantization are well-defined. We classify exact nonperturbative solutions of the localized model which can be found via the diffusion equation governing the fields.

Cosmological Solutions of a Nonlocal Square Root Gravity

In this paper we consider modification of general relativity extending $R - 2 Λ$ by nonlocal term of the form $\sqrt{R-2Λ}\, \mathcal{F}(\Box)\, \sqrt{R-2Λ} ,$ where $\mathcal{F}(\Box)$ is an analytic function of the d'Alembert operator $\Box$. We have found some exact cosmological solutions of the corresponding equations of motion without matter and with $Λ\neq 0$. Nonlocal conservation laws in N=1,2 Supersymetric KdV equation

The \nl \cls for the N=1 supersymmetric KdV equation are shown to be related in a simple way to powers of the fourth root of its Lax operator. This provides a direct link between the supersymmetry invariance and the existence of \nl conservation laws. It is also shown that nonlocal conservation laws exist for the two integrable N=2 supersymmetric KdV equations whose recursion operator is known.

On the Renormalizability of Noncommutative U(1) Gauge Theory - an Algebraic Approach

We investigate the quantum effects of the nonlocal gauge invariant operator $\frac{1}{{}{D}^{2}}{F}_{μν}\ast \frac{1}{{}{D}^{2}}{F}^{μν}$ in the noncommutative U(1) action and its consequences to the infrared sector of the theory. Nonlocally-Correlated Disorder and Delocalization in One Dimension: Density of States

We study delocalization transition in a one-dimensional electron system with quenched disorder by using supersymmetric (SUSY) methods. Especially we focus on effects of nonlocal correlation of disorder, for most of studies given so far considered $δ$-function type white noise disorder. We obtain wave function of the "lowest-energy" state which dominates partition function in the limit of large system size. Density of states is calculated in the scaling region. Localization on the Landscape and Eternal Inflation

We investigate the validity of the assertion that eternal inflation populates the landscape of string theory. We verify that bubble solutions do not satisfy the Klein Gordon equation for the landscape potential.
